Beloveth, our commitment this year before God is to for Christ- Phil 1:21.

If there be any life to live it must be for Christ, anything short of that we are not part. Praising the living Jesus!!!!!!!! We will not live ourselves or any ungodly ambition, our life will be committed to only the course the Spirit of God will lay in our heart in Jesus Name.

Beloveth, how you live for Christ I think is the question that is going through your mind right now?

We started by encouraging us to put all our trust in God. We went further to encourage us to wait on God for directive for everything we are going to do this year. In waiting is a tremendous blessings, beloveth it is only God that will sustain our faith, the Psalmist discovered it and he acted on it, like us as we go through the Word of God and discover His promises, counsels, and blessings we hold on to it and appropriate it to ourselves in Ps 27:14- the Psalmist concluded it by encouraging us to “wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and He shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord.

Beloveth, the waiting we read here is not unto any man but unto our God the Almighty One, the Maker of heaven and earth and all that is in it- (Ps 24:1). Also in Ps 31:24- the psalmist recognized what the Lord do all Who wait on Him- be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that wait on Him.

Beloveth, do you want to be renewed and strong, wait upon the Lord. Praise be the Lord!

Are you here with me?, to live for Christ we have mentioned ways of living for Christ that we have shared on this platform, join us to discover more below:

Josh.24:21

“For me to live is Christ.” Philippians 1:21

The believer did not always live to Christ. He began to do so when God the Holy Spirit convinced him of sin, and when by grace he was brought to see the dying Saviour making a propitiation for his guilt. From the moment of the new and celestial birth the man begins to live to Christ.

Jesus is to believers the one pearl of great price, for whom we are willing to part with all that we have. He has so completely won our love, that it beats alone for Him; to His glory we would live, and in defence of His gospel we would die; He is the pattern of our life, and the model after which we would sculpture our character.

Paul’s words mean more than most men think; they imply that the aim and end of his life was Christ—nay, his life itself was Jesus. In the words of an ancient saint, he did eat, and drink, and sleep eternal life. Jesus was his very breath, the soul of his soul, the heart of his heart, the life of his life.

Can you say, as a professing Christian, that you live up to this idea? Can you honestly say that for you to live is Christ? Your business—are you doing it for Christ? Is it not done for self- aggrandizement and for family advantage?

Do you ask, “Is that a mean reason?” For the Christian it is. He professes to live for Christ; how can he live for another object without committing a spiritual adultery? Many there are who carry out this principle in some measure; but who is there that dare say that he hath lived wholly for Christ as the apostle did?

Yet, this alone is the true life of a Christian—its source, its sustenance, its fashion, its end, all gathered up in one word—Christ Jesus. Lord, accept me; I here present myself, praying to live only in Thee and to Thee.

Let me be as the bullock which stands between the plough and the altar, to work or to be sacrificed; and let my motto be, “Ready for either.”

Beloveth, what other thing can we talk about having gone through this teaching that will be likened to that of living for Christ. I always count myself blessed each time I remembered that I am for Jesus! I don’t know any other life that is sweeter than knowing Jesus, having Him as my Personal Lord and Saviour, it gladdens my heart, it makes me joyous, my joy knows no bound, because I am for Christ. No regret whatsoever, and to’ crown it all, I am a witness, can you Praise God on my behalf. Never mind, I am celebrating Jesus just because “you are redeemed too.” Let us give a shouting ovation to the King of kings and the Lord of lords. Alleluia to His Holy Name! Praise the Name of the Lord!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Alleluia!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We will live for Jesus by the power of the Most High God! Satan will not overpower us but we will overcome by the Spirit of the Most High God (Ezek 36:26, 2 Cor 5:17, Josh 24:21) Amen! Amen!! Amen!!!

Let us hold to our Father, He will lead us when we trust Him, believe in Him, wait on Him and serve Him with all our heart. Praise the living Jesus !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you have taken a decision to live for Christ and Him only, may the blessings and the reward associated with such decision as that be your portion right from this moment in Jesus Name (1 Cor 15:58).

May you begin to reap your reward early in the year in Jesus Name.

Beloveth, have a wonderful weekend and see you on Monday if Jesus tarries.

Remain blessed in the Lord.
