O happy day! O happy day! O happy day! When Jesus die (when Jesus die) when Jesus die (when Jesus die) to wash my sins away, O! happy day.// Great is the faithfulness, great is Thy faithfulness, morning by morning new mercies I see, all that I needed Thy Hand has provided, great is Thy faithfulness Lord unto Thee.

Father, we thank You we bless Your Holy Name, we adore Thee for who you are. Glorious God we worship You, we are adore You with twenty-four elders in heaven and we bow before the Throne be thou exalted O! Lord. let our worship be accepted by You in Jesus Name.

Beloved, today is our prayer day, another opportunity to reach heaven, we must make most use of it because an appointment with the Master if honoured will bring great reward. And I am not ready to miss it, hope is same with you. Praise God.

Beloveth, today’s prayer topic look like an appeal and admonishment. Will you heed to it and save yourself troubles that satan is bring your way in a disguise manner. Will you say with me “God is my sufficiency.” In Christ dwells the fullness of God and we are complete in Him, therefore we lack nothing (Col 2:9,10).

But this truth is hidden to many and satan hold so many captive by lack of knowledge of this truth. But the Word of God is coming your way today to set you free. After today when satan comes your way to remind of those things you are yet to receive or do, you will remind him that “God is your sufficiency.” You will also remind him that with “with Christ you can do all things.” Praise God.

We had a brief discussion on anxiety, I never know that this is message is come your way anyway. What are the cause’s anxiety? Most often it causes by the fear of the unknown. Fear of what might happen or may not even eventually happen. Remember the remedies we suggested among many are prayers, reading loud the Word of promises from the Living Book. Please refer to last Friday ministration for more.

After today’s ministration you will cease to be anxious about anything. The Word of God admonished us not to be, do not allow satan to hold you bound. Praise God!

Being is a bad state of living. It create anxiety in you, you will be a shadow of yourself. The only saving grace in such a situation is the help of the Holy Spirit. Even you faith will be shaken, because things may not work as planned. But if you remember in whom you believe and hold on to Him, He will deliver you. nothing is too difficult for God to handle neither is there anything impossible for Him, all that is require of you “always” is to turn it over to the one Who is “All Sufficiency.” May God help you in hour of need in Jesus Name.

So labour not to be anxious about anything in your life. another prayer point we will be considering today again is “God lead us not into temptation.” everyone is bound to be tempted said one of my Reverend Priest but falling into that temptation is the sin you will be held accountable to. So today we must labour in prayer and ask the Holy Spirit to help us not to fall into temptation.

Are you ready to pray, before we go down on our knees to pray, let’s go through the message for a fuller understanding:

Don’t worry about anything, but in everything, through prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.—Philippians 4:6

Don’t be anxious! Paul said there is nothing that should cause a child of God to worry. He was well aware of things that cause anxiety. His nation was occupied by a foreign army and ruled by corrupt leaders. He was writing from prison, where he was being held as a result of false accusations. He was separated from those he loved; his motives had been questioned, and he had been misrepresented.

Some were trying to undermine all that he had accomplished in starting churches. He suffered physically and faced imminent execution (2 Cor. 11:23–29). Yet Paul said there would never be a crisis so troubling that God could not bring peace in the midst of it!

God will not necessarily take your problems away, but He will carry the load for you. He wants you to experience His peace, which is beyond human comprehension. You will never fully understand how God could give you peace in some of the situations you face, but you do not have to understand it in order to experience it.

This peace is not just for those who “handle stress well”; it is for everyone! You may know that God wants you to experience peace but wonder how this is possible, given what you are presently facing. Yet, Scripture says to be anxious for nothing. God’s word clearly indicates that there is nothing you can face that is too difficult, too troubling, or too fearful for God.

No matter what your circumstances are, turn your anxiety over to God and let His perfect peace guard your heart.

May the peace of God guide our heart from this day forward in Jesus Name. How do one stay above temptation? How do you live your life so that God will deliver you from temptation when it comes knocking at your door. Come as we discover all from the next message:

“Lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil [or, the evil one].” Luke 11:4

What we are taught to seek or shun in prayer, we should equally pursue or avoid in action. Very earnestly, therefore, should we avoid temptation, seeking to walk so guardedly in the path of obedience, that we may never tempt the devil to tempt us. We are not to enter the thicket in search of the lion. Dearly might we pay for such presumption.

This lion may cross our path or leap upon us from the thicket, but we have nothing to do with hunting him. He that meeteth with him, even though he winneth the day, will find it a stern struggle. Let the Christian pray that he may be spared the encounter. Our Saviour, who had experience of what temptation meant, thus earnestly admonished His disciples—”Pray that ye enter not into temptation.”

But let us do as we will, we shall be tempted; hence the prayer “deliver us from evil.” God had one Son without sin; but He has no son without temptation. The natural man is born to trouble as the sparks fly upwards, and the Christian man is born to temptation just as certainly. We must be always on our watch against Satan, because, like a thief, he gives no intimation of his approach.

Believers who have had experience of the ways of Satan, know that there are certain seasons when he will most probably make an attack, just as at certain seasons bleak winds may be expected; thus the Christian is put on a double guard by fear of danger, and the danger is averted by preparing to meet it.

Prevention is better than cure: it is better to be so well armed that the devil will not attack you, than to endure the perils of the fight, even though you come off a conqueror. Pray this today first that you may not be tempted, and next that if temptation be permitted, you may be delivered from the evil one.

Are you ready to pray? You may now pray. Remember that the earnest prayer of a righteous person as great power and produces wonderful result. Do you have someone who is passing through a test, please pray for such one that God will intervene in that situation and the burden be lifted up his/her shoulder.

Father, Your children are before the Throne, answer as we pray to Thee in Jesus Name.

Beloved, open your mouth and pray to your Father Who art in heaven, He will answer you in Jesus Name.

My prayer for someone who is reading this devotion today everything causing anxiety in your life dies from the root in Jesus Name. God is giving someone a Word to fight his/her way out of it today in Jesus Name. The Holy Spirit is helping someone to overcome it in Jesus Name. I am being enable by the power in Word through the Holy Spirit to stay on top of the situation.

Finally, beloved, let us be anxious for nothing but in everything with prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your request be made known unto God. Let us also always remember to ask God in our prayer that He lead us not into temptation but let Him deliver us from all evil.

Remain blessed in the Lord.
