Beloveth is Friday! Our PCL session, Praise the Lord! Alleluia!!! Let us appreciate our Father for all He did for us all through the week, worship and adore Him for there is none like Him and there is none to be compared with Him Praise the Name of the Lord alleluia somebody!

Our topic today is so essential to us as children of God if we want to make heaven, it is the very Word of our Lord Jesus Christ, in verse 19 of the same chapter Jesus said “and their sake I sanctify myself that they also might be sanctified through the truth.

Beloveth, who is the Truth? The Word of God say “Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life no man cometh unto the Father but by me (Jn 14:6).

Our Lord Jesus sanctified Himself so that we will sanctify through Him –The Truth,  so knowing and abiding in Christ is the only way to live Holy and be an acceptable offering unto God because He is Truth and He is the Word (Jn 1:1;14, Jn 17:17). Amen!!!

Our Lord Jesus promised to send the Holy Spirit to His disciples of which He fulfilled on the Pentecost day and they were empowered. They spoke in tongues, preached the Word with signs following.

Beloveth, in this session of Divine Presence we must all allow ourselves to undergo the work of regeneration and sanctification. Let us allow the Spirit of God to work in us and make us an acceptable vessel before our Maker in Jesus Name.

Let us discover more:

“Sanctify them through Thy truth.” John 17:17

Sanctification begins in regeneration. The Spirit of God infuses into man that new living principle by which he becomes “a new creature” in Christ Jesus. This work, which begins in the new birth, is carried on in two ways—mortification, whereby the lusts of the flesh are subdued and kept under; and vivification, by which the life which God has put within us is made to be a well of water springing up unto everlasting life.

This is carried on every day in what is called “perseverance,” by which the Christian is preserved and continued in a gracious state, and is made to abound in good works unto the praise and glory of God; and it culminates or comes to perfection, in “glory,” when the soul, being thoroughly purged, is caught up to dwell with holy beings at the right hand of the Majesty on high.

But while the Spirit of God is thus the author of sanctification, yet there is a visible agency employed which must not be forgotten. “Sanctify them,” said Jesus, “through thy truth: thy word is truth.” The passages of Scripture which prove that the instrument of our sanctification is the Word of God are very many.

The Spirit of God brings to our minds the precepts and doctrines of truth, and applies them with power. These are heard in the ear, and being received in the heart, they work in us to will and to do of God’s good pleasure. The truth is the sanctifier, and if we do not hear or read the truth, we shall not grow in sanctification. We only progress in sound living as we progress in sound understanding.

“Thy word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path.” Do not say of any error, “It is a mere matter of opinion.” No man indulges an error of judgment, without sooner or later tolerating an error in practice. Hold fast the truth, for by so holding the truth shall you be sanctified by the Spirit of God.

Beloveth, the truth which is Christ in flesh and the Word to us is the sanctifier therefore we must endeavor to read, study and meditated on the Word daily with the help of the Holy Spirit. As you cannot use any appliances without the manufacturer’s manual likewise you and I will not live our live outside the Word of God which is our own manual.

O! God sanctify us in Thy truth we pray Thee in Jesus Name. Help us to run this race in the Truth and not on errors in Jesus Name.

Beloveth, as God to show you truly are, ask the Holy Spirit to sanctify you in the truth –Word in Jesus Name. Ask Him to empower you to do the work of your Father who art in heaven and you be in Will, doing His bidding and His Presence will ever be a guiding force in your life in Jesus Name Amen.

Have a glorious week and be Spirit filled in Jesus Name.

Remain blessed in the Lord.
