Precious Repentance

January 27

What a mighty God we serve alleluia 2x, heaven and earth adore Thee, Angels bow before Thee, what a Mighty God we serve. Father, You are holy, we proclaim Your glory…. Father we adore You, lay my life before you, how we love You.  Jesus we adore You, lay my life before You, how we love You. Spirit, we love You, lay our life before You, how we love You.

Father, we thank You for Your goodness endureth forever. Everlasting is Your Name, faithful are You Lord. Thank You for the gift of another day You have made for us to rejoice and be glad in Thee. Thank You, Thank You and Thank You forever more.

Beloveth, how are you doing? Hope great. By the grace that is abounding in our Jesus I see us making it through and through. What Christ died for will not be in vain in your life. The very reason He left the Throne and descend here on earth must be evident in your life and situation in Jesus Name.

We have spent a whole month considering what Christ did for us and enjoining to imbibe same if we want to be blessed of Him. You cannot be disobedient to Him and be expecting to be blessed of Him, it doesn’t work that way. You must have His nature and live like Him to be entitled to a portion in Him.

Our dear brother Jonah ran away from the assignment allotted to him by God, the resultant effect was that he lost his peace, time and almost lost his life in the process. When the storm came ragging, he could not beckon on God for His intervention because he was not on mission for God, His disobedient also affected those around him. My prayer for you this year is that your dominion be evident to all to see and no Jonah will travel alone with you as you make your way to dominion in Jesus Name.

If anyone amongst us remain a willful sinner after this month then this individual is in big trouble. Let us make effort to say no to sin and unrighteousness and run this race according to the set rules so as to win as we brace the tape at the end of our journey here on earth.

Jesus said “I will not send away anyone that comes to me”, therefore have no fear, Let your good deeds and righteousness be evident to all that they will praise your Father in heaven.

No amount of faith will set aside a sinful acts to deliver promises to you, however, when you repent of your sin, a faith as big as a muster seed will deliver to you any time, any day.

Come to your Father and be restored, He is waiting to receive you, to come in and sup with you but you have to make the move. Don’t play around with sin, don’t put off your home coming for another time, for you know not when your time here is up. Come hastening; come hurrying for He is waiting for that repentance that is precious in His sight.

This is the time beloved, don’t put it off again, just do it now by clicking on here:

“And there shall ye remember your ways, and all your doings, wherein ye have been defiled; and ye shall loathe yourselves in your own sight for all your evils that ye have committed.” Ezek. 20:43

When we are accepted of the Lord, and are standing in the place of favor, and peace, and safety, then we are led to repent of all our failures and miscarriages toward our gracious God. So precious is repentance, that we may call it a diamond of the first water, and this is sweetly promised to the people of God as one most sanctifying result of salvation.

He who accepts repentance, also gives repentance; and He gives it not out of “the bitter box,” but from among those “wafers made with honey” on which He feeds His people. A sense of blood-bought pardon and of undeserved mercy, is the best means of dissolving a heart of stone. Are we feeling hard?

Let us think of covenant love, and then we shall leave sin, lament sin, and loathe sin; yea, we shall loathe ourselves for sinning against such infinite love. Let us come to God with this promise of penitence, and ask Him to help us to remember, and repent, and regret, and return.

Oh, that we could enjoy the meltings of holy sorrow! What a relief would a flood of tears be! Lord, smite the rock, or speak to the rock, and cause the waters to flow!

Ever wondering while this call is more imminent now, because a time will come when it will be too late for you to repent. A time will come when you seek it and you hear the time is up. Beloved what will you do? There is no joke with God rather you are playing with your eternity. Make haste my dear and accept Christ now!

Come along with me as we see what Jesus has made available for you to ensure that you make it at all course:

“Your refuge from the avenger of blood.” Joshua 20:3

It is said that in the land of Canaan, cities of refuge were so arranged, that any man might reach one of them within half a day at the utmost. Even so the word of our salvation is near to us; Jesus is a present Saviour, and the way to Him is short; it is but a simple renunciation of our own merit, and a laying hold of Jesus, to be our all in all.

With regard to the roads to the city of refuge, we are told that they were strictly preserved, every river was bridged, and every obstruction removed, so that the man who fled might find an easy passage to the city. Once a year the elders went along the roads and saw to their order, so that nothing might impede the flight of any one, and cause him, through delay, to be overtaken and slain.

How graciously do the promises of the gospel remove stumbling blocks from the way! Wherever there were by-roads and turnings, there were fixed up hand-posts, with the inscription upon them—”To the city of refuge!” This is a picture of the road to Christ Jesus. It is no roundabout road of the law; it is no obeying this, that, and the other; it is a straight road: “Believe, and live.”

It is a road so hard, that no self-righteous man can ever tread it, but so easy, that every sinner, who knows himself to be a sinner may by it find his way to heaven. No sooner did the man-slayer reach the outworks of the city than he was safe; it was not necessary for him to pass far within the walls, but the suburbs themselves were sufficient protection.

Learn hence, that if you do but touch the hem of Christ’s garment, you shall be made whole; if you do but lay hold upon him with “faith as a grain of mustard seed,” you are safe.

“A little genuine grace ensures

The death of all our sins.”

Only waste no time, loiter not by the way, for the avenger of blood is swift of foot; and it may be he is at your heels at this still hour of eventide.

Did you read that, the avenger of blood is swift of foot, but Jesus had made the path to the city of refuge straight that nothing hinders you to be run through.  Don’t loiter on your way either so that you will not over taken by him.

Beloved, great is our God and He will do everything to ensure you are safely home only follow the path He is leading you. If you already on the righteous path, hold to Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith.

Remember faith as a grain of a mustard seed will deliver any time; any day. Praise God! Read the following scripture Eccl. 8:12, Isa 1:17, Ps 37:5; 143:10; Zech 14:1a)

Remain blessed in the Lord

Hear so as to Be Heard

Because of Who You are I give you glory, because of You are I give praise, because of Who You are Lord, I will lift my voice and Lord, I worship you because of who are Lord I worship you because of Who You. I just want to be where You are, dwelling in your presence daily, I don’t want worship from afar, draw me near to where You are. I just want to be where you are, in your dwelling place forever. Take me to the place where you are, I just want to be with you…

Father, this my heartfelt cry this moment, just to be in Your presence Lord and I believe that my dear reader also desires that also, for we know that in Your Presence there is fullness of joy and Your glory shines forth ever more. In Your Presence there is deliverance and healing. In Your Presence there is restoration and power. In Your Presence we are complete. Thank You Lord, thank You Father.

Father I love You, I lay my life before You, Father I love you. Jesus I love you I my life before You, Jesus I love You, Spirit I love You, I lay my life before You, Spirit I love you.

Beloved is our prayer time again in the ministry and the last of it in the month of February our month of blessedness in Christ. God has been so wonderful to us an individual and as a ministry. Am sure I have witness in the house of those who have testimonies of what God has done for them.  He is more than you can call Him. Ever faithful, Forever Dependable that is Who we serve.

Beloved, the impact of our last Wednesday topic “unbroken fellowship essential” cannot leave me in a hurry cause so many things are hinge on it. if you ever experience such a time you will be in Jacob state when said “I have seen God face to face and my life is preserved”, you will be like the apostles of the old that pleaded with Jesus “let us build three huts here one you, one for … and one for us .

Beloved, you don’t need to struggle to get things done because the heaven will give you their opinion on the matters at stake. When you want to miss it, you will also get the signal from above that you are missing it.

God will always carry you along in matter of concerns or otherwise (Gen 18:17-19). He will not hide things from you. Is such wonderful experience to have and behold.

Our topic today is special in a way that you must hear heaven to be heard. Most of us specializes on the second aspect rather than the first. We want to be heard all the time but we never take out time to hear God and obey His bidding. When God speak expressly to us, we don’t want to abide with what He is directing or instructing us to do rather our prayer time is full with “God give me this and give me that.”

