Faith in God is a super coin that buys from any market- spiritual, physical, emotionally and even psychological. It can export and import from any quarter. Faith has the ability to command and it comes forth. And most importantly faith has the power to dismiss anything from any quarter and it remain thus (Matt 28:18-20, Mk 16:15).
Surprise I quote the Great commission? Yes! Without faith it is impossible to do the masters bidings. Is faith that will make you to obey even when the obedience will cost you so much discomfort, you look beyond the present discomfort and look steady on Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our “faith” (2Cor 4:8-18).
Beloved, if your faith in Christ has not been mock then you are yet to start the “faith walk.” I have countless experiences where my faith even to me look as if I am overdoing it but I will chose not to give it a second thought and will still see the answer emerge in a stupendous way. And I will be saying to myself, “Hey! He did it; God just did it”
Are we here together? I mean a situation where what you are asking might seem out of this world but you still go ahead to ask and believe that though it seems very impossible, though I cannot afford it, though it looks very daunting and impossible but you chose to believe that God will do it and what you are asking seems right before God then you see it come to pass.
Permit me to say that “Grace” speaks in the place of “Faith.” I have seen myself in countless situations like that and simply make me stand in Awe of Who God is.
Beloved, what do think that the widow of Zarephath might be thinking when she obeyed the instruction of the prophet Elijah? What emboldened David when he picked up stones as against war armories against Goliath? Beloveth, I see grace speaking on our behalf each time we engage in the ordinary and expecting extra-ordinary result. when prophet Elijah call down fire and first requested that water be pour on the wood, stone, and the sacrifice before engaging in the business of the day (1Kin 17:10-16, 1 Sam 17:45-51, 1Kin 18:21-38).
When we take bold steps in the Name of God, God shows forth. When you set out to glorify God; He makes you a vessel of honour. When you deny yourself and forebear for the sake of the gospel; God follows your Word with signs and miracles.
For faith to be effective it must first project God, anything less is a joke. If you do/engage in anything for self-exaltation, God will simply be watching and before long you will cry out in pain for help. So beware of what you are doing in the place faith.
Beloved, when we truly position our self rightly before God, we will receive what we are trusting and believing Him for. However, there is a caveat – satan hurls at us “flaming arrows” to hinder us. What form does such arrows looks like? Doubt, fear, unbelief, sin, sickness, poverty, riches, success, and such things like it.
Now, we have a duty here to perform – picking up our shield of faith. It involves an action. You must confess the Word of God concerning the situation and stand firmly on it, suggestions from family and friends even satan himself notwithstanding. As we always emphasis here “never reason with satan when you are on faith journey.” Give him no room to exchange views or ideas, not necessary. Always declare that all is well (2Kin 4:23;26). She declared to her husband that “it shall be well” and also declared to the servant of the prophet that “it is well” and at the end it end well to her favour. Alleluia somebody!

So faith comes from what is heard, and what is heard comes through the message about Christ.—Romans 10:17
In Ephesians 6:16, Paul refers to “the shield of faith.” Prayerfully, we must ask ourselves this question: How does faith act as a protective shield? First of all, we must understand what faith is and how the word is being used here by Paul.
A little boy, when asked to give a definition of faith, said: “Faith is believing something you know isn’t true.” Well, that is precisely what faith is not! Faith is believing what you know to be true! But it is even more than that—it is acting on what you know to be true.
Some people see faith as something vague and mysterious, but faith is one of the Christian’s most practical commodities. Take this verse, for example: “… faith without works is dead” (Jms 2:26). There is always the element of activity in faith; it prompts us to action. “Now faith is the reality of what is hoped for, the proof of what is not seen” (Heb 11:1).
Taking the shield of faith, then, is responding to the things the Devil hurls at us by the quick application of what we believe about God and His Word, the Bible. When Satan sends his “flaming arrows” in our direction, we can either stand and lament the fact that we are being attacked, or quickly raise the shield of faith and remind ourselves that the Devil is a liar from the very beginning. We affirm that because we are redeemed by the blood of Christ, the Devil has no legal or moral right to taunt us. But believing this is not enough; it must be acted on—and acted on quickly.
Prayer
Father, I see that when Satan throws his “flaming arrows” at me, I must act and act quickly. Help my faith to be so strong that it will not need a “jump start” to get it going. This I ask in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Beloved, never doubt what God has said concerning you. keep on believing Him even when you don’t know it will ever come to pass. That is one of the way to keep the hurling arrows away from getting at you.
Pick up your shield of faith and stand well positioned for God to work out your salvation. If you are yet to give your life to Jesus please click here because you have no authority over satan when you are drinking and wining with him.
Now Faith is the substance of things hope for, the evidence of things not seen. By it the elders obtained a good report. Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the Word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. (Heb 11:1-3).
Beloved, are you ready to seen things you hope for? Then hold on to shield of faith. Those before you obtained what they hope for and God also created through believing in Himself, why don’t you do the same? Believe God!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
