Beloveth… are you moving forward… Is the power of God manifesting in your life? Yes! that way you be on fire for the Lord… of course the devil flee at God’s presence so being a carrier of God’s Presence they will bow… they will be powerless before you, because you are a carrier of God’s Presence…. don’t forget that… alleluia somebody!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hope you received strength to take the gospel along with you in the place of prayer yesterday… Wow! You must be on fire… Remember, Jesus coming back depends largely on the gospel reaching every nook and cranes of the world… God is not unjust therefore everyone must have the opportunity to hear the gospel before His return … so get involve…
Our topic today says “On loving the World”
Beloveth…. how are doing here… how are you loving the world?… The Word of God instructed us against loving the world…. is someone hearing us… you are not to love the world… someone seems not to understand it… what about this one… you cannot serve God and mammon … for when you love the world; the love the love of God will diminished what does it mean when the Bible said loving the world?
Is important we remind ourselves again because ignorance is not an excuse not even before God our Maker…
In the message below we are going to be reading some of the things about what it means “On loving the World.”

On Loving The World
“Never give your hearts to this world or to any of the things in it… The whole world-system… (is) based on men‘s primitive desires, their greedy ambitions and the glamour of all that they THINK is splendid… ” (1 John 2:15, 16 – Phillips Translation)
But the glamour is alluring! We can identify with St. Augustine’s cry, “Give me chastity, but not yet.”
If the truth were out, many of us would have to admit that the WORLD’S GLAMOROUS ARE OUR CLOSET HEROES. We ogle their lifestyles which seem so smooth… leisurely, and in control.
Almost transcendent.
Perhaps they have mastered Lauren Hutton’s secret of success, “Never, ever let them see you sweat.”
Our lives, by contrast seem to muddle along amidst our rather tired and familiar surroundings of dirty laundry, unmowed lawns, and piles of unanswered mail.
James reminds us, however, that “flirting with the glamour of this world“ is akin to being “the world‘s lover,“ an “unfaithful wife.” It is by our love of the world… by our spiritual adultery, that we become “an enemy of God.” (See James 4:4 – Phillips Translation)
Years ago I remember attending a Rotary Club meeting with the rich, the powerful and the beautiful of our town. These were the guys with the tailored pin stripe suits, Italian hand crafted shoes, and manicured nails. Cool. Polished. Together. Cultured. Or, so it seemed.
However, as the meal progressed I realized how many of these men I had privately counseled. And in those sessions, they had wept, pouted, and agonized over disintegrating marriages, rebellious kids, severe financial problems, and self-doubt over their professional abilities.
It is vital for us to understand that true fulfillment is found in the daily struggle with loving, giving, and forgiving amidst piles of laundry, raucous kids and rushed schedules. It is here that the authentic beauty of Christ’s character is being forged.
And the “glamorous” world can never match that!
Beloveth… Is there anything wrong in being neat, looking good, looking gorgeous, no not at all, but letting it not take the place of God….is a No! No!
How does it take the place of God, someone wants to know … when you let it occupy your thoughts and actions… no prayer or a rushed prayer session with God… No time to read and meditates on God’s Word… No Sunday service but devote all your time surfing the internet… watching movies… and all what not…
Beloveth… remember in the Ten Commandments God says “I am First”… So to put God in His right place daily make sure you pray, read the Bible… meditate therein…. Give time to evangelism… and other godly activities in that way… you bring pleasure to your Maker which is a reasonable service … Praise the Lord somebody!!!!!!
Always remember that friendship with the world is enmity with God QED….. this is you faith walk in Christ Jesus … Keep the fire on….