As much as there is nothing wrong with that, we must also learn to listen to conditions that precede our receiving from God also. May God give you understanding in Jesus Name.

Beloved, there are grave consequences associated with disobeying God. In our devotional today, we will be examining one of the chief character in the in the bible, who instead of obey God’s instruction, chose to flee from His presence and the aftermath of his action.

Brethren the hurting truth is that you cannot run away from God neither can you hide your secret sins from Him, therefore the only solution for me like David is to seek to abide in His presence daily. Right there in His presence I will always hear Him so that He will hear me also.

Glory be to God in the highest and peace to men of goodwill. Are you one of them that will chose peace over chaotic? If you are, let get down into His presence:

If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.” John 15:7

Note well, that we must hear Jesus speak if we expect Him to hear us speak. If we have no ear for Christ, He will have no ear for us. In proportion as we hear we shall be heard.

Moreover, what is heard must remain, must live in us, and must abide in our character as a force and a power. We must receive the truths which Jesus taught, the precepts which He issued, and the movements of His Spirit within u5; or we shall have no power at the mercy-seat.

Suppose our Lord’s words to be received, and to abide in us, what a boundless field of privilege is opened up to us! We are to have our will in prayer, because we have already surrendered our will to the Lord’s command. Thus are Elijahs trained to handle the keys of Heaven, and lock or loose the clouds. One such man is worth a thousand common Christians.

Do we humbly desire to be intercessors for the church and the world, and like Luther to be able to have what we will of the Lord? Then we must bow our ear to the voice of the Well-beloved, and treasure up His words, and carefully obey them. He had need to “hearken diligently” who would pray effectually.

Read on:

“But Jonah rose up to flee unto Tarshish from the presence of the Lord, and went down to Joppa.” Jonah 1:3

Instead of going to Nineveh to preach the Word, as God bade him, Jonah disliked the work, and went down to Joppa to escape from it. There are occasions when God’s servants shrink from duty. But what is the consequence? What did Jonah lose by his conduct? He lost the presence and comfortable enjoyment of God’s love.

When we serve our Lord Jesus as believers should do, our God is with us; and though we have the whole world against us, if we have God with us, what does it matter? But the moment we start back, and seek our own inventions, we are at sea without a pilot. Then may we bitterly lament and groan out, “O my God, where hast Thou gone? How could I have been so foolish as to shun Thy service, and in this way to lose all the bright shinings of Thy face? This is a price too high. Let me return to my allegiance, that I may rejoice in Thy presence.”

In the next place, Jonah lost all peace of mind. Sin soon destroys a believer’s comfort. It is the poisonous upas tree, from whose leaves distil deadly drops which destroy the life of joy and peace. Jonah lost everything upon which he might have drawn for comfort in any other case. He could not plead the promise of divine protection, for he was not in God’s ways; he could not say, “Lord, I meet with these difficulties in the discharge of my duty, therefore help me through them.” He was reaping his own deeds; he was filled with his own ways.

Christian, do not play the Jonah, unless you wish to have all the waves and the billows rolling over your head. You will find in the long run that it is far harder to shun the work and will of God than to at once yield yourself to it. Jonah lost his time, for he had to go to Tarshish after all. It is hard to contend with God; let us yield ourselves at once.

Now that you have made it up to this point beloved, what is your mind tell you? To live in God’s presence and do His biddings or to shun His presence and disobey Him through and through. If your choosing the first option come with as we pray today.

Father, I desire unbroken fellowship with you and the saints in the land. Help me to do your will always not minding the cost. Help me also to help those you will send my ways and point them to Christ rather them destroy their hopes in you (Gen 18:22b). May You reign in our life and situation.

Father, we pray especially for our leaders, those You put over us as leaders, bosses, husbands and parents. Give them wisdom from above to rule over us. May they not be used by the devil to thwart Your plans and vision for mankind but rather that Your Spirit will possess them and through them actualize your plans for mankind in Jesus Name we pray. Amen!!!!!!!!!!!!

May the Lord hear you when you call as you humble yourself before Him to pray until your answers come in Jesus’s Name! (Gen 18:23-32)

Remain ever blessed in the Lord.

What’s Your Claim to Fame?

0

Great at is Thy faithfulness 2x morning by morning new mercies I see, All that I needed Thy hand provided, Great is Thy faithfulness Lord unto me. Who is like unto Thee O Lord 2x, among the gods who is like Thee You are glorious in holiness fearful in praises, doing wonders alleluia.

Faithful Father we bless You, we worship You, we adore You in every situation, we glorify You Who is heaven, Thank You for the gift of another day, we praise we worship, You we glorify You Who is worthy of our praise. Thank You Father, Blessed be Thy Holy Name forever in Jesus Name.

Beloved, we are at the final lap of the wonderful month of the Lord, we cannot but be grateful unto the one who count us worthy to be among the living and daily supply all our needs and defend us from every assault of the wicked ones. If is not for God who watches over us, ensuring that every steps we take is ordered by Him, we would have been long forgotten but thank for God who is worthy of our praise (Ps 68:19).

In God’s Word, it is recorded “be ye holy; for I am holy” (1 Pet 1:16). Beloved, this calling from our dearest Father is not only expedient but also important that we obey it if we will ever have any claim in Christ we must live holy. There is no negotiation here, it just have to be that or nothing else.

Coming to our topic for today, what is your claim to fame? Beloved, notice thou that it has a question mark to it? So what is your answer? Needless I mentioning them here again. If you written down your own answer let us x-ray it against what the author had to say.

What’s Your Claim To Fame?

What’s your claim to fame? What is your trademark?

  • An exclusive address and club membership?
  • The degrees after your name? And the institutions of learning attended?
  • A reputation as a tough, street-wise winner in a competitive field?
  • Being in high demand on the speaking circuit?

Like the guy said, “Lord, it’s tough to be humble when you are so good!” Or, “If you got it, flaunt it!”

With subtle undertones of course. It’s not “urbane” to be garish.

Let’s admit it… It’s kind of nice to be:

  • Stroked
  • Admired
  • Put in a special category
  • Thought of as one who is just a cut above the rest

Except it is not God’s way for us. Paul writes:

God forbid that I should boast about anything or anybody except the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ The world is a dead thing to me and I am a dead man to the world.” (Galatians 6:14 – Phillips Translation)

I determined to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ, and Him crucified.” ( 1 Corinthians 2:2)

As “strangers and pilgrims” on this earth, our only “claim to fame” can be that we belong to Jesus Christ.

Anything more is evidence of a life insidiously infected with pride.

Beloved, are you in total agreement with the author? Taking you back “ it’s kind of nice to be stroked, admired, etc. is that true of our present day living. How do you feel after delivering a good job, being a dutiful wife, a kind mother and a loving sister-in law or brother in law, a responsible father and a respectful husband, someone did not recognize and appreciate it or say even a simple thank you ? we just have to simply watch it, lest the satan wears his nature on us “pride”. Let us be imitators of Christ, wear His simply nature and be only obedient to the heavenly vision given to us at redemption.

Compare the above with the nature of Christ as discussed below:

“Whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting.” Micah 5:2

The Lord Jesus had goings forth for His people as their representative before the throne, long before they appeared upon the stage of time. It was “from everlasting” that He signed the compact with His Father, that He would pay blood for blood, suffering for suffering, agony for agony, and death for death, in the behalf of His people; it was “from everlasting” that He gave Himself up without a murmuring word.

That from the crown of His head to the sole of His foot He might sweat great drops of blood, that He might be spit upon, pierced, mocked, rent asunder, and crushed beneath the pains of death. His goings forth as our Surety were from everlasting. Pause, my soul, and wonder! Thou hast goings forth in the person of Jesus “from everlasting.” Not only when thou wast born into the world did Christ love thee, but His delights were with the sons of men before there were any sons of men.

