Father You are indeed a Mighty God! What can we say unto the Lord, all I have to say is Thank You Lord! Thank You for another blessed day, You have ordained from the beginning to bless and honour us. How Great You are, Father, we bow again before your presence and we say thank You for Your faithfulness and goodness in our lives and

Beloved, we are here again to worship our God who is ever faithful and always showing love and kindness to His children whose confident are on Him. He never fail, He never fail, He never fail. When you call Him with confidence and trust in Him. Beloveth, we will cry out to the Lord today and answers will come.

God promised to hear, listen and answer when we call on Him. Are you ready to do just that? The power of the Most High God will accomplish much for us but there is a condition precedent to the answered prayer.

Our topic today will give us God’s position when it comes to answers to prayers. We are instructed to pray, therefore prayer we must pray. We must ask the Holy Spirit to help us and teach us to pray.

It the Holy Spirit that knows the mind of God on every issues of life. It is the Holy Spirit that pray with groaning that only God understands.

We must therefore commit ourselves into the merciful hand of God whose thoughts towards us are for good and not evil. His mercies endureth forever more.

We are going to discover among many things why our prayers are not answers or what causes delay to our answers to prayer.

In addition we will also discover why blessings can be overflowing in the house of the righteous.

Come along with to discover more:

The intense prayer of the righteous is very powerful.—James 5:16b

God promises all believers that if we live righteously and pray fervently, our prayers will be effective and produce significant results. How do we treat a promise like this? We might argue, “But I do pray, and nothing happens!”

Our problem is that we do not hold ourselves accountable to the Scripture. God’s Word says that prayer ought to accomplish much. If our prayer life is not accomplishing much, what should we do? If we are praying but seeing no results, should we conclude that this promise is untrue? Should we excuse this Scripture as impractical and unrealistic? Or should we examine ourselves to see if we meet its conditions?

James says that fervent prayer avails much. Could it be that we are not as fervent in our praying as we should be? Fervent prayer means we do not quit easily. Fervent prayer means we purposefully spend sufficient time in intercession. Fervent prayer means we cry out to the Father, sometimes in tears, with our heart and soul. Fervent prayer comes as the Holy Spirit assists us in praying with groanings too deep for words (Rom. 8:26).

According to James, our righteousness will ensure effective prayer. God’s standard of righteousness is different from ours, for He looks beyond our actions, even beyond our thoughts, directly to our hearts. How then should we hold ourselves accountable if our prayers are accomplishing little? If nothing happens when we pray, the problem is not with God. The problem is with us, for God’s word is absolutely reliable. If we adhere to what God requires, He will lead us to pray for things that align with His purposes, and God will answer our prayers in a mighty way.

Did you just read it that intense prayer of the righteous is very powerful? Is your prayer powerful, then it intense but if not, then your prayer is weak. An intense prayer accomplish much.

I believe you have read something that will put fire in your bone as you pray today. All the methods of intense prayers ranges from purposefully spending sufficient time to praying with tears with our heart and soul. Then there is a new discover to what the intense prayer does in the lives of a believers, the home is blessed. Come with me to have another in sight of the goodness of God to those that trust in Him:

“The Lord shall bless thee out of Zion: and thou shalt see the good of Jerusalem all the days of thy life.” Ps. 128:5

This is a promise to the God-fearing man who walks in the ways of holiness with earnest heed. He shall have domestic blessedness; his wife and children shall be a source of great home happiness. But then as a member of the church he desires to see the cause prosper, for he is as much concerned for the Lord’s house as for his own.

When the Lord builds our house, it is but fitting that we should desire to see the Lord’s house builded. Our goods are not truly good unless we promote by them the good of the Lord’s chosen church.

Yes, you shall get a blessing when you go up to the assemblies of Zion; you shall be instructed, enlivened, and comforted, where prayer and praise ascend, and testimony is borne to the Great Sacrifice. “The Lord shall bless thee out of Zion.”

Nor shall you alone be profited; the church itself shall prosper; believers shall be multiplied, and their holy work shall be crowned with success. Certain gracious men have this promise fulfilled to them as long as they live. Alas! when they die the cause often flags.

Let us be among those who bring good things to Jerusalem all their days. Lord, of thy mercy make us such! Amen.

Yes! His home will also be blessed. That is an assurance from the Word of God that faileth not. hold on to it. Make sure that your prayers are effective and effectual. That is the prayer that God Himself will hear and give answers to.

Our Father in heaven help your children when they call because we have on other name that is effective and effectual too. You are the Alpha and the Omega. The Beginning and the End. No one cometh unto you and go away empty. Cause Your fear to fall upon us and help us to trust You in Jesus Name.

Beloved, as you pray today, you will not leave God’s presence empty for the Lord will listen and bless you as He promised. Glory be to His name forever and ever!

Remain blessed in the Lord.
