Beloveth, our first prayer meeting in year 2021, Praise the Lord! Something great is gonna happen in our lives to make this memorial in our lives in Jesus Name. Yea! Take God for another opportunity to pray, we cannot be tried of praying dearly beloved because once we ceased to pray; we being to die, God forbid in Jesus Name.

We thought about waiting on the Lord to renew our strength yesterday and praying is one of chief ingredient in waiting upon the Lord! When we prayerful wait on God our life will be transformed. We will receive blessings, obtain promised blessings, obtain salvation, deliverance and safety, our prayers will be answered and our strength renewed (Ps 25:2-3, Isa 30:18, Lam 3:25, Mich 7:7, Act1 :4, Heb 6:15, Ps 62:5-8, Isa 25:9, Ps 40:1-2).

The benefits of waiting upon God with prayers cannot be underestimated, so we must patiently wait upon Him till He arise and show us His mercy. We will not watch idle but engage prayerfully for the fulfillment of God’s promises. Praise the Lord!!!!!!!!

Come on with us as we continue to wait unto the Lord with prayer:

“Continue in prayer.” Colossians 4:2

It is interesting to remark how large a portion of Sacred Writ is occupied with the subject of prayer, either in furnishing examples, enforcing precepts, or pronouncing promises. We scarcely open the Bible before we read, “Then began men to call upon the name of the Lord;” and just as we are about to close the volume, the “Amen” of an earnest supplication meets our ear.

Instances are plentiful. Here we find a wrestling Jacob—there a Daniel who prayed three times a day—and a David who with all his heart called upon his God. On the mountain we see Elias; in the dungeon Paul and Silas. We have multitudes of commands, and myriads of promises. What does this teach us, but the sacred importance and necessity of prayer?

We may be certain that whatever God has made prominent in His Word, He intended to be conspicuous in our lives. If He has said much about prayer, it is because He knows we have much need of it. So deep are our necessities, that until we are in heaven we must not cease to pray.

Dost thou want nothing? Then, I fear thou dost not know thy poverty. Hast thou no mercy to ask of God? Then, may the Lord’s mercy show thee thy misery! A prayerless soul is a Christless soul. Prayer is the lisping of the believing infant, the shout of the fighting believer, the requiem of the dying saint falling asleep in Jesus.

It is the breath, the watchword, the comfort, the strength, the honour of a Christian. If thou be a child of God, thou wilt seek thy Father’s face, and live in thy Father’s love. Pray that this year thou mayst be holy, humble, zealous, and patient; have closer communion with Christ, and enter oftener into the banqueting-house of His love.

Pray that thou mayst be an example and a blessing unto others, and that thou mayst live more to the glory of thy Master. The motto for this year must be, “Continue in prayer.”

Yes! Prayer is the breath, the watchword, the comfort, the strength and honour of a Christian, we must watch unto the Lord with prayer for that is our only weapon of warfare.

Beloveth continue in prayer, no waiting, no resting, until you obtain answer from the Lord!

Father, Your children are before You to seek You in prayer, hear us as we call upon You, deliver us from all evil and as we pray Father may Your promises begin to manifest in our lives in Jesus Name, we will not go the same way we come Father, You will bless us and take away sickness from among us in Jesus Name. we will serve You in health and will receive help from above in Jesus Name Amen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Beloveth, let us pray.

Remain blessed in the Lord.