Often did He think of them; from everlasting to everlasting He had set His affection upon them. What! my soul, has He been so long about thy salvation, and will not He accomplish it? Has he from everlasting been going forth to save me, and will He lose me now? What! has He carried me in His hand, as His precious jewel, and will He now let me slip from between His fingers? Did he choose me before the mountains were brought forth, or the channels of the deep were digged, and will He reject me now?

Impossible! I am sure He would not have loved me so long if He had not been a changeless Lover. If He could grow weary of me, He would have been tired of me long before now. If He had not loved me with a love as deep as hell, and as strong as death, He would have turned from me long ago. Oh, joy above all joys, to know that I am His everlasting and inalienable inheritance, given to Him by His Father or ever the earth was! Everlasting love shall be the pillow for my head this night.

Christ is never weary of us but how often we get weary of others around us especially when they are not living or measuring up to our expectation. Christ is inviting someone today to learn from Him (Matt 11:29). Those areas you are struggling with in your life ask Jesus to help you to overcome it.

Brethren let us submit ourselves to God (Jas 4:7). Let us walk in the newness of life (Rom 6:4). Let us ask God to help us not to sin against Him (Ps 19:13). Let us pray that the fruit of the Spirit of God will possess us forever so that we will not be boastful of anything else except in Christ our Saviour (Gal 5:22).

Remain ever blessed in the Lord.

With Lovingkindness Have I Drawn Thee

0

My soul doth magnify the Lord and my spirit praise the Lord, for death could not hold Him captive, even in the grave Jesus is Lord, for grave could him captive even in the grace Jesus is Lord. There is power mighty in the blood 2x, there is power mighty in the blood of Jesus Christ, there is power mighty in the blood.

Our Father in heaven, hallow be Thy Name. Thank You Lord for Thy faithfulness that never fail. Your mercies is without end. Your mercies found me out a poor wretched sinner like me, even when satan has done what he knows and think best that he can do, Father, You walked through it, extended Thy hand towards me and pull me from the mire clay and leadeth Thou me out like a good and great Shepherd.

It can only be You Lord that can do this great and mighty thing for me. It is only You that will be kind enough to take out time out of your busy schedule to look for the weak and the feeble amongst Your sheep and take care of them. It is only Lord, it is only You Father. We return to adore You, praise Your Holy Name and worship You, my good and great Shepherd, the only true God.

Beloved, blest be Jesus the lover of my soul, my Protector and my defender from all forces that wants to counter the plans of God in my life and situation. Glory be to Jesus in the highest. Hope you had a nice time in your place of worship yesterday. For me it was an awesome moment, seeing the Spirit of God moving powerfully amidst His people and confirming His word as it was been spoken by His prepared vessel ordained for such moment as that.

The Spirit of God was present to heal and deliver like the days of old. Beloved do I tell sometime, never fail to be in the congregation of God’s people because you will never go the same way you came. Your burden if any, will be dropped, sickness will fly away and afflictions will drop off you when you are in God’s presence, so for those who were not in church last Sunday, that will be the last Sunday you fail to appear in His presence. Praise God.

Beloved, do know that our loving Father is ever thinking about you? His thought towards you is good, He is ever ready to put up the best for you.

In today’s devotional, you will see the loving Jesus working out your salvation with the highest price ever paid. What can satan do to me? Nothing, but like a shadow he will wear off as the light in Christ shines forth from me and combat all its works roundabout me.

Come with me to see that it is of the Lord’s mercies that we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not, they are new every morning: great is Thy faithfulness and with lovingkindness will He drawn you on to come up hither:

“With lovingkindness have I drawn thee.” Jeremiah 31:3

The thunders of the law and the terrors of judgment are all used to bring us to Christ; but the final victory is effected by lovingkindness. The prodigal set out to his father’s house from a sense of need; but his father saw him a great way off, and ran to meet him; so that the last steps he took towards his father’s house were with the kiss still warm upon his cheek, and the welcome still musical in his ears.

“Law and terrors do but harden

All the while they work alone;

But a sense of blood-bought pardon

Will dissolve a heart of stone.”

The Master came one night to the door, and knocked with the iron hand of the law; the door shook and trembled upon its hinges; but the man piled every piece of furniture which he could find against the door, for he said, “I will not admit the man.” The Master turned away, but by-and-bye He came back, and with His own soft hand, using most that part where the nail had penetrated, He knocked again—oh, so softly and tenderly.

This time the door did not shake, but, strange to say, it opened, and there upon his knees the once unwilling host was found rejoicing to receive his guest. “Come in, come in; thou hast so knocked that my bowels are moved for thee. I could not think of thy pierced hand leaving its blood-mark on my door, and of thy going away houseless, ‘Thy head filled with dew, and thy locks with the drops of the night.’ I yield, I yield, Thy love has won my heart.” So in every case: lovingkindness wins the day.

What Moses with the tablets of stone could never do, Christ does with His pierced hand. Such is the doctrine of effectual calling. Do I understand it experimentally? Can I say, “He drew me, and I followed on, glad to confess the voice divine?” If so, may He continue to draw me, till at last I shall sit down at the marriage supper of the Lamb.

More, read on

“Now we have received… the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.” 1Corinthians 2:12

Dear reader, have you received the spirit which is of God, wrought by the Holy Ghost in your soul? The necessity of the work of the Holy Spirit in the heart may be clearly seen from this fact, that all which has been done by God the Father, and by God the Son, must be ineffectual to us, unless the Spirit shall reveal these things to our souls. What effect does the doctrine of election have upon any man until the Spirit of God enters into him?

Election is a dead letter in my consciousness until the Spirit of God calls me out of darkness into marvellous light. Then through my calling, I see my election, and knowing myself to be called of God, I know myself to have been chosen in the eternal purpose. A covenant was made with the Lord Jesus Christ, by His Father; but what avails that covenant to us until the Holy Spirit brings us its blessings, and opens our hearts to receive them?

There hang the blessings on the nail—Christ Jesus; but being short of stature, we cannot reach them; the Spirit of God takes them down and hands them to us, and thus they become actually ours. Covenant blessings in themselves are like the manna in the skies, far out of mortal reach, but the spirit of God opens the windows of heaven and scatters the living bread around the camp of the spiritual Israel.

Christ’s finished work is like wine stored in the wine-vat; through unbelief we can neither draw nor drink. The Holy Spirit dips our vessel into this precious wine, and then we drink; but without the Spirit we are as truly dead in sin as though the Father never had elected, and though the Son had never bought us with His blood.

The Holy Spirit is absolutely necessary to our well-being. Let us walk lovingly towards Him and tremble at the thought of grieving Him.

Beloved, did you read through this devotion with understanding? Did you discover that truly your blessedness through Christ is a done deal right from the foundation of earth but you can only enter into it through the help of the Holy Spirit having accepted Christ as your Lord and personal Saviour?

If you yet to enter into this month theme as foretold us by the Spirit of God. You have this week to do so because God is out to fulfill His promise to us and have you receive your portion in Christ as we move on through the year. You will not miss any of your allotment in Jesus Name.

Beloved, take no recess but fully engage yourself in the things of God and see yourself changing levels in grand styles in Jesus Name! See His manifold blessings being pour out on you as you part take in kingdom business.

This week is declared blessed in the Name of the Lord. You will Jesus manifesting His power and glory in that situation in Jesus Name. I see the hand of God perfecting all that concerns you in that situation you have found yourself, fret not, for the like the good and great Shepherd He will lead you form that troubled zone to His still waters. Praise the Lord.

Remain blessed in the Lord.

