Yes! Let the living Praise the Lord. It is only the living that will worship the Lord. That is why we are here now to worship the king of kings, the Ancient Days. The One Who is and is yet to come. Glory be to your Name in the highest. Our God is faithful, Living and Awesome. There is none like Him. He is a Mighty Man in battle. And Great is His Holy Name!!!!!!

Beloved, the month is gliding away in style and I hope the Lord is make your life beautiful? Yes! Because the bible told me that “we are beautifully and wonderfully made.” Yes!  He saw us while we are being knitted together in our mother’s womb. And before we were born He knew what we will be. Praise God.

Is someone happy about this good news? Yes! Our destiny has been orchestrated right from the foundation of the earth. Therefore we need not be afraid what Satan will do. Though he try but he will succeed. He might put obstacles, hindrances on the way but the Spirit of God render all his scheme null and void. Yes! He is not permitted to harm any of us. Because the God of host has promise to make a difference between us.

Let us quickly remind us that as long as you fear and obey God you are secured. You must also accept Jesus as Your Lord and personal Saviour.

Round off the month of October in style and we are hereby inviting you to a celebration.

What celebration some is asking? The celebration of the gathering the lost sheep of Israel. The Lord is glad over one person that repented than in the ninety-nine. Sometimes we don’t like it that way but that is how it has been ordained even in heaven that angels rejoices over one sinner that repented.

Are you happy when you that drunkard that repented? Do you rejoice over that army robber, blasphemy, prostitute who gave his/her life to our Jesus Christ?

Often time we seek special recognition having stays in God’s service for a long time and seeing this sinners repented and is being blessed by God as if he never sin for one day.

Beloved, we must realize that God is sovereign and does His things the way it pleases Him. He is never partially as many will think, rather our destinies have been establish right from the foundation of the world so we must allow Him to run this business since the map is in His palm. Praise God!

Let us always rejoice we pray, evangelize and as sinners are turning to saints through the help of the Holy Spirit. We can only do this through growth.

Growing in God’s word is one vital tools that help a child of God to be in service will joyful heart. We will be meeting all this in today’s teaching and I believe it will help us a great deal in our pursuit of righteousness and finishing our race strong. Glory be to God.

Don’t be left behind, come, let’s come for celebration:

But he replied to his father, ‘Look, I have been slaving many years for you, and I have never disobeyed your orders, yet you never gave me a young goat so I could celebrate with my friends.—Luke 15:29

God is concerned with bringing people from death to life. His heart rejoices over each person who returns to Him from a time of rebellion. If your heart is like God’s, you, too, will rejoice when a sinner returns to the Father.

Jesus’ parable about the prodigal son is as much about the older son who remained as it is about the wayward son or the father. Year after year the older son labored for his father, waiting for a future reward. He had seen the brokenness his brother’s rebellion had caused his father. Yet when his brother returned, the older son did not rejoice with his father. He felt no pleasure in seeing his father happy. His concern was for himself and the injustice he perceived he’d been dealt. He felt like a martyr and totally missed the blessing of celebrating with his father.

It is possible to serve God year after year and yet have a heart that is far from Him. You might be one of the hardest workers in your church and yet be filled with bitterness because others do not share your load. You can become so preoccupied with your spiritual labors that when God works miracles in the lives of those around you, you cannot rejoice.

If you serve the Lord out of duty or habit, but not out of joy and gratitude, you will feel like a martyr. You will envy those who are experiencing joy in the Lord while you feel weighed down by the work you are doing. This is not the abundant life your Father has planned for you. Come to the celebration, spend time with the Father, and share in His joy!

Are you feeling martyr? Many of the Christians fold are feeling this way. Loosen out, rejoice with your brother/sister as the Lord is blessing them. Never you serve God out of duty or habit else you will not have full benefit of His blessings. Praise God.

Beloved, we are call to grow up in Him in all things. Come let’s find out what they are?

“Grow up into Him in all things.” Ephesians 4:15

Many Christians remain stunted and dwarfed in spiritual things, so as to present the same appearance year after year. No up-springing of advanced and refined feeling is manifest in them. They exist but do not “grow up into Him in all things.” But should we rest content with being in the “green blade,” when we might advance to “the ear,” and eventually ripen into the “full corn in the ear?”

Should we be satisfied to believe in Christ, and to say, “I am safe,” without wishing to know in our own experience more of the fulness which is to be found in Him. It should not be so; we should, as good traders in heaven’s market, covet to be enriched in the knowledge of Jesus. It is all very well to keep other men’s vineyards, but we must not neglect our own spiritual growth and ripening.

Why should it always be winter time in our hearts? We must have our seed time, it is true, but O for a spring time—yea, a summer season, which shall give promise of an early harvest. If we would ripen in grace, we must live near to Jesus—in His presence—ripened by the sunshine of His smiles. We must hold sweet communion with Him. We must leave the distant view of His face and come near, as John did, and pillow our head on His breast; then shall we find ourselves advancing in holiness, in love, in faith, in hope—yea, in every precious gift.

As the sun rises first on mountain-tops and gilds them with his light, and presents one of the most charming sights to the eye of the traveller; so is it one of the most delightful contemplations in the world to mark the glow of the Spirit’s light on the head of some saint, who has risen up in spiritual stature, like Paul, above his fellows, till, like a mighty Alp, snow-capped, he reflects first among the chosen, the beams of the Sun of Righteousness, and bears the sheen of His effulgence high aloft for all to see, and seeing it, to glorify His Father which is in heaven.

Yes we have seen were we are expected to grow, that is covet to be enriches in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus. In our Sunday school class yesterday, we discussed about Spiritual gifts. One of contributions was that we should covet higher gifts but beloved, when you covet such gifts as term higher/ or best many things are bound to go wrong if you are growing in the knowledge of Christ.

Firstly remember God has a plan and purpose for our existing. We must covet only such gift that will help us to live out our destiny. Moreover, a life yet to be filled with the knowledge of Christ will be catastrophe because the gift might be abuse and that will spell doom.

The gift of the Holy Spirit is for the edification of the body of Christ. We are to build up the body Christ and not to destroy it. We must never allow pride to rule our heart when we are operating in that office. May God help us in Jesus Name.

This week is declared blessed in Jesus Name. Go in the strength of the Lord and return with testimonies. May the blessings of the Lord keep you and preserve you as you desires to grow in Him in Jesus Name.

Remain blessed in the Lord
