Gracious Father we thank You we bless Your Holy Name! we adore You we give Praise adoration to Your Holy Name! You are beautiful in situation, thank You for another glorious morning, a blessed week You have ordained for from the foundation of the world. Thank You because we know that everything is working out for our good!
We know and we believe that everything is working out to our favour. Yes! to our favour, it does not matter what the enemy is doing but what is important is what God is set to do.
Beloved, beware of distraction and distracters; they are enemies to your soul. Do you agree with us? Praise the Lord! so many things question your election in Christ but you must careful not fall at trick. They will ask you if truly there is heaven and if they are convice about heaven they will mock you by saying “are going to be one of those that will be there?”
Is possible you case is not from without but within, our teaching of today is telling you to stop at such foolish inquire because it will do you no good! It will rather draw you back and make you to miss heaven after all. You must make sure that you focus on God the creator of the whole world, your creator too.
His thoughts towards are for good and not evil. The peace He gives surpasses all human understanding and knowledge, our God is good, praise the Lord!
Beloved, let us go down to the today’s teaching for more:
“Knowing, brethren beloved, your election of God.” 1 Thessalonians 1:4
Many persons want to know their election before they look to Christ, but they cannot learn it thus, it is only to be discovered by “looking unto Jesus.” If you desire to ascertain your own election;—after the following manner, shall you assure your heart before God.
Do you feel yourself to be a lost, guilty sinner? go straightway to the cross of Christ, and tell Jesus so, and tell Him that you have read in the Bible, “Him that cometh unto me, I will in no wise cast out.” Tell Him that He has said, “This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners.” Look to Jesus and believe on Him, and you shall make proof of your election directly, for so surely as thou believest, thou art elect.
If you will give yourself wholly up to Christ and trust Him, then you are one of God’s chosen ones; but if you stop and say, “I want to know first whether I am elect,” you ask you know not what. Go to Jesus, be you never so guilty, just as you are. Leave all curious inquiry about election alone. Go straight to Christ and hide in His wounds, and you shall know your election.
The assurance of the Holy Spirit shall be given to you, so that you shall be able to say, “I know whom I have believed, and I am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed to Him.” Christ was at the everlasting council: He can tell you whether you were chosen or not; but you cannot find it out in any other way.
Go and put your trust in Him, and His answer will be—”I have loved thee with an everlasting love, therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee.” There will be no doubt about His having chosen you, when you have chosen Him.
“Sons we are through God’s election,
Who in Jesus Christ believe.”

Beloveth, our God is Mighty, our God is Faithful, never doubt your election in Christ, believe and trust in the Finished work at the Calvary. Look unto Jesus the Author and Finisher of our faith, Embrace Jesus and it shall be well with You soul.
Remember, heaven and earth shall pass away but His Word shall remain. Don’t also forget that the reason for our election is for us to be with Him in that mansion He has prepared for you, so work diligently, walk soberly, look steadily upon the cross and behold Him saying to you “It is finish.” Doubt not for you are election of God, Praise the Lord! (1Jn 3:1-3, 1 Thess 1:10).
