The Lord of Lords.
Yes! Come let Praise the Lord, He is the King of kings, Ancient One, The Lion of the tribe of Judea, You are our God forever more. Thank You Jesus. Thank You Father, great are you Lord. You are greatly to be Praise. Father You reign. Great are You Lord. Great are You are Lord. Let all glory be ascribe to You alone Who is worthy of our Praise.
Beloved, I want to rejoice be the moment. Take a time off and praise God whose mercies endureth forever and ever. I have every reason to question God “why” this morning but against it I choose to honour Him and sing praises to Him because He is Maker, He loves me with an everlasting love. I told every challenges looking at me to get behind me while I Praise God instead.
Is someone identifying with me, can you just find courage to put all those thoughts and cares away and focus on God only whose Word is yea and Amen. He can do all things. Look steady on Jesus and be blessed this day.
You scale over those mountains if only you open your mouth to Praise other than worry and grumble. He will make a way in the wilderness of that challenge so that you will pass through, He is God the Almighty. Praise the Name of the Lord forever.
This morning we will be considering the topic sanctified and then sent. I believed you have been following us from the beginning of the year however if today happens to be your first time of coming across this ministration not to worry, all you have to go is to flip back to past weeks ministration for better understanding and for easy catch up. Praise God!
Last week we learnt that God can call you to his work without repentance but as soon you heed His call, the Holy Spirit take you over and make sure you are cleans and sanctified.
Why is God doing that, because we learnt also that He always have eternal perspective in every assignment He assigns you to do. Praise God!
During Jesus ministration, He sent the twelve apostles to preach to the world but they couldn’t do much because much work still needed to be done in the lives, but after they were thoroughly taught by the Lord and empowered from on high this same men did exploits for the Lord.
And in the same vein today, Jesus having sanctified you and I is sending us to the world to preach His Word and turn men from eternal destruction to eternal life. Praise the Lord.
Is of necessity that you and I are tried least we fail at a critical assignment. Considering what happened to Judas the Iscariot, who was tempted and fall at a very critical time in our Jesus ministry. He placed money above the life of His Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. He chose to betray the One Who called him to be part of ministry as against the gospel he is supposed to minister to the dying world.
Beloved, today Jesus having sanctified you and I is sending us to the dying world. Are we going to respond positively to His called or betray Him as so many has done in the time past?
But it is worthy to note that your refusing to go when Jesus sent you did not and will not stop the spreading of the gospel rather God will raise thousands of you who will fulfill His will and who knows by the time you are ready you will see or hear some many who are doing exactly what God has sent you early to do and you will only toddle behind them and will forever wish you ran with the Word when was given to you. Praise God!
Someone is being convince of call of God upon his life this day. Be strong enough to say “Yes! I will Lord” and he will take it over from you. I did that some years back and today I can look back and sing about the faithfulness of the Lord. Same will be your testimony if you say “Yes I will, Lord.
Needless to tell you that soon as you say Yes! The enemy will arise to challenge you but be steadfast and focus on the Lord our Saviour as He will see you through. He will never leave you nor forsake you.

Sanctify them by the truth;
Your word is truth.
As You sent Me into the world,
I also have sent them into the world.—John 17:17–18
God will always sanctify you before He sends you. The Father set aside the twelve disciples and made them holy by the Truth, His Son. As they related to Jesus, the Truth (John 14:6), the disciples were refined by that Truth and were prepared to be sent out to preach the gospel.
Jesus challenged their ambitions (Luke 9:46–48), chastised their lack of faith (Matt. 17:19–20), refuted Satan’s influence (Matt. 16:23), and denounced their pride (Matt. 26:33–35). When Jesus had finished preparing them, the disciples were sent out in such power that their world was never the same again.
Satan will try to convince you that your sin renders you useless to God. That is a lie from the author and father of lies. As soon as you sin, the Deceiver will whisper, “You failure! You are now of no use to God.” This can bring a deep sense of defeat and hopelessness to a Christian.
Yet, there is no freedom that compares to a soul set free by God’s grace. When God’s people allow God’s truth to realign them to God’s will and God’s standard, then the power of God will be released through them the same way it was through the first disciples.
The Truth will set you free. The Truth is: “If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness” (1 John 1:9), and we are restored to usefulness to God.
Beloved, is it possible that your ambition has been the obstacle on your part of success in the Lord? Can you surrender yourself to our Lord Jesus and be save and be made whole. Praise the Lord somebody. It is for our own interest that we are tried so that we will fail the Lord in a more critical assignments Praise the Lord!
The Untried Christian Ideal
“The Christian ideal has not been tried and found wanting; it has been found difficult and left untried.” A. K. Chesterton
The thought that Christ wants all of me on His terms based solely on the strength of His Word relegates many of us to observer status in what could have been a living drama beyond imagination. We simply find His challenge too “difficult” and consequently “left untried.”
After all, how can Jesus be taken seriously when He says,
- “No one of you can be my disciple who does not give up all his own possessions.“
- “If anyone wants to sue you and take your shirt, let him have your coat also.“
- “If anyone wants to follow in my footsteps, he must give up all right to himself.“
Dietrich Bonhoeffer, martyred for his faith in Nazi Germany stated, “When Jesus Christ calls us, He bids us come and die.“
Many of us would rather live on the fringes of authentic Christianity than “die” to our stubborn will and “risk” everything through total surrender to Christ.
When Jesus challenged a mob of wannabe “disciples” with, “Unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in you… many… turned back and no longer followed Him.” (John 6:53, 66 – niv; kjv)
In that moment, His call to total commitment… to the “Christian ideal” was “found difficult and left untried.”
The question Jesus then posed to the remaining disciples echoes down through the centuries to us today, “Will you too go away?” (John 6:67)
Only you, in the depths of your soul know the answer to that question.

For that individual who chose to Praise God instead of sucking, the Spirit of God told me to tell you that He is not slacking concerning His blessings, He will yet bring all to pass. He said that the word has gone out His mouth in righteousness and will not return to Him void. Praise God! He will not let you be confounded just keep praising Him. (2Pet 3:9; Isa 45:23, Zech 8:13).
Let His Word dwell in your heart richly so that you will fall by the way side (Deut 11:18).