Thy Love Is Better than Wine

0

Jesus is a Mighty God, He a Mighty God. All power bow before Thee, You are a Mighty God, every power bow before You, You are a Mighty King. All the glory must be to the Lord, for He is worthy of our praise, no man on earth should be glory to himself all the glory must be to the Lord. Am a new creation, a brand new man, old things are pass away, am born again, more than conquer that is who I am, am a new creation, a brand new man.

Thank You Father for the miracles of the week, we are entirely grateful to You Whose hand can uphold us and sustain us. Thank You because You are not weary of us but You loved us with an everlasting love. So high are You seated in heaven yet You dwell amongst us and attain to all our needs, Glory be to You Lord Amen! Receive our praise Mighty God.

Beloveth what a wonderful time we had in God’s presence this week. The Lord has been so gracious to us and He daily loaded us with benefits. His love endureth forever and He purges us from all filthiness and made us anew. Let us be grateful to Him and reverence Him all the days of our lives.

Jesus is all we need. Do you agree with me? He is so loaded with goodness that He invite us to come and be part of this end time army who will not break their ranks rather they will be on the “GO” for the Lord. Praise God.

This week teaching has been explosive to say the least, so encouraging and so inspiring. I believe you are blessed, beloved, having learnt of God’s love, I want to encourage you to live above reproach. Be a good ambassador of Christ walk in His ways and love and manifest same to people around you (1 Jn 4:9-12).

His love cannot be quench with many waters, neither will He leave you nor forsake you when you engage in unbroken fellowship with Him, you will become His project as He will perfect all that concerns you.

The Lord will let you into His secrets because you are sons and daughters of the kingdom. In following His steps, He will bring you into your desired end. Do not stay away from the cross, be courageous enough to pick up yours and in the strength of the Lord will you go and success will be your reward, The Lord will be with you and make His love to shine upon you for His love indeed is better than wine:

Thy love is better than wine.” Song 1:2

Nothing gives the believer so much joy as fellowship with Christ. He has enjoyment as others have in the common mercies of life, he can be glad both in God’s gifts and God’s works; but in all these separately, yea, and in all of them added together, he doth not find such substantial delight as in the matchless person of his Lord Jesus.

He has wine which no vineyard on earth ever yielded; he has bread which all the corn-fields of Egypt could never bring forth. Where can such sweetness be found as we have tasted in communion with our Beloved? In our esteem, the joys of earth are little better than husks for swine compared with Jesus, the heavenly manna. We would rather have one mouthful of Christ’s love, and a sip of his fellowship, than a whole world full of carnal delights.

What is the chaff to the wheat? What is the sparkling paste to the true diamond? What is a dream to the glorious reality? What is time’s mirth, in its best trim, compared to our Lord Jesus in His most despised estate? If you know anything of the inner life, you will confess that our highest, purest, and most enduring joys must be the fruit of the tree of life which is in the midst of the Paradise of God. No spring yields such sweet water as that well of God which was digged with the soldier’s spear. All earthly bliss is of the earth earthy, but the comforts of Christ’s presence are like Himself, heavenly.

We can review our communion with Jesus, and find no regrets of emptiness therein; there are no dregs in this wine, no dead flies in this ointment. The joy of the Lord is solid and enduring. Vanity hath not looked upon it, but discretion and prudence testify that it abideth the test of years, and is in time and in eternity worthy to be called “the only true delight.” For nourishment, consolation, exhilaration, and refreshment, no wine can rival the love of Jesus. Let us drink to the full this day.

The battle within oftentimes wants to compete with the power of God and covenant promises but we must watch it lest we saddle ourselves with cares that had been by Christ:

 The Battle Within

Every person will have to bearhis ownload of oppressive faults.” (Galatians 6:5 – Amplified)

One of the toughest battles you will continually face in life is with yourself:

  • Your self-incrimination from an overactive conscience.
  • Your fear of rejection… failure… the future.
  • Your inner spiritual turmoil over reappearing sin.

Someone has jokingly said, “If life is a bowl of cherries, why am I always in the pits?” Well, at times, life is the pits!… For ALL of us:

  • Paul spoke of being perplexedwretched(despairing) even of life.
  • Jonah and Elijah harbored a death wish; Moses approached burnout. (Jonah 4:8; 1 Kings 19:4; Exodus 18:13-20)

So… What is the answer to bearing my “own load of oppressive faults“? Escape to the Fiji Islands or South America? Hardly, since you still have to face yourself.

Perhaps the simplest answer is JESUS: “Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you restfor I am gentle and humble in heart; and you shall find rest for your souls.” (Matthew 11:28, 29)

He is the solution to every heartache, every dilemma, every unsolvable problem, every disappointment… the deepest loneliness.

Have you ever crawled up on His lap… buried your head in His shoulder and wept? Poured out your soul to Him?

It is doubtful that all the psychology and self-help books in the world can give you the peace and release that true intimacy with the Lord Jesus affords.

It is to us He says, “How often I wanted to gather (you) together, the way a hen gathers her chicks under her wings, and you were unwilling… ” And when our inclination is to turn to everyone but Him He says, “your house is being left to you desolate.

Immerse yourself in Jesus’s ocean of love, not as the world love but His love endureth forever. Come, drop your burden that is so heavy and pick up His yoke that has been light and you will go through this life stress free because you are walking with the Master of all terrine (Ps 34:5). Praise the Lord.

Be obedient to your heavenly call and be blest. Run that you may obtain by bring your body under subjection to the Lord’s bidding.

I beg to leave now, see you next week if God permits and have a lovely week end.

Remain blessed in the Lord.

Take up the Cross, and Follow Me

0

Glory Glory Alleluia! Glory glory praise the Lord x2. I just want to say Baba e ese e e e e x2. Who is like unto Thee O Lord x2 among gods who is like Thee glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders Alleluia!

Heavenly Father, we thank You, we blessed Your Holy Name, we Magnify You, we praise You forever. Thank You for the gift of another day, thank You for the health of mind and body, blessed be Thy Holy Name. You are indeed Worthy of our Praise. Receive all adoration forever and ever. Amen.

Beloved, greetings from the Throne of grace and how are you pushing on? Beautiful, I supposed. Glory be to God. How was your encounter yesterday, hope you had a swell time in fellowship with the Great I AM, praise God. God’s desire for us is that we continual be in His presence, by praying, meditating, studying, speaking about Him in all our endeavors.

We must not put Him aside at one time to reconnect at another time. He must be part and parcel of everything we are involved in doing. Remember we agreed that our business must be such that God will bless, be in association where God can be found and worship or fellowship where His Presence are ever abiding.

When we have unbroken fellowship with our Father, sickness will be far from us. We will never be open to the attacks of the satan, because He watches over us and no evil will come near our dwelling place, not even the arrows that flies by day nor the pestilence that walk in darkness; nor destruction that wasteth at noonday will come near us. A thousand shall fall at thy side, ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh Thee. Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked (Ps 91:5-8).

This is a reward of unbroken fellowship with Your Father. Why? Because He is your refuge and your habitation. And there is no danger in Him, but evil, mountains, flood, famine flee at His appearing. What a Wonderful God we serve. Nothing will harm them that made Him their God.

Beloved, you need to enter into this awesome knowledge of God to get into these secrets of the kingdom which are only for the sons and daughters and not for wayfarers (Matt 13:11; Gal 4:6).

The Lord choses our portion for us, therefore we must surrender our will to His will. And in case you are afraid that His choice might not be exactly what you want which is usually the case. I will remind you of the potter’s power. He decide what to do with every clay in his store house. He chooses to make one vessel unto honour and another unto dishonor (Jer 18:6, Rom 9:19-21). All power belong to Him and that sovereign and absolute power of God make our security in Him more assuredly.

However, oftentimes, out of fear, willfulness, we chose our path different from what God had destined for us. But Jesus said to the young rich man, one thing thou lackest: go sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shall have treasure in heaven: and come, take up the cross, and fellow me”.

