Beloved good morning, how are doing today. We are here again to adore and to worship the King of kings; He is our help in ages past. Yes! He is the same yesterday, today and forever. Let us lift up His Name forever and ever. He answers prayers, He is here to answer our prayers today, will you pray.

There are many kinds of prayers. Sometime we pray not being aware that what we are doing at that moment is praying. Especially our desperate moments, your lips are altering some words and you also doing what you are doing at that moment, you may have even call in some help and still nothing seems to be working then and then you simple and casually prayed and ask God or Holy Spirit to show up for you and suddenly a light came, you have a break through, there was a solution, the situation became normal, the child responded.

Wow! You jump, you shout, you screamed but to you all you can recollect is that you didn’t even pray but you altered a word that look like prayer and with that simple prayer sometimes without in Jesus Name came a solution and answers to the situation at hand.

Beloved, God works in miraculous ways He uses foolish things of this earth to teach us that He is Supreme. At that very moment you are have realized that you cannot do it on your own except with His help and He showed up in a most miraculous way and suddenly like me you shout God, you mean You are here? You mean You have been hearing all that is happening and all of a sudden You show up, O thank You Lord.

You became much more aware of the fact that indeed God is everywhere and He is closer to you than you ever thought or imagined. Beloved, that is our God. He is in it with you though you never seems to know that even the very breathe in your nostril is Him. Praise the Lord.

Beloved, the topic before us is so important that we bring it forth at such a time like this. By the grace of God we are enjoying diverse victories and breakthrough in many areas of our lives and we must not take it for guaranteed but must be aware of what might happen if we do not pay greater attention to the scheme satan uses at such a moment.

So come around to read what you should do at such a moment and you will be safe and protected from all evil attacks:

After He said good-bye to them, He went away to the mountain to pray.—Mark 6:46

What do you do after a spiritual victory? Where do you go after reaching a high point in your Christian life? Jesus went to pray. Jesus had just fed a multitude with only five loaves of bread and two fish (Mark 6:34–44). If there were ever a time to relax and bask in the glow of God’s power it should have been then. Instead, Jesus climbed a mountain to pray. When Jesus prayed, the Father clearly revealed His will and His ways to His Son. It eventually dawned on Jesus’ disciples that Jesus prepared for every major decision and difficult challenge with a time of prayer (Luke 11:1).

As Jesus prayed on the mountain that day, the Father knew His Son was about to face a fierce storm (Mark 6:48). The disciples raced headlong into the tempest unprepared, but Jesus entered the storm after communing with His Father in prayer. The Father had prepared Jesus for what was coming, and Jesus met the crisis with all the power of God.

It is tempting to relax after a spiritual victory, but a crisis could follow at any time. You must stand guard over your high points. It is at these times when you experience God mightily that you should immediately get alone to pray. Then you will not be caught unprepared when trials come. Have you experienced a spiritual victory? Follow your Lord’s example and go immediately to a place of prayer so the Father can prepare you for what is coming.

Come and see how what happens in the field:

“Come, my beloved, let us go forth into the field . . . let us see if the vine flourish.” Song 7:11,12

The church was about to engage in earnest labour, and desired her Lord’s company in it. She does not say, “I will go,” but “let us go.” It is blessed working when Jesus is at our side! It is the business of God’s people to be trimmers of God’s vines. Like our first parents, we are put into the garden of the Lord for usefulness; let us therefore go forth into the field.

Observe that the church, when she is in her right mind, in all her many labours desires to enjoy communion with Christ. Some imagine that they cannot serve Christ actively, and yet have fellowship with Him: they are mistaken. Doubtless it is very easy to fritter away our inward life in outward exercises, and come to complain with the spouse, “They made me keeper of the vineyards; but mine own vineyard have I not kept:” but there is no reason why this should be the case except our own folly and neglect.

Certain is it that a professor may do nothing, and yet grow quite as lifeless in spiritual things as those who are most busy. Mary was not praised for sitting still; but for her sitting at Jesus’ feet. Even so, Christians are not to be praised for neglecting duties under the pretence of having secret fellowship with Jesus: it is not sitting, but sitting at Jesus’ feet which is commendable. Do not think that activity is in itself an evil: it is a great blessing, and a means of grace to us.

Paul called it a grace given to him to be allowed to preach; and every form of Christian service may become a personal blessing to those engaged in it. Those who have most fellowship with Christ are not recluses or hermits, who have much time to spare, but indefatigable labourers who are toiling for Jesus, and who, in their toil, have Him side by side with them, so that they are workers together with God.

Let us remember then, in anything we have to do for Jesus, that we can do it, and should do it in close communion with Him.

Our God is too faithful to fail you. Ensure that while you labour in the field of witnessing to the lost, the hurt, you also devotion much time to your building up. Never leave you soul to famish or be desolate. Our God is calling on you to always be nearer to Him. Don’t just sit around but sit at the feet of Jesus, that is what we are taught today.

Beloved, make most use of your prayer time, pray and pray. Don’t relax after you have gotten a one victory make sure you are the place of prayer for another victory match. Praise the Name of the Lord. Alleluia.

Father, we call You Who never fails and will not fail us, let Your Name alone be praised forever and ever.

Beloved, let us pray.

Remain blessed in the Lord.
