Beloveth… is another worship time… The Lord is Good and His Goodness enduerth forever…. Today we will be looking at living next door to God… Yes! Making God our next door neighbour… how fantastic that will be…

When you live knowing that God is closer to you, you perspective about life will change… so many things will change in your way of living… first you will live without anxiety, anxiousness will leave your domain… You are looking forward to seeing Him regularly…

How do you achieve all these …very simple… making your life a prayer life… making your life a moving altar… Sometimes, your busy schedules keep you from praying though you genuinely long to spend time with God and live everyday life in His peace, you keep postponing it only after your day is less busy and your life is in order? Rest assured, You are not alone!

But what if we just need to see it the other way round… once we start praying more, then we will have more of his peace in our everyday lives. Once we invite God in our everyday busyness, He can change our habits and patterns to the point that we live a life in constant prayer.

And once we cover our days in prayer and see things from His perspective, our lives wont’s feel that chaotic and busy anymore.

Beloveth, prayer is not meant to be the end-result of a peaceful life in order, but the starting point and a pathway to a life lived in the Lord’s peace.  Life can be hard or easy, busy or peaceful, boring or joyful, but we can and should always choose to pray…

In order to live very near to God easy aside the ones are were mentioned below you adopt two simple methods that helped us focus in prayer… by keeping a ‘praylist’ and setting up a remainder… that may be all it takes to make prayer a habit and see how our lives be transformed life.. when we let God work in us daily.

Again talking about busy schedules and the age we are living in, prayer may look like a bigger task… the present-day demands so much of our attention that we end up thinking it is possible to pray only after the work is done, the kids are asleep or after our favourite TV show is over…

We may want to have a special place, with candles and a cup of coffee or tea, sit on a specific chair during a specific time in the evening. We think we need the ideal setup in order to pray.

But as much as it is useful to take time for our planned ‘meeting with God’, we also need the fast, spontaneous ‘flash prayers’, ‘one-liners’ throughout the whole day. These small prayers that are just few words coming out of our heart can be found quite in the, even though easily overlooked. They can be as simple as “Lord, save me or ‘God, have mercy on me’. let us remember that a prayer doesn’t always have to be long and many words, but can also be simple brief cry to our Father.

It is not all the time you need a specific place to pray… is not all the time you need to stay in a particular position to pray… when you understand what prayer is… you will pray round the clock… how someone want to know…

The Lord is always near to us, no matter what activity we are into; He is actively listening and eagerly waiting for our attention. Whenever we turn to Him, even with a two-second flash prayer, He hears us.

Beloveth… do you want to develop a habit that will help us live nearer to God?… We must develop a ‘praylist’ … where we pray for ourselves and others… set up and alarm then always remember to say a flash-prayer through out the day… that way we will be the very next neighbour to God…

Come along for more:

Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, sinners, and purify your hearts, double-minded people!—James 4:8

There may be times when God seems far away. You may feel as if your prayers go unheard. James said there is a simple reason for this and a solution. If you are far from God, it is because your sin has separated you from Him.

God is unchanging. His character stays absolutely holy. His faithfulness remains constant; it is we who change. We allow sin into our lives. We choose our own direction. We spend less and less time with Him in Bible study and prayer. Then one day we realize that we have gradually grown distant from God.

The solution, according to James, is straightforward. We are to draw near to God. As we realize our need to be closer to the Father and we begin to return to Him, He meets us even as the father hurried to greet his prodigal son (Luke 15:20).

Drawing near to God requires you to take two actions. First, you must cleanse your hands (Isa. 1:15). You must cleanse your way of living. If you have been actively engaged in sin, you must renounce it. If you have done anything to offend or hurt someone, you must make it right.

Second, you are to purify your heart (Ps. 51:10). You must make certain your attitudes, thoughts, and motives are right in God’s eyes and are in harmony with God’s word. Jesus warned that you cannot serve two masters (Matt. 6:24). It is impossible to love anything else as much as you love God and still please Him.

If God seems distant, do what is necessary to cleanse your hands, purify your heart, and draw near to Him.

Praise the Name of the Lord… beloveth… draw nearer to God through prayer including flash-prayers, through cleansing of our hands, purify our heart and through daily studying of God’s Word. May God help us in Jesus Name..

Father help us to seek you daily…build an hedge around us… make our daily encounter with You a sweet experience that we will always be desiring for more Amen!!!

Beloveth… I saw this somewhere and I want to share it with you… Prayer

REHYDRATE

REPLENISH

REFUEL

So come let us pray… the above three is for us to take….