Hard sayings of the Lord someone just said, sighing. Yes, I could feel this man pulse at this time, having gotten a nod from the Lord just a minute ago only to be swept off his feet the next moment, tight corner another commented.

Well the truth is that we cannot run this race outside of Christ’s will and directions. It is Jesus Who will say unto you “well done good and faithful servant, come and inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.”

Beloved, is God prerogative that one business succeed while another fails? The reason behind it you will also discover as you read along:

“Take up the cross, and follow Me.” Mark 10:21

You have not the making of your own cross, although unbelief is a master carpenter at cross-making; neither are you permitted to choose your own cross, although self-will would fain be lord and master; but your cross is prepared and appointed for you by divine love, and you are cheerfully to accept it; you are to take up the cross as your chosen badge and burden, and not to stand cavilling at it.

This night Jesus bids you submit your shoulder to His easy yoke. Do not kick at it in petulance, or trample on it in vain-glory, or fall under it in despair, or run away from it in fear, but take it up like a true follower of Jesus. Jesus was a cross-bearer; He leads the way in the path of sorrow. Surely you could not desire a better guide! And if He carried a cross, what nobler burden would you desire? The Via Crucis is the way of safety; fear not to tread its thorny paths.

Beloved, the cross is not made of feathers, or lined with velvet, it is heavy and galling to disobedient shoulders; but it is not an iron cross, though your fears have painted it with iron colours, it is a wooden cross, and a man can carry it, for the Man of sorrows tried the load.

Take up your cross, and by the power of the Spirit of God you will soon be so in love with it, that like Moses, you would not exchange the reproach of Christ for all the treasures of Egypt. Remember that Jesus carried it, and it will smell sweetly; remember that it will soon be followed by the crown, and the thought of the coming weight of glory will greatly lighten the present heaviness of trouble.

The Lord help you to bow your spirit in submission to the divine will ere you fall asleep this night, that waking with tomorrow’s sun, you may go forth to the day’s cross with the holy and submissive spirit which becomes a follower of the Crucified.

Let’s go on:

“Jehoshaphat made ships of Tharshish to go to Ophir for gold: but they went not; for the ships were broken at Ezion-geber.” 1Kings 22:48

Solomon’s ships had returned in safety, but Jehoshaphat’s vessels never reached the land of gold. Providence prospers one, and frustrates the desires of another, in the same business and at the same spot, yet the Great Ruler is as good and wise at one time as another.

May we have grace today, in the remembrance of this text, to bless the Lord for ships broken at Ezion-geber, as well as for vessels freighted with temporal blessings; let us not envy the more successful, nor murmur at our losses as though we were singularly and specially tried. Like Jehoshaphat, we may be precious in the Lord’s sight, although our schemes end in disappointment.

The secret cause of Jehoshaphat’s loss is well worthy of notice, for it is the root of very much of the suffering of the Lord’s people; it was his alliance with a sinful family, his fellowship with sinners. In 2Chron. 20:37, we are told that the Lord sent a prophet to declare, “Because thou hast joined thyself with Ahaziah, the Lord hath broken thy works.”

This was a fatherly chastisement, which appears to have been blest to him; for in the verse which succeeds our morning’s text we find him refusing to allow his servants to sail in the same vessels with those of the wicked king. Would to God that Jehoshaphat’s experience might be a warning to the rest of the Lord’s people, to avoid being unequally yoked together with unbelievers! A life of misery is usually the lot of those who are united in marriage, or in any other way of their own choosing, with the men of the world.

O for such love to Jesus that, like Him, we may be holy, harmless, undefiled, and separate from sinners; for if it be not so with us, we may expect to hear it often said, “The Lord hath broken thy works.”

Beloved, may we receive grace to carry the cross not grudging but trusting God all the way that we will go in His strength (Ps 71:16 ). Do not join yourselves with unbelievers in your adventure else it incurs God’s wrath and He breaks thy works.

Mark you this word “the cross”- it is not your choice to choose but it shall be given you. The cross you are to bear shall be given you by the Lord. God will never give you sickness as a cross to bear because you will not fulfill the great commission on sick bed. Neither will you dwell in impoverishment because you will not help in the great commission too. So you need good health and sound financial stand to carry on this great calling and command from God.

Do not allow satan to inflict you with either and convince you that is your cross to bear. It is a lie from the pit of hell. Jesus went about healing those that were sick and this same Jesus will not give you sickness to bear as a cross. He went about setting captives free from bondages, He will not keep you in poverty and impoverishment since He had more than enough to give you. His promise is to blessed us and not cause us pains. Praise God.

Faith like that of the mustard seed may we show forth today to enter into our dominion as promised us by our Father at the beginning of this year and see Him bring it to pass when you follow Him willing on the path He will lead you. Praise the Lord.

Remain blessed in the Lord.

Unbroken Fellowship Essential

Yahweh, Your Name is Yahweh, You are miracle working God Your Name is Yahweh. Receive our praise O Lord x2  Glory and honour belongs to You Lord receive our praise O Lord! Father, we are here, Jesus we are here, Father, we are here, we are here for You.

Blessed Redeemer, we have come unto You Who can do all things. Ever Faithful, Reliable, Dependable, Powerful, Ever Glorious, Self-Existing, Unchangeable Changer and Miracle Working God. We bow before the Throne, we reverence You with the twenty and four elders in heaven in worship as we sing Holy, Holy, Holy to The King of kings, the Lord of Lord, the Ancient One, the Lion of the tribe of Judea. Receive our worship in Jesus Wonderful Name.

Beloved, what a glorious day before us today, we will experience God’s goodness in a greater dimension this year in Jesus Name. God in His mercies will go before us to make every crooked path to be strengthen and every narrow way to be widen for our sake in Jesus Name (Ps 52:8). He will hear and answer all our prayers in Jesus Name Amen!!!

Beloved, we are here again not unto man but unto our God, the Almighty God in Whom we are trusted and was save. Hannah cried unto God with brokenness and she was help likewise we must look up to Him for our salvation and deliverance and hope. We cannot afford to lose our hope in God.

With reference to Hannah in our yesterday devotional, her crying and drunkenness as was perceive by Eli the priest was not of unbelief but a sign of helplessness outside God. It was not of self- pity but of confident that God will answer (1 Sam 1:9-18, 20).

Where are the Hannahs of our days Who will not accept anything less than an answer from their creator? Who will hang on; hold on until their change will come? God is still searching out for intercessors who will pray between the porch and the altar (Joel 2:17). Who will take out time to speak of God someone anywhere they are (Matt 6:33).

Who will not give up in the midst of their trials and display God’s weakness in their situation but will rather stand still in the midst of it and God will show up (I Sam 1:10-11;20). Praise the Lord.

Before us today is a call for an unbroken fellowship with our Father. We must as a necessity key into all the tips that will drive us through in our relationship with our Maker and never be tried.

The second message for today contained in it another powerful tools in keeping this fellowship going not giving up but ever green.  This is so essensital because our God is a jealousy says He. He cannot share you with anything whatsoever.

According to God’s Word “God created us to worship and serve Him alone. However, the devil did a smart one, he wanted us distracted and went on to achieve that through introducing mammon in our everyday living. So many people get in engrossed into activities and keep running the circle year in; year out.

To many having the good things of life make them to forget their creator and be at ease in Zion instead of interceding and doing God’s bidding, we are running after different mammon distracting us from gaining from our fellowship with God. God do not want competition but the only thing that can compete with Him is mammon. Therefore Jesus warned us “ that you cannot serve God and money.

