Today is PCL… always a wonderful opportunity to look at life and how easy/difficult to adapt to the teachings we learnt all through the week… beloveth… Holy Spirit our great companion has been with us teaching us and helping us to be true children of God… Today He is already here to do it again… Just listen and pay rapid attention for God has something to say…

Beloveth, look at the text for the day and read it over and over again until you get rheme…

Coming to the full knowledge of our Lord Jesus is a blessing above all blessings… what shall it profit a man to gain the world and lose his soul… beloveth… so when a man receive Christ He is a new creature, old things passed away behold all things are made new… 2 Cor 5:17…. We also read same in Ps 32:1-2…

His favour rest on the righteous Ps 30:5,7a… therefore we count blessed when God is on our sides and keep our feet from stumbling.. Praise the Lord. We must therefore work to keep ourselves in His favour for continue relationship with Him… and all those that we have in our circle as friends, colleagues, family members… I have this piece to share with us.

I have many ungodly friends before I was saved. Everyday, my parents used to pray for me and would send me off joyfully to college after advising me. but I never bother to obey them and was walking in the path of evil along with my friends. Fear used to grip me when I come home in the evenings. I uses to wonder, “If my parents come to know that I am whiling away my time in the fleeting pleasure of this world without attending college or writing exams, what will happen to me?

These thoughts would terrify me. Every day passed by in this manner. At last, my parents came to know of my bad habits and evil ways. A storm broke out at home. But very soon the Lord led me to salvation. Thereafter, I dedicated my life to the Lord. There was a great joy in me. My parents too rejoiced with me. They became my very close friends.

In the Bible, we read the story of the prodigal son. When he came to his sense, he realized the love of his Father and eagerly returned home. He told his Father, “I have sinned against heaven and in your sight. I am no longer worthy to be called your son. Please forgive me.” at once, his Father has compassion on him and accepted him.

Can you see when a soul in bondage what it like… the cause pains to themselves and also to the people around them. But thank God for the free gift of salvation through the death of our Lord Jesus Christ on the Cross. Praise the God today for the eternal joy of salvation that your enjoying… it is a great blessing to you… Make note to pray for your unsaved friends, colleagues, and family. Renew this joy by pondering over it.

Beloveth… today Bible text said… there is a way called the Holy way… no unclean will travel on it…even the fool will not go astray…

A road will be there and a way; it will be called the Holy Way. The unclean will not travel on it, but it will be for him who walks the path. Even the fool will not go astray.—Isaiah 35:8

The nation of Israel was designed to have a place where other nations of the world could come to worship the true God. The temple in Jerusalem was to be the center from which the good news of God’s salvation would spread to every corner of the world. But those who were supposed to be God’s people forsook Him and practiced every kind of sin. Rather than being ambassadors for God, they disgraced His holy name. Rather than attracting the nations of the earth to God, they became stumbling blocks to those who were seeking the true God. The Israelite fell so far from God’s original intent that God judged them and sent them into exile. Yet God promised that one day His people would be an avenue by which others could find salvation.

It is God’s desire that anywhere there is a Christian, God has a way for people to learn of His salvation (Rom. 10:14–15). Whenever an unbeliever meets a Christian, the unbeliever ought to be face to face with everything he needs to know in order to follow Christ.

Sadly, however, Christians can be like the Israelite of Isaiah’s day. We can be so involved in our sin that we are completely disoriented to God, ill-equipped to direct others to Him. If our lives are filled with hypocrisy, we may turn people away from God, rather than helping them come to Him.

If our lives are filled with doubt or anger, we will impede others from coming to Christ. Our lives ought to be a highway of holiness, providing easy access to God for anyone around us who seeks Him. Ask God to remove any obstacle in your life that hinders others from coming to know Jesus.

However a Christian life should be light… the unbeliever should see it and be drawn to God… if you are already saved join us as we say the prayer below but if you are yet to be saved… beloveth click here to join this household of faith in Christ Jesus… as you do that you are now a born again child of God and you will part take of the promised blessings too…

Loving Father, I thank you for coming after me and saving me. Thank you for bringing me into your fold. I belong to your covenant and its promises; I will proclaim Your Name and glorify it. Lord, draw my friends, family and relatives to You with Your everlasting love. In Jesus’ Name I pray. Amen.

Beloveth “You are redeemed to be salt and light in the world” go yea and do likewise….

Have a blissful weekend… see you next week Monday by God’s grace…
