Beloveth are worshipping with the angels and bowing before our Father in heaven? Let’s give all worship to Him alone and as we bow the throne in worship we will rise with “More Blessing” in Jesus Name.

Beloveth, the topic we have today is to pray with our brother David that God will keep us from presumptions sins.

Beloveth what is presumptions sin someone wants to know. It is when you depend on your confidence other than God’s Divine Help to keep your faith in God. We cannot keep our chastity, our purity; our integrity and holiness except the Lord help us.

King David fell into the sin of adultery with Bathsheba, how would he know that satan was lurking around even in his house and he fell. He did not only commit adultery it led to murder. Beloveth we must watch that we fall not into the sin of presumptuous. No man no matter strong in faith or years of salvation will be able to keep self from sin.

Daily we need the Divine help to help us through all our activities. So we must include this prayer in our daily prayer list “Lord keep back Thy servant also from presumption sins” ask God to put His shield around you and deliver you from all that is evil.

The old crook knows how to get even the strongest believer. He made Eve to fall (Gen 3:) King David fell (2 Sam 11:2-24).

Beloveth like Paul advice us put our flesh to death by daily feeding our spirit with God’s Word and look up God for our daily deliverance (1 Cor 4:9-11, 5:9-20)

May God help us dearly beloved that we fall not into presumptuous sins and fall of the grace of God. Daily seek the face of God to help you pull through the day.

Come let us discover more below:

“Keep back Thy servant also from presumptuous sins.” Psalm 19:13

Such was the prayer of the “man after God’s own heart.” Did holy David need to pray thus? How needful, then, must such a prayer be for us babes in grace! It is as if he said, “Keep me back, or I shall rush headlong over the precipice of sin.” Our evil nature, like an ill-tempered horse, is apt to run away. May the grace of God put the bridle upon it, and hold it in, that it rush not into mischief.

What might not the best of us do if it were not for the checks which the Lord sets upon us both in providence and in grace! The psalmist’s prayer is directed against the worst form of sin—that which is done with deliberation and wilfulness. Even the holiest need to be “kept back” from the vilest transgressions.

It is a solemn thing to find the apostle Paul warning saints against the most loathsome sins. “Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry.”

What! do saints want warning against such sins as these? Yes, they do. The whitest robes, unless their purity be preserved by divine grace, will be defiled by the blackest spots. Experienced Christian, boast not in your experience; you will trip yet if you look away from Him who is able to keep you from falling. Ye whose love is fervent, whose faith is constant, whose hopes are bright, say not, “We shall never sin,” but rather cry, “Lead us not into temptation.”

There is enough tinder in the heart of the best of men to light a fire that shall burn to the lowest hell, unless God shall quench the sparks as they fall. Who would have dreamed that righteous Lot could be found drunken, and committing uncleanness? Hazael said, “Is Thy servant a dog, that he should do this thing?” and we are very apt to use the same self-righteous question.

May infinite wisdom cure us of the madness of self-confidence.

Beloveth are praying now? First pray that God will deliver you from self-confidence. Ask the Holy Spirit to help you to see your helplessness and see the Mightiness of God.

Pray that God will take far away from to think that you are standing lest you fall. Ask the Holy Spirit to fortify your spirit from pride and haughty eyes which is among the sin that God  hate the most (Prov 6:17).

Father in heaven O God help us to see who we truly are – sand. Help us and keep us from falling into presumptuous sin and any sin at all in Jesus Name. Have your way in our lives today O! Lord we pray in Jesus Name. Help us to stand in You in Jesus Name.

Beloveth pray now!

Remain blessed in the Lord.
