So incredible is the work of grace in our lives that we don’t  know half of it… but thank God for the gift of His Holy Spirit that takes us from glory to glory alleluia.. somebody!!!

Grace over grind is what we considered this week… in your walk/work with God and environs… very important… so that you don’t burn out… satan is parading all manners in our society international and local… what was hardly heard of is now an open secret, so we need to double our walk/work in God else we miss it… may God put His shield over and around us now and forever in Jesus Name….

Today we will be considering again the impact of grace against grind… this should have been the first message on this topic but we decide to bring it last having taken time to explain the difference between grace and grind… as God’s children we operate in many sphere of life some in business, secular and some in the spiritual sphere in all of it…God want us to be faithfully depending on Him and not on ourselves Praise the Lord.

The key to experiencing God’s best in business and your spiritual life…

In the world of entrepreneurship even in some churches, hustle and grind is a deliberated way of life. some of the expressions you will commonly hear or read on t-shirts, mugs, and social media memes are “ I’m on my grind”,  “Rise and grind!”, “Team No Sleep”,  “I’ll sleep when I’m dead”, “I hustle hard”,  good things come to those who grind”… the list goes on.

Well meaning Christians have modified the idea of hustle and grind to make it more Jesus- friendly which has led to phrases such as:

Wake. Pray. Grind.

Eat. Pray. Hustle.

Hustle for Jesus.

God. goals. Grind.

Grinding for God.

The phrase are different and they sound more spiritual, but the prevailing mindset is the same.

When you look up the definition of grind in the dictionary, it is defined as requiring much exertion and excessive hard work. synonyms for grind include the words struggle, attempt, and strain. When you look up the definition of hustle, it is defined as making strenuous efforts to obtain especially money or business. This should not be your testimony and quite frankly it doesn’t have to be.

The cost of a hustle and grind mindset (even if you pray first or say you are doing it for Jesus) is simply too great for kingdom entrepreneurs. There is a supernatural realm that too many Christian business owners are failing to tap into because they are too busy grinding, running fast and furious to accomplish as much as possible and as quickly as possible.

We have spend few days over this topic and our hope is that you will accept the invitation from Abba, Your heavenly Father, to transform the way you work so you can experience His best- Eph 3:20 type of best which is more than you could ask oe even imagine….

And that why we come brought this topic to us – As iron sharpens iron, so a one man sharpens another…. So that you will learn to lean on Master Jesus for that awesome output, results and experiences in your work/ walk with God…

Be yea encourage even if things are working out the way you expect lean on God… accept His grace…drop your burden at His feet and see Him manifest His glory in your secular and spiritual life… amen!!!

Come along for more:

Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another.—Proverbs 27:17

The Christian life is a pilgrimage. At times the road is difficult, and we get lonely. Sometimes we may become discouraged and consider abandoning the journey. It is at such times that God will place a friend alongside us. One of God’s most precious gifts to us is friends who encourage us and lovingly challenge us to “keep going.”

According to Scripture, a friend is one who challenges you to become all that God intends. Jonathan could have succeeded his father to become the next king of Israel. But he loved his friend David, and he encouraged him to follow God’s will, even though it meant Jonathan would forfeit his own claim to the throne (1 Sam. 19:1–7).

The mark of biblical friends is that their friendship draws you closer to Christ. They “sharpen” you and motivate you to do what is right. True friends tell you the truth and even risk hurting your feelings because they love you and have your best interests at heart (Prov. 27:6).

Be careful in your choice of friends! Jesus chose His closest friends wisely. He did not look for perfect friends, but friends whose hearts were set to follow God. It is equally important to examine the kind of friend you are to others. As a friend, it is your duty to put the needs of others first (Prov. 17:17).

Strive to find godly friends who will challenge you to become the person God desires. When you have found them, be receptive to the way God uses them to help you become spiritually mature. Strive also to be the kind of friend that helps others become more like Christ.

Beloveth… did you read that the last sentence… stick to that instruction… as grace is made available for you… let it work for your good in Jesus Name… can you successively differentiate between grinding and grace… on which side are you? may we receive God’s grace in work and walk in Jesus Name….

Have a blessed weekend… see you on Monday by God’s grace… meditate on the things you have learn … this season must settle our cases in Jesus Name…

Remain blessed in the Lord.
