Beloved, you are welcome to faith clinic. Can someone shout Praise the Lord! God is presence here and He is going to make Name for Himself again and again as we walk in the liberty that is in the Word today. Victory is sure to them that believeth that Jesus is Lord. (Gal 3:22). Hope you prayed earnestly as directly. Is so important that you do because we have more revealing to unfold to you in today’s ministration. Praise God.
We also wrote at length about “a man who is honoured by God.” Do you still remember? We mentioned quite a number of patriarch of old and those who betrayed God’s trust on them.
Do you know God according to the topic before us? Often times we relate to God according our understanding of Him most especially with what He has done for us. Beloved, what is your recent encounter with God and what did He reveal to you.
Your relationship with rest solely on your knowledge of Who He is. God is not man therefore He cannot change. God is eternal therefore He is an Everlasting King of Glory. God is Dependable therefore he cannot fail. Beloved, God is Rock of Ages, as He is today, He will be tomorrow and forever.
Do all also know that God is the First and last? Do you know that He is the living God? Don’t ever forget that He holds the keys of hell and of death.
Someone hear me, our God is a conqueror and though Him we are more than a conqueror. What do know about God?
In our second ministration beloved we are going to take you further on yesterday ministration about those that are set apart. A profound discovery of a man set apart by God for Himself.
Come along with me as we discover more:
Then God spoke to Moses, telling him, “I am Yahweh. I appeared to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob as God Almighty, but I did not make My name Yahweh known to them.”—Exodus 6:2–3
As God has walked with His people through the generations, He has progressively revealed His nature according to His purposes and the needs of His people. Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob knew Him as God Almighty, because they needed His mighty power to protect them from their enemies. Moses and the Israelites learned that God was Lord, Master over every nation and every thing. God not only delivered them from the most powerful ruler in the world, but also brought them into the Promised Land. They came to experience Him as Lord, preeminently powerful over the pagan gods of their day.
God will continue to reveal His character to you according to your needs and according to His purposes. You will come to know more and more about Him as you obey Him. When you grieve, He will come to you as Comforter. When you are in need, He will demonstrate that He is the Provider. When you face a serious challenge, He will reveal that He is God Almighty.
Your understanding of God’s character ought to be greater now than when you first became a Christian. You ought to know Him today better than you did five years ago. Sadly, some Christians continue to live year after year with the same basic knowledge of God that they had when they first began walking with him.
Whatever your present situation, view it in the light of what God is teaching you, through circumstances, about Himself and you will come to know God in dimensions you have never known Him before.
What do you know of God in your recent encounter with Him? Are going through a phase of challenges? Or as we have in our next topic ‘Going through some tough times? Our God is still this place. He will never you nor forsake you. He is your presence help in times of trouble. Come as we discover more below:
Going Through Some Tough Times?
Then consider Romans 8:28-39:
Whatever happens, I can trust God, realizing He is using life’s circumstances to conform me into Christlikeness:
“We know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. For those God foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the likeness of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers. And those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified; those he justified, he also glorified.” (Vs. 28-30)
The fact that people are against me pales in light of the fact that He will furnish all that I need in life, including Christ Himself:
“What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us? He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all—how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?” (Vs. 31, 32)
Accusations against me are meaningless in view of the fact that Christ is in constant communication with the Father on my behalf:
“Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. Who is he that condemns? Christ Jesus, who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us.” (Vs. 33, 34)
I can rest in the assurance of Christ’s love as He promises me complete victory in every situation:
“Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? As it is written: ‘For your sake we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to be slaughtered.‘ No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.” (Vs. 35-37)
No controlling factors in life can separate me from the love of God that is found in Christ Jesus:
“For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Vs. 38, 39)
Beloved victory is assured us but we must walk in the light of these teaching to secure it. Do not allow satan to hold you bound by his old trick or tactics. Continually, spend time in the Word, Prayer and in praising and victory will be yours. Praise God.
We are overcomer in the Name of Jesus. We will remain victorious in the Name of Jesus according to the Word of God so shall it be unto us.
Beloved, I believe you are on the winning side? Keep the fire on. Keep the flag up and the devil will surely flee from you.
Keep the fire of your faith glowing till Jesus come.
Remain blessed in the Lord