Therefore every child of God must abide with 1 Tim 6:6-  godliness with contentment is a great gain. When the heart of men is besieged with the lust of the eye, the lust of the flesh and pride of life it is difficult for the Word of God to grow or succeed in it. Do remember the parable of the sower. The seed that fall on the wayside, the stony places and among the thorns bears no fruit in them. Note yea that those that fall on the thorns- though the received the word but the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choked the Word and made the Word unfruitful. All these seeds bears no fruit except those that fall on the good soil (Matt 13).

Beloved this good soil can only be gotten in the place of prayer, the place of fellowship, that is, unbroken fellowship is the guarantee for our fruitfulness in our relationship with God.

Like I have prophesied earlier today is going to be great by the special grace of God. Men ought to pray and faint not, after today fellowship, we must hunger and thirst after fellowship with our heavenly Father. Praise God. so put on your seat beat while the Holy Spirit take us on this cruise:

“If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.” John 15:7

Of necessity we must be in Christ to live unto Him, and we must abide in Him to be able to claim the largesse of this promise from Him. To abide in Jesus is never to quit Him for another love, or another object, but to remain in living, loving, conscious, willing union with Him. The branch is not only ever near the stem, but ever receiving life and fruitfulness from it.

All true believers abide in Christ in a sense; but there is a higher meaning, and this we must know before we can gain unlimited power at the throne. “Ask what ye will” is for Enochs who walk with God, for Johns who lie in the Lord’s bosom, for those whose union with Christ leads to constant communion.

The heart must remain in love, the mind must be rooted in faith, the hope must be cemented to the Word, the whole man must be joined unto the Lord, or else it would be dangerous to trust us with power in prayer. The carte blanche can only be given to one whose very life is, “Not I, but Christ liveth in me.” O you who break your fellowship, what power you lose! If you would be mighty in your pleadings, the Lord Himself must abide in you, and you in Him.

Martha was cumbered about much serving.” Luke 10:40

Her fault was not that she served: the condition of a servant well becomes every Christian. “I serve,” should be the motto of all the princes of the royal family of heaven. Nor was it her fault that she had “much serving.” We cannot do too much. Let us do all that we possibly can; let head, and heart, and hands, be engaged in the Master’s service.

It was no fault of hers that she was busy preparing a feast for the Master. Happy Martha, to have an opportunity of entertaining so blessed a guest; and happy, too, to have the spirit to throw her whole soul so heartily into the engagement. Her fault was that she grew “cumbered with much serving,” so that she forgot Him, and only remembered the service. She allowed service to override communion, and so presented one duty stained with the blood of another.

We ought to be Martha and Mary in one: we should do much service, and have much communion at the same time. For this we need great grace. It is easier to serve than to commune. Joshua never grew weary in fighting with the Amalekites; but Moses, on the top of the mountain in prayer, needed two helpers to sustain his hands. The more spiritual the exercise, the sooner we tire in it. The choicest fruits are the hardest to rear: the most heavenly graces are the most difficult to cultivate.

Beloved, while we do not neglect external things, which are good enough in themselves, we ought also to see to it that we enjoy living, personal fellowship with Jesus. See to it that sitting at the Saviour’s feet is not neglected, even though it be under the specious pretext of doing Him service.

The first thing for our soul’s health, the first thing for His glory, and the first thing for our own usefulness, is to keep ourselves in perpetual communion with the Lord Jesus, and to see that the vital spirituality of our religion is maintained over and above everything else in the world.

Beloved, sow yourself in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up all your farrow grounds as pray today and add the essentials of keeping the grass ever green by praying and giving services- through evangelism and many others means and see God rain righteousness upon you (Hos 10:12). He God will speak to the heavens and the heaven will speak the earth and the earth will bring increase.

Be ready for your great blessedness in Christ Jesus after today’s encounter in Jesus Name.

Remain blessed in the Lord.

He Will Return

0

Joy in my heart to the Lord, sing a new song to the Lord x2, I will praise Your Name. I will worship you. Glory alleluia sing a new song to the Lord. What shall we do today? Today, I will lift my voice in praise, for I know you are always there for me, Almighty God, you are my All in All, no matter what I face when success comes my way, I will praise Your Name, You alone worthy x2….

Father, indeed You are alone are Worthy to be praise and glorified. You Are indeed Faithful to us. Thank You Father. Blessed be Thou Holy Name forever and ever. Thank You Lord for waking us up this morning and availing us the privilege to be in your presence, O Lord! All are Your doings, therefore we return to give You praise, to give You honour for counting us worthy. Thank You Father.

Beloved, do you know that it has proven that it is only God that can wakes us up each time we sleep. A doctor and also a great servant of God, in narrating this said that “in their profession, they have drugs that put one off to sleep in order to manage some health conditions and by estimation determine how long the patient is likely to sleep but the truth is that if anything goes wrong and the patient could not wake up, there is no drugs to apply rather than to keep waiting and believing that such individual wakes up so long as the breathe is still there.” He confessed he had never given a thought it this way for His long time in his career, until God opened it up for him.

So when you lie down and wakes up, no matter what is going on in your life, you must be grateful to God who in His mercies took out time of His schedule and still remembers that He has to wake up and the day or moment He forget to do so that is it. (Ps 92:1-5)

No matter what you have scheduled to do and accomplish become dreams that were never birthed. And for those who specializes in hiding talents and gifting’s from the Lord. those dreams/plans will never see the light of the day but for those like the apostles of old who disciple many for the Lord, their vision will still live on (this is not my focus for today, maybe if the Holy spirit permits us we will yet treat it- dreams that went to grave unrealized). Praise the Lord.

Our focus this morning is stilling running on the wings of yesterday’s devotion talking about God’s love that never fails but endureth forever. Beloved, not for a willful sinner but with those sinners that will turn away from evil to good when the power of God comes upon them for rescue. Praise the Lord.

Our Father in His reassuring manner is reminding us today that He will not leave us comfortless but will come back (for) to you (emphasis mine). I don’t know what you are going through at time you are reading this pieces. Is possible you are in a great storm, passing through challenges, on a sick bed, waiting for your miracle babies, marriages and jobs. The Lord said I should tell you that “He is in it with you. He sent me to tell you that He will not leave you comfortless but will for you.”

Don’t you ever give up, for weeping may tarry in the night but your joy comes in the morning. The bridegroom might delay but He will surely show up before the eleventh hour.

The rule of the game here is “never give up”. I have come a long way too and I can tell you that there are moments you want to cry (cry, weep, pour out your heart to Him! Hannah did it and Samuel came answering her). There are periods that your carnal nature will put up a fight against your spirit man (put up praise, pray as you have never done before- even as simply as saying – Jesus help me). There are moments that you will feel that everybody around you is wrong, you are the only one who is ever right (watch unforgiving spirit, bitterness, malice), and there are moment you want to be confrontational with God (it might not be a bad idea, Job did it. God also encourages it – Jer 33:3).

In all this you are permitted to do because you are in darkest moment in life but if hold on and not give up on God, though He tarries, He must return as promised. Never murmur, don’t dishonor the things of God (Exo 15:24; 16:1-36).

Beloved, you are free to do all but never allow doubt to crept into your mind else you never enter into your promise. This is the caveat – you may not enter your promise or your rest as promised by God (Exo 6:8, Num14:22; Deut 2:14-16). Therefore guide your mind with all diligence (Prov 4:23), this is one of our Cardinal point we focus on because you are what you feed your spirit man.

If you feed in with negatives everything turns negative; if you feed it with positive things so you will turn out to become God’s master pieces- why because God spokes and it came forth. For instance when the earth is in its chaotic state God look at it- He was not discourage rather He spoke forth – “Let there be…. and there was” (Gen 1:3-25 )  even now He had not stop speaking command your situation and He will still bring it to pass. Speak light into your dark situation and Jesus will show forth- Jn 8:12; 12:46; 1 Pet 4:11.

