Glory glory alleluia His banner over me is love. All glory glory alleluia His banner over me is love 2x His banner over me is love. What a Mighty God we serve alleluia 2x, heaven and earth adore Him, Angels bow before Him what a Mighty God we serve.

Heavenly Father we thank You, we bless Your Holy Name, we adore You for Your banner over us is love. Who is like unto Thee. Thank You for answers to prayers, thank You for fulfilling Your Promises over us. Thank You for being God indeed unto us blessed be Your Name forever.

Beloved, hope you are rejoicing in the Lord your Saviour? You just have to rejoice and be glad because Jesus had conquer satan forever. Wipe away your tears and listen very attentively to that still voice speaking to your heart. There is still hope for you if only you will believe.

Your authority in Christ is what Satan is contending with and he will do everything to keep you away from the truth of whom you are in Christ Jesus.  No matter what you are going through today, know yea that you have been  redeemed to reign with Christ and this truth is what satan is contending with and looking for ways to stop you from to this truth so that you perpetual think otherwise.

You see the devil realizes he cannot hold in bondage a believer who knows his authority in Christ Jesus. Such a believer is aware that he is seated with Christ in heavenly places and that the devil is a defeated foe under his feet (Eph 1:15-26). Furthermore, this believer is convinced that no work of the enemy can prevail against him in carrying out the will of God on the earth.

Always remember that His banner over you is love and nothing can change it except you. So come out of your shell and exercise your faith in God. Believe everything His Word says concerning You and see you dominating your world in style, the Word of God is an active weapon. Dressed in the armor of God, you are prepared to stand every attack of the enemy (Eph 6:10-17).

Our topic today is a classical one. A must read if you have been visiting this site. It on this foundation that every other thing is built upon. Ask God to give you the spirit of faith so that you be strong in your belief of Him (2 Cor 4:13). The second still emphasizing on your faith in God. The outcome of our walk with God depends largely on our faith with Him. Come as we make some fresh discovery:

Now without faith it is impossible to please God, for the one who draws near to Him must believe that He exists and rewards those who seek Him.—Hebrews 11:6

Your relationship with God is largely determined by your faith. When you come to Him, you must believe that He exists and that He is exactly who He has revealed Himself to be in Scriptures. You must also believe that He will respond to you when you earnestly seek Him. Without this kind of faith, you cannot please God. Regardless of the morality of your life, the good works you perform, the words you speak, or the sacrifices you make for His sake, if you do not have faith, you will not please Him.

It can be tempting to substitute religious activity for faith in God. Christians may claim they are being “good stewards” of their resources when, in fact, they are wanting to walk by sight rather than by faith (Heb. 11:1). They may refuse to do what God tells them unless they can see all the resources in place first.

You may say, “I love God, but I just have difficulty trusting Him.” Then you are not pleasing to Him. You cannot struggle at the core of your relationship with God and still enjoy a vibrant fellowship with Him! Faith does not eliminate problems. Faith keeps you in a trusting relationship with God in the midst of your problems.

Faith has to do with your relationship with God, not your circumstances. Some may say, “I’m not much of a person of faith. I am more of a practical person!” Yet you will never do anything more practical than to place your trust in the Lord! Nothing is more secure or certain than that which you entrust to God.

Let consider the next message and see a women who followed God with her heart and not with her head. A woman who made project of kingdom business by taking care of God’s own  and see how every other was added to her (matt 6:33). Read on dearly beloved:

“The barrel of meal wasted not, neither did the cruse of oil fail, according to the word of the Lord, which He spake by Elijah.” 1Kings 17:16

See the faithfulness of divine love. You observe that this woman had daily necessities. She had herself and her son to feed in a time of famine; and now, in addition, the prophet Elijah was to be fed too. But though the need was threefold, yet the supply of meal wasted not, for she had a constant supply. Each day she made calls upon the barrel, but yet each day it remained the same.

You, dear reader, have daily necessities, and because they come so frequently, you are apt to fear that the barrel of meal will one day be empty, and the cruse of oil will fail you. Rest assured that, according to the Word of God, this shall not be the case. Each day, though it bring its trouble, shall bring its help; and though you should live to outnumber the years of Methuselah, and though your needs should be as many as the sands of the seashore, yet shall God’s grace and mercy last through all your necessities, and you shall never know a real lack.

For three long years, in this widow’s days, the heavens never saw a cloud, and the stars never wept a holy tear of dew upon the wicked earth: famine, and desolation, and death, made the land a howling wilderness, but this woman never was hungry, but always joyful in abundance. So shall it be with you. You shall see the sinner’s hope perish, for he trusts his native strength; you shall see the proud Pharisee’s confidence totter, for he builds his hope upon the sand; you shall see even your own schemes blasted and withered, but you yourself shall find that your place of defence shall be the munition of rocks:

“Your bread shall be given you, and your water shall be sure.” Better have God for your guardian, than the Bank of England for your possession. You might spend the wealth of the Indies, but the infinite riches of God you can never exhaust.

Are you blessed today? What is your resolve? To keep and tend to poverty or to give and be blessed? This widow’s act when discuss in our time today seem very simple and easy to an ordinary mind.  remember that there was famine sacarity in land as it is today, still this widow fed the man of God out of her scare resource each day but the faithfulness of God sustain her substance. It never run dry, she knew no real need until the cloud pour forth rain again.

What is happening in our world today? Do you have such a faith that will make you help someone even you are face with scare resources and believe God to sustain you and protect you from evil of job loss, business failure and career abortion? Can you help someone get back to track again from what God has given you or you are afraid that your resource will run out?

That was exactly what this women did and we are all praising her today. How many Christians in the land can still do it with the prevailing circumstances in the land? Though we still have few saints in land but God needs more men and women to enroll in this noble act that glorifies Him.

Show me your faith without work and I will show you my faith by my work (Jas 2:18). Consider this translation by Moffatt’s New Testament – “someone will object… show me your faith without any deeds, and I will show you by my deeds what faith is”

Beloved, love and have faith in God and be liberal with the gifting in your life. God will always reward a strong faith in Him and also giver. May God give you understanding in His Word. Amen!

Remain blessed in the Lord.
