We Praise Thee! Lord because You deserve all our Praise. Let the living Praise the Lord, for when we Praise Him we give God what He cannot give Himself- Praise. So can you lift up your voice high in worship and Praise His Holy Name right away.

Beloved, do you believe that God answereth prayers? Have He answered all your prayers? Do you believe He will answer your prayers? It is important to note that in our worship of God the key thing is –TRUST. Do you trust God that He will walk in that situation and bring peace into that trouble waters, calm the storms, heal your diseases, restore your health and finances, defend you, promote you, provide for you, and uphold you to the end?

Apart from our Lord Jesus Christ, Job was the only man who believe God that in spite of what befell him to wait until his change/relief comes (Job 14:14).

Did God come? Yes! God did come and that is what we will be considering today in our teaching. God visited job and his later days was more blessed than his beginning.

Beloved, only God knows them that trust Him, He also knows the way of the righteous (Ps 1:6, Nah 1:7). May He count us among them that put our trust in Him in Jesus Name.

Job 41:1-42:17, Psalm 107:10-16, Proverbs 22:13-14, 1 Corinthians 15:35-58

Deep Trauma

So the Lord blessed the last part of Job’s life more than the first.—Job 42:12

There are many “walking wounded” in the Christian church who have experienced some deep horror, such as physical beating, sexual abuse, or serious injury. The Holy Spirit yearns to heal you of these hurts, but He can only do so when you let Him.

For the Holy Spirit to be able to heal our deep hurts, we must be willing to part with the resentment that is often mixed up in them. When something traumatic happens to us, more often than not, we respond to it with a measure of self-pity and say, “Why should that have happened to me?” In whatever way you might justify the bitterness at the time, there must be a willingness to abandon all resentment before there can be a deep healing.

This is what I mean when I say that the Holy Spirit will heal your hurts—if you let Him. He can’t bring healing where there is bitterness. That would be like healing over a boil. When you truly part with the bitterness, however, then I assure you, a deep healing will begin.

Have you heard the story of Joni Eareckson Tada? Young, beautiful, vivacious, she had a diving accident that resulted in paralysis. She is now a quadriplegic. She paints pictures with a brush held between her teeth. Her witness has become worldwide. At first she was angry and bitter, but one day she let go of the bitterness and experienced inner healing. Outside she remained the same, but inside she was made anew.

Prayer

Blessed Holy Spirit, I see that when I hold onto bitterness and resentment, I succeed only in blocking Your healing power. I surrender every resentment, every ounce of self-pity, into Your hands, and receive in its place complete healing. Amen.

What was Job’s confession?

When did God bring good out of Job’s calamity?

Beloved, did you read that, are you deep hurt, the Holy Spirit will  help you if you are willing to let God your hurt. Easier to say than do, I have been there so I know, but I want to testify that the moment you let go; you let God.

The moment you refuse to recount the genesis of the story to revelation than the healing comes. You will be so healed that you will laugh over the hurt each time you remember it again. Job would not have been healed if he had not prayed for His enemy but God instructed him to do that then stand in for his own restoration. His friends did not encourage him in his predicaments, his wife told him to cause God and die but not Job, he defended his faith in God till the end. and God showed up.

Is possible you are reading this at the moment and you are having some negative experiences, please hang on there, wait for God will show up, don’t give up rather pick up your bible and read about the heroes /heroines of faith and you will be healed. God will send a Word to you and your solution will come. Like Jacob you hold the Lord and refuse to let God until He blesses you. every blessing comes from Him, so hold on to Him until your change/ relief  comes. Praise the Lord!

When we look away from God and concentrate on the problem, we tend to reduce God below the problem and that make us look desperate and frustrated. Let us learn to look unto Jesus the Author and Finisher of our faith in every situation. He will send help to us, He will answer our prayers, He will restore to us everything the Palmer-worms and the caterpillars and eaten off our lives, the Lord will do it . He did for Job; He will do for us. He will send help to us in due season, He will not delay (Prov 20:22b, Ps 119:173, Eph 1:3-14; 4:26-32, 2Thess 3:3-5). Praise the Lord.

O! Lord forgive us where our trust in you has failed and help us to put all our trust in you in Jesus Name.

Remain blessed in the Lord.