Hang on there; He will return:

“I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.” John 14:18

He left us, and yet we are not left orphans. He is our comfort, and He is gone; but we are not comfortless. Our comfort is that He will come to us, and this is consolation enough to sustain us through His prolonged absence. Jesus is already on His way: He says, “I come quickly”: He rides post-haste toward us. He says, “I will come”: and none can prevent His coming, or put it back for a quarter of an hour. He specially says, “I will come to you”; and so He will. His coming is specially to and for His own people. This is meant to be their present comfort while they mourn that the Bridegroom doth not yet appear.

When we lose the joyful sense of His presence we mourn; but we may not sorrow as if there were no hope. Our Lord in a little wrath has hid Himself from us for a moment; but He will return in full favor. He leaves us in a sense, but only in a sense. When He withdraws, He leaves a pledge behind that He will return. O Lord, come quickly! There is no life in this earthly existence if thou be gone. We sigh for the return of thy sweet smile. When wilt thou come unto us? We are sure thou wilt appear; but be thou like a roe, or a young hart. Make no tarrying, O our God!

Hang on for your spouse comes hither:

“My sister, my spouse.” Song 4:12

Observe the sweet titles with which the heavenly Solomon with intense affection addresses His bride the church. “My sister, one near to me by ties of nature, partaker of the same sympathies. My spouse, nearest and dearest, united to me by the tenderest bands of love; my sweet companion, part of my own self.

My sister, by my Incarnation, which makes me bone of thy bone and flesh of thy flesh; my spouse, by heavenly betrothal, in which I have espoused thee unto myself in righteousness. My sister, whom I knew of old, and over whom I watched from her earliest infancy; my spouse, taken from among the daughters, embraced by arms of love, and affianced unto me for ever.

See how true it is that our royal Kinsman is not ashamed of us, for He dwells with manifest delight upon this two-fold relationship. We have the word “my” twice in our version; as if Christ dwelt with rapture on His possession of His Church. “His delights were with the sons of men,” because those sons of men were His own chosen ones.

He, the Shepherd, sought the sheep, because they were His sheep; He has gone about “to seek and to save that which was lost,” because that which was lost was His long before it was lost to itself or lost to Him. The church is the exclusive portion of her Lord; none else may claim a partnership, or pretend to share her love. Jesus, thy church delights to have it so!

Let every believing soul drink solace out of these wells. Soul! Christ is near to thee in ties of relationship; Christ is dear to thee in bonds of marriage union, and thou art dear to Him; behold He grasps both of thy hands with both His own, saying, “My sister, my spouse.”

Mark the two sacred holdfasts by which thy Lord gets such a double hold of thee that He neither can nor will ever let thee go. Be not, O beloved, slow to return the hallowed flame of His love.

Is there anyone amongst today grasping with a depleting relationship, the Lord is promising to comfort you and heal your relationship as you fellow Him through and through. Dwell in the safety that is in Christ Jesus, the arm of flesh may fail you; but Jesus will never leave you nor forsake you. not forgetting that safety belongs to God- Ps119:117. 1 pet 4:11

Remain blessed in the Lord.

Joyful Security

Holy are You Lord All creation call You Lord. Worthy is Your Name, We worship Your Majesty. Awesome God, how great Thou Art, You are God, mighty are You miracles. We stand in awe of your Holy Name, Lord we and worship You

King of kings, Lord of lords, Everlasting King, Saviour Redeemer, Soon coming king 2x Awesome, Awesome, You are awesome 2x  Awesome is Your NAme

Gracious God, how great You are. You are indeed Awesome, You are indeed Mighty, You are indeed the Soon Coming King. In You is my righteousness and my peace. You are my Refuge, I will run into You and be blessed; I will run into You and be secured. Faithful are You Lord.

Thank You for the gift of another week, another day in You Lord. Faithful indeed are You. Jesus, Who is like unto Thee, no one Lord and none will ever be compared with You. You are the Unchangeable changer. Faithful are You Father.

Beloved, how is it with you today?  Great! someone is screaming. Whoop, I glad to hear in my spirit mind some excitement in someone’s heart today. Thank You Jesus. Because our joy streams from You alone. Thank You Precious One for You Alone is worthy of praise. Thank You for this great liberty that only You can give. Thank You Precious One for all You have done and You are still doing in our life today. To You alone be all the Glory, Honour, Adoration in Jesus Name. Amen!

Beloved, true joy I perceive in my spirit comes where there is true love. The kind of laughter that permeates your heart in spite of whatever circumstance you are passing through. You look at unpalatable situation you smile because you are confident that God is in it with though you may not see Him but You are so convince that He had settle it before you will get to it. That all you need to do at such a time is not fret but to trust. Glory be to God.

Then you can look into the storm and rebuke it as Jesus did. Wherefo you cannot, like the woman of issue of blood you can hold on Jesus hem of garment and receive your deliverance. Jesus is still in the business of doing good. He is still Faithful and kind and will never leave you nor forsake you.

God is still good and have not cease to be. The greatest love ever known on earth is that shown by God to us. “God is love’. He sent His Only Begotten Son to die for your sake that you will be made complete in Him. That you will no longer be a slave but an adopted son and daughter and together with Christ you shall reign.

No man has ever die for his follower man, if ever, it will be for a righteous course not for the one he was found guilty. But not so with Christ. He died for your sins that you will become the righteousness of God. Beloved, this is true love. This is agape kind of love. Not the love of pocket, of beauty, of association but of true love even when you have nothing to pay back, He still gave you His best; His all so as to fulfill His Father’s will.

The goodnews for me here at this point is not that Jesus died for you and I. The goodnews is that you and I are willing to accept this great love shown to us. Some are not willing to accept this truth. They will make comment like “did I asked Him to die for me?” You have the choice to belong and be joyful secured, likewise you also have the right to reject and pursue your own course. The shocking news here is that “no one will be save outside Christ no matter your benevolence or your service.

Do you want a true love not as the world giveth, then come to Jesus. His love is everlasting, His love is steadfast, His love is secured as well as reassuring. Come now and be part of this awesome family of God and enjoy the security that is imbedded in it (Ps 125: 2). Praise God. Let’s find out how:

Joyful Security

“I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.” Isa. 41:10

Fear of falling is wholesome. To be venturesome is no sign of wisdom. Times come to us when we feel that we must go down unless we have a very special support. Here we have it. God’s right hand is a grand thing to lean upon. Mind, it is not only His hand, though it keepeth Heaven and earth in their places, but His right hand: His power united with skill, His power where it is most dexterous. Nay, this is not all, it is written, “I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.” That hand which He uses to maintain His holiness, and to execute His royal sentences — this shall be stretched out to hold up His trusting ones. Fearful is our danger, but joyful is our security. The man whom God upholds, devils cannot throw down.

Weak may be our feet, but almighty is God’s right hand. Rough may be the road, but Omnipotence is our upholding. We may boldly go forward. We shall not fall. Let us lean continually where all things lean. God will not withdraw His strength, for His righteousness is there as well: He will be faithful to His promise, and faithful to His Son, and therefore faithful to us. How happy we ought to be! Are we not so?

I am, what about you? this is a call of confidence. When you chose to trust God’s love and leave behind every disappointments you have ever faced in life, when you chose to move on despite every failure you have encountered knowing that with God on your side now you can make it to the end. And for every believer our end is in Christ Jesus Who went to the cross. Beloved there has never been any such love ever:

“And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion.” Revelation 14:1

The apostle John was privileged to look within the gates of heaven, and in describing what he saw, he begins by saying, “I looked, and, lo, a Lamb!” This teaches us that the chief object of contemplation in the heavenly state is “the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sins of the world.” Nothing else attracted the apostle’s attention so much as the person of that Divine Being, who hath redeemed us by His blood.

