Blessed the Lord O! my soul, He is worthy to be praise, Alleluia. Let the earth rejoice and the people be glad; the Lord God, reigns. Thank You Elashaddi; nothing is impossible with You but All things are possible with You. We reverence You now and forever.
Beloved, the Lord has been indeed be kind to us especially in the works of hand, He has dealt kindly with us. All knowledge, all power belongs to Him. He is the One that teaches us how to make wealth. We cannot thank Him enough. The secret of the Lord belongs only to those that fears Him. Then may I ask you, do you fear the Lord?
If yes, be set for an encounter of a life time. Don’t forget that this is your month of “Dominion in the Lord”. Beloved, I wrote at the beginning of this week, that if you run to God; He will run to You. When you lift your hands; He will lift you up to Himself. On the praying day which usually every Wednesday, we interceded for God’s intervention in the life of every user of this devotional. Then, yesterday again, I wrote also, “our God will make us a WONDER when we look up to him and trust in Him to be our guide”. My life witnessed all these all through the week. I am the first part taker of all these, so I testify to His glory and am sure you also have something to testify about, be kind and free to share with us.
Our God is so good; He is so kind to them that calls on Him, to them that calls on Him in faith; in truth and in Spirit. He will answer and be gracious to them when they call.
Beloved, sometime it seems as if God is so far away and beyond our reach but hear this, God’s desire for His children is all “Round Wellness”, so He always set aside the “Godly” right from the biblical times and He will yea do it again in our life time in Jesus Name:
Know that the Lord has set apart,the faithful for Himself; the Lord will hear when I call to Him.—Psalm 4:3
No one is more precious in the Lord’s sight than a godly person. God is pleased whenever He finds someone who strives to live a righteous life and bring glory to Him. God sets such people apart in a special place in His heart. They are always kept before Him, and He stands ready to respond to their faintest cries for help.
Sin separates us from God, causing Him to close His ears to our praying. It is futile for us to pray when we are knowingly practicing sin. But the opposite is also true. God chooses to honor us by listening to our every cry when we are living a godly life. An abiding security comes with living a blameless life. The righteous person never has to wonder whether God has listened to his prayer (1 John 5:14–15). The godly person has confidence that God has indeed heard her prayer and will immediately respond in all of His power.
It is exhilarating to be set apart by God, knowing that God observes your consecrated life and is pleased with what He sees. What a tremendous privilege to know that your life holds a special place in God’s heart! The world may not accord any special status to you, but you will know that you are cherished by God. The world continues to find new ways to honor people, but even the world’s most extravagant accolades are pitiful compared to the unfathomable blessing of holding a special place in the heart of God!
Are you among the Godly? Our God will not only set you apart; He will also do the following listed below for you:
“Sanctified by God the Father.” Jude 1:1
“Sanctified in Christ Jesus.” 1Corinthians 1:2
“Through sanctification of the Spirit.” 1Peter 1:2
Mark the union of the Three Divine Persons in all their gracious acts. How unwisely do those believers talk who make preferences in the Persons of the Trinity; who think of Jesus as if He were the embodiment of everything lovely and gracious, while the Father they regard as severely just, but destitute of kindness. Equally wrong are those who magnify the decree of the Father, and the atonement of the Son, so as to depreciate the work of the Spirit.
In deeds of grace none of the Persons of the Trinity act apart from the rest. They are as united in their deeds as in their essence. In their love towards the chosen they are one, and in the actions which flow from that great central source they are still undivided. Specially notice this in the matter of sanctification. While we may without mistake speak of sanctification as the work of the Spirit, yet we must take heed that we do not view it as if the Father and the Son had no part therein. It is correct to speak of sanctification as the work of the Father, of the Son, and of the Spirit.
Still doth Jehovah say, “Let us make man in our own image after our likeness,” and thus we are “his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.” See the value which God sets upon real holiness, since the Three Persons in the Trinity are represented as co-working to produce a Church without “spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing.”
And you, believer, as the follower of Christ, must also set a high value on holiness—upon purity of life and godliness of conversation. Value the blood of Christ as the foundation of your hope, but never speak disparagingly of the work of the Spirit which is your meetness (prerequisite) for the inheritance of the saints in light. This day let us so live as to manifest the work of the Triune God in us. Amen!
Beloved, wahoo! What a splendiferous week we had with Triune God. Now go in this strength and the knowledge through the remaining part of the week, till meet again by His grace next week.
