You are the reason why I lift my hands, why I lift my voice, why I sing to you. You are the reason I’m alive today, I am here to say it’s all because of You. You are the reason, You are the reason, You are the reason, You are reason.// Who is like unto thee O Lord, Who is like unto thee, O Lord, among the gods, Who is like thee, You are glorious in Holiness fearful in praises doing wonders alleluia.
Faithful Father we thank You we praise Your Holy Name, we worship You for Who you are. Thank You Lord for being there for all that put their trust in You. Jesus help us this day we pray thee. Come into our heart and bless us. Help us because we are nothing without You and aside You we are nothing. Have Your way again. Teach us and make us whole. Let everything that has breathe praise Your Name.
Beloved, wow! We are at the last week of this wonderful month. Blessed be Jesus Who shown us kindness from the beginning up on till this moment. Faithful are You Father. Beloved, how has it been with you this period? Challenging? Disappointing? Grieved? Beautiful? Pleasant? Good? Either way, the Lord is good and is faithfulness endureth forever.
There are times in life you and I cannot explain what is going on in our lives. We think we have prayed, we believe in on other name except the Name of Jesus and we confess same. But things are not going the way it should or we believe it should. What are going to do as a born again child of God?
Your faith is not in doubt? You live upright and you went a little further to teach your children the way of the Lord. Then what went wrong? Where did you miss it? How can a good God leave His children to suffer evil, while did He intervene, why did He not give room for testimony of victory? There are one thousand and one question a child of God is asking because of what befall them?
Beloved, I have these answers which in itself may not be exhaustive but to an extent can help us in such a time while we trust God through the Holy Spirit to minister healing to such souls at such a moment like this.
Do you remember the story of the sower? He sowed wheat while men where slept, his enemy came sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way. However, from the Master’s instruction, the two should be left to grow together but will be separated at the harvest time. When the tares will be gathered and burn up (Matt 13:24-30).
The Word of God also made us to understand that the thief came to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: but Jesus come to give life, life more abundantly (Jn 10:10).
Hear what Jesus had to say for such a moment, He said ‘these things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have over the world.’
Note that this road will not be easy to go expect with a sure guide. Your strength will never be sufficient for it. Never! Except with the Lord of the Lord. One thing is eminent and must be watch against, there is a tendency of Apostasy.
The underline thing under attack here is your faith. Without faith is impossible for you to please God. Then when your faith has been attacked, you are not of who you are in Christ Jesus. You will start asking questions like, “do God actually exist?” “Do He still answer prayers?” and before long you will give up the fight and that is not long, sickness may attack and weaken you further just to score a point that there is no God.
I will like to share with you what Apostle Paul told Timothy in 1Tim 6:11… flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness. In verse 12 he said “Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witness.
So the underlining thing under attack is your ‘faith’ same you must watch. The devil is busy weakening your foundation and sometimes the hedge has either been removed or broken (Job 1:10-12).
So the best and wises thing to do at such a moment is to fall back to God. He is the script writer, so He knows what He want happens at the end. So by falling back to Him means first you recognize the supremacy of God and His Sovereignty. It is not a time to make statement that will give Satan a foothold.
God the much needed grace we need give unto us in Jesus Name.
Let us graciously wait on God for He is our sure guide, let’s read more:
“I will bring the blind by a way that they knew not.” Isa. 42:16
Think of the infinitely glorious Jehovah acting as a Guide to the blind! What boundless condescension does this imply! A blind man cannot find a way which he does not know. Even when he knows the road, it is hard for him to traverse it; but a road which he has not known is quite out of the question for his unguided feet.
Now, we are by nature blind as to the way of salvation, and yet the Lord leads us into it, and brings us to Himself, and then opens our eyes. As to the future, we are all of us blind, and cannot see an hour before us; but the Lord Jesus will lead us even to our journey’s end. Blessed be His name!
We cannot guess in which way deliverance can possibly come to us, but the Lord knows, and He will lead us till we shall have escaped every danger. Happy are those who place their hand in that of the great Guide, and leave their way and themselves entirely with Him.
He will bring them all the way; and when He has brought them home to glory and has opened their eyes to see the way by which He has led them, what a song of gratitude will they sing unto their great Benefactor! Lord, lead thy poor blind child this day, for I know not my way!
The Lord said my Thought towards you is good and so also is His plan. Beloved, it is not easy but He promise to help you, hand it over. Read more from below:
Today, Many Of Us Are Plagued By A Malaise Deep Within Our Soul
Beneath the surface of our lives there lurks a subliminal sense of disquiet… a despondency; perhaps a lingering struggle with depression… even to the point of despair. Let me suggest four reasons as to why:
- Primal Wounds of the Heart
Most of us enter adult life deeply wounded. So unless and until we assume responsibility for the past, and allow Jesus the Healer to bind up our wounds, thereby giving us the grace to forgive, forget, and move beyond the past, we will continue on as spiritual and emotional cripples.
“Behold, how happy is the man whom God reproves, so do not despise the discipline of the Almighty. For He inflicts pain, and gives relief; He wounds, and His hands also heal.” (Job 5:17, 18)
- Cynicism of the Mind
Secretly, many of us live in two worlds. Intellectually we believe the Word of God to be true. However, when Jesus calls us to steps of faith demanding vulnerability, we often respond with, “I can‘t,” or “I won‘t.” And by our refusal, we demonstrate our spiritual cynicism that God really cannot be trusted.
“But my righteous one shall live by faith; and if he shrink back, my soul hath no pleasure in him.” (Hebrews 10:38 Phillips)
- Paralysis of the Will
Many of us choose to continue to be victimized by our past, our circumstances, and our fears. Our motto is “I can‘t help it,” or “I can‘t do it.” So the freedom, the joy, and the victory available to us in Christ remain a distant illusion that recedes with each passing day.
“But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us.” (Romans 8:37)
- Overcrowding of the Soul
We are exposed to too much noise, activity, information, and pressure. Too little time is taken for meditation, rest, contemplation and prayer. So the jostling encountered by today’s typical urban professional is usually unkind to the inner life of the soul.
“And the work of righteousness will be peace, and the service of righteousness, quietness and confidence forever.” (Isaiah 32:17)
The enemy’s objective, to “steal, kill, and destroy” (John 10:10) the abundant life of Christ within us, is being realized if we fail to address these critical areas of life. Ultimately, the choice is ours.
Are you yet to have the encounter so much spoken of this month, believe you that God is able to do it? Look unto Him for He will deliver you and make a way of escape even on that unseemly impossible situation.
May God help us all through this week and beyond as we declared this week blessed in Jesus Name. The remaining days of this month must surely deliver all the goodness of God towards you Amen!
Remain blessed in the Lord.