He is the theme of the songs of all glorified spirits and holy angels. Christian, here is joy for thee; thou hast looked, and thou hast seen the Lamb. Through thy tears thine eyes have seen the Lamb of God taking away thy sins. Rejoice, then. In a little while, when thine eyes shall have been wiped from tears, thou wilt see the same Lamb exalted on His throne. It is the joy of thy heart to hold daily fellowship with Jesus; thou shalt have the same joy to a higher degree in heaven; thou shalt enjoy the constant vision of His presence; thou shalt dwell with Him for ever.

“I looked, and, lo, a Lamb!” Why, that Lamb is heaven itself; for as good Rutherford says, “Heaven and Christ are the same thing;” to be with Christ is to be in heaven, and to be in heaven is to be with Christ. That prisoner of the Lord very sweetly writes in one of his glowing letters—”O my Lord Jesus Christ, if I could be in heaven without thee, it would be a hell; and if I could be in hell, and have thee still, it would be a heaven to me, for thou art all the heaven I want.” It is true, is it not, Christian? Does not thy soul say so?

“Not all the harps above

Can make a heavenly place,

If God His residence remove,

Or but conceal His face.”

All thou needest to make thee blessed, supremely blessed, is “to be with Christ.” And this profound truth should always be your confident in Christ. Don’t miss it for any counterfeit love.

Beloved, this week is declared blessed in the Name of Jesus! Let us all go in the love and joy in Christ our Saviour Who is our Great Deliverer. Glory be to the Lord. Alleluia!!!

Remain blessed in the Lord.

You Deal with God

Great is Thy Faithfulness x2 Morning by morning new mercies I see, All that I needed Your Hands have provided, Great is Thy faithfulness Lord unto me. Worthy Lord You are Worthy, King of kings, Lord of lords you are Worthy. Worthy Lord You are Worthy, King of kings, Lord of lords I worship You.

Merciful Father what can I use that will befitting to thank You for all Your lovingkindness, peace and love in my life and situations. You are Gracious and Loving to Your children. Thank You Lord for sparing us again to see Your mercies that is new every morning. Thanking You Lord. Glory be to Your Holy Name forever and ever.

Beloveth, I would say it was a quick one, another week has rolled by just in a jiffy. Everywhere is busy and am seeing more of “Red” than any other colour. Is that an indication of  what is in air? Whoop! Love I guess!

Anywhere, we may be talking about that on Monday by His grace, but for now we want to consider the practical side of our long week teaching. Is God unkind? Is He not a loving Father as we were taught in our catechism classes? Has He suddenly change? Do I still have a place in Him? When am done in this part of eternity what will happen to me? or where do I spent eternity after I have lived here on earth?

Beloved, this and many other questions are what goes on in my heart as I was writing and weeping at a time what my ears and spirit man is perceiving from the Word of God.

Beloved, that day will be great and terrible. The judgment day of God. Many will wish it can postponed but alas it will be late for such an individual who had spent 10, 20 , 30, or 60,70, 80 years or beyond without making it to eternity.

Beloved, run while it is still day, night cometh when you can no longer work again. Let us live with the Awesome and fearful Nature of God in mind than a loving and kind Father in our heart. No parent condoles a naughty child, you chide to correct because the harvest time will soon come, whatsoever was sown will be reap.

Beloved, the loving Father Who had a walk in evenings with our fore parents in the garden was the same Father Who put them out of the garden without breaking His law because He is Just.

Today, you are hearing God, do not harden your heart, surrender it Jesus and the Holy Spirit will do the purification and you will be save from the everlasting damnation. Praise God.

Beloved, you have a deal with God today, be wise and be save. God in His Loving Nature is calling on you today. Do not put it off for you know not the numbers of your days. People had die in their day of joy though it is not your portion but you are limited and do not know the next minute ahead of you, so don’t put off this appointed time. Praise God.

Accept God’s hands of fellowship and friendship to you today and you live like a god you were created from the very beginning.

Come to Him, now is the accepted time. If you have accepted Jesus before now this is the time to check how far you are doing in your relationship score card. God bless you.

And if you are yet to give your life to Jesus, your deal with God today must be a remarkable one. Your testimony will be full and the Holy Spirit will uphold you to the end as you decide today. Click here to do so now.

God care so much for you that He is having a deal with you. If I may ask you” do you care enough for that brother, sister, colleague, neighbor, boss, domestic helps, your repairers, parents and children to confront them when they are not living right?” Better still “if they are yet to accept Christ as their Lord and personal Savior?”

Have you bother to tell them about Jesus or correct them whenever they miss it in love or you feel you are not suppose to interfere? Some parents play this negligence role in the lives of their children on the claim that they are now “adult” be careful brother/sister, God will require from you all that He allowed you to see or hear concerning them.

God is speaking to you concerning being your brother’s keeper and your sister’s keeper as well. Read on and be blessed:

“I will not execute the fierceness of mine anger, I will not return to destroy Ephraim: for I am God, and not man.” Hos. 11:9

The Lord thus makes known His sparing mercies. It may be that the reader is now under heavy displeasure, and everything threatens his speedy doom. Let the text hold him up from despair. The Lord now invites you to consider your ways, and confess your sins. If He had been man, He would long ago have cut you off. If He were now to act after the manner of men, it would be a word and a blow and then there would be an end of you: but it is not so, for “as high as the heavens are above the earth, so high are his ways above your ways.

You rightly judge that He is angry, but He keepeth not His anger for ever: if you turn from sin to Jesus, God will turn from wrath. Because God is God, and not man, there is still forgiveness for you, even though you may be steeped up to your throat in iniquity. You have a God to deal with, and not a hard man, nor even a merely just man. No human being could have patience with you: you would have wearied out an angel, as you have wearied your sorrowing father; but God is longsuffering.

Come and try Him at once. Confess, believe, and turn from your evil way, and you shall be saved. Also be available to be use by God in bring in the Lost or the wandering sheep back to the fold. Care enough to confront:

 On Caring Enough To Confront

A few years ago my wife and I spent the evening in the home of friends who were highly respected in the Christian community. While backing the car out of their driveway, I commented to her that I felt there was something amiss in the family.

Then I second-guessed myself with, “Well, I could be wrongits just an impression. Besides, we shouldnt meddle in other peoples lives.” Soon we were home and the thought dismissed.

Two years later the couple was divorced: The culmination of years of deep-seated, but well-hidden family problems. The wife and children were left devastated and desolate.

The question I must ask myself when faced with friends who may be in trouble is, “Do I care enough to confront them?

Or am I more worried about their rejection of me? About being wrong? Or about “getting too involved?”

Jesus cared enough to confront. When challenged by Peter to not go to the cross He retorted,

Get behind Me, Satanyou are not setting your mind on Gods interests, but mans.” (Matthew 16:23)

Pretty stiff confrontation, wouldn’t you say? Yet Christ’s love for Peter is unquestioned.

James, the half brother of Jesus writes,

If anyone has slipped away from God and no longer trusts the Lord and someone helps him understand the Truth again, that person who brings him back to God will have saved a wandering soul from death, bringing about the forgiveness of his many sins.” (James 5:19, 20 – Life Application Bible)

The opposite of love may not be hate but indifference. Therefore, when I choose to not confront a brother who may be in trouble, it is possible that I simply do not care… at least enough to confront?

That kind of indifference is not evidence of Calvary love.

Beloved, did you read that ‘Calvary love’ not worldly love that is displayed at this season, so be careful enough not to fall into the traps set by the devil in the name of love.

Search out someone this week end to care enough to confront and it also be “to encourage”. Let us not abandon our trying brothers and sisters in the house hold of God. Let us also encourage one another in love in the Lord, I think that should be another “deal” Your heavenly Father will smile at .

See you next week by His grace and remain “chaste” all through this week end. Remember to be involve in ‘only” those things God will put His blessings upon.

Remain blessed in the Lord.
