Let us celebrate the Lord Who made it possible to see the last week in November… It is not by power… nor by might… but by the Spirit of God… Let somebody shout Alleluia!!!

Let us celebrate the Name of the Lord for Only Him is Worthy to be Praise, Honour and Glorify…. Yes Great is His Name and Him alone is worthy to be Praise… Alleluia… Amen!!!

We need to draw your attention to this important topic as the year is coming to an end… A lot of activities are going on right now in our world and if we are not careful we may go into same error… Eve did… despite being close to God… Having God’s Presence…. what went wrong?… what happened?

Sincerely, I use to wonder why Eve fell. Why did God judged Adam in the manner He did too? Beloveth do you know that Adam would have save Eve… If he had pay attention to God’s simple instruction… “Do not eat…from the tree in the middle of the garden?”

What happened… Why?

Oftentimes we too…also fell into such temptation in diverse ways… why does this occasion still arise among Christians even those that should know…

We found an analogy below that can open our eyes to see what we don’t pay attention to but it digs a big pit just in front of us…

Beloveth… Come and see for yourself:

Satan Utilized Four “Strategims” To Entice Eve Into Sin

  1. He played to her ignorance of the Scriptures: Satan to Eve, “Did God really say, You must not eat from any tree in the garden?‘” (Genesis 3:1) In response, Eve stated, “We may eat fruit from the trees in the garden, but God did say, You must not eat fruit from the tree that is in the middle of the garden, and you must not touch it, or you will die.‘” (3:2, 3) In fact, God had said nothing about “touching” the fruit. (2:16, 17) Simply not to eat it. Sadly, Eve was ignorant of the Word of God that had been given to her.

“Ignorantpeople distorttheScriptures, to their own destruction.” (2 Peter 3:16b) (See Matthew 22:29)

QUESTION: Are you steeping yourself in the Scriptures in preparation for Satan’s inevitable attacks of lies and deception? (See 1 Chronicles 21:1; John 8:44; Revelation 12:9; 20:12)

  1. He played to her ego: Satan to Eve, “You will not surely die… ” (Genesis 3:4)

Remember the bumper sticker, “Question Authority”? Translated it means, “No one’s gonna tell me what to do! I’m the captain of my ship, the master of my fate!”

“We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to his own way… ” (Isaiah 53:6a)

QUESTION: As God reveals His truth to you, are you choosing to respond in humble obedience?

  1. He played to her curiosity: Satan to Eve, “God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.” (Genesis 3:5)

Are we not often enticed into sin through our curiosity? That is, we choose to step beyond God’s ordained boundaries to experiment in areas that ultimately could (and would) harm us.

“Be careful not to be ensnared by inquiring about their godsI want you to beinnocent about what is evilinnocent as doves… ” (Deuteronomy 12:30b; Romans 16:19b; Matthew 10:16) (See Ephesians 5:27; 1 Thessalonians 5:23)

QUESTION: Can we appreciate the fact that there are certain areas of knowledge and experience into which our loving Father desires us not to enter? Are we willing to surrender to His wise and protective care?

  1. He played to her senses: “When the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was good for food and pleasing to the eye, and also desirable for gaining wisdom, she took some and ate it. She also gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it.” (Genesis 3:6) “Davidsaw a woman bathing [She] was very beautiful, and[he] sentto find out about herThen David sentto get herand he slept with her.” (2 Samuel 11:2-4 – excerpts) (See Joshua 7:21).

QUESTION: Just what level of arousal would it take to draw you into sin? Does “every man have his price?” What stimuli are you presently allowing in through your senses that, given the right opportunity, could prove to be your spiritual undoing? (See Matthew 6:22, 23; 1 Corinthians 10:12; 2 Timothy 2:22; 1 Peter 2:11).

Beloveth… I had a tough time all through last week… in trying to synchronize God’s promises and real life experiences… The battle was fierce … facts are there but more Real is the Presence of God with me… What I keep saying to myself… was that God is able to do all things… so if He chooses not to do it … He must have reason(s)… but why God… Why?

In my interaction with a sister on the real challenge people are facing with the gospel… we come to terms with the fact that there is a communication gap… at the “Conversion” stage of Christians…

Oftentimes you hear preaching like this… “once you accept Jesus now… all will be well with you” …

We come to the conclusion that this is an erroneous teaching not found anywhere in the Bible…  Rather Jesus said in Jn 16:33… “Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows… But take heart, because I have overcome the world…” (NLT2)

Rather we should say “when you give your life to Jesus… or when you get born again… you simple received a pat at the back that says “Welcome to the school where Mercy, Grace, Hope, Patience, Perseverance, Love, Trials, Faith, beloveth name it, will take you step by step until that perfect day of His appearing… 2Pet.1:3-11, 1Tim.6:14.…

Beloveth… if you are shallow in the knowledge of the scripture… The Word of God…If you are only a hearer and not a doer of the same… Listen you will simply be swept away when temptation comes your way… did you hear that… Lk.6:48.

Beloveth having heard these… How well are studying the Word of God?… “If you have not been studying… What is your resolve…going forward?”

Beloveth… the problem here is far beyond just reading or even doing… the problem here is the “distortion” of the Word of God.…

How can this menace be curbed? … Beloveth is simply by asking the Holy Spirit to help us to know exactly what is right to do or say … To continual be in God’s Will… Alleluia!!! Alleluia!!! Amen!!!

May God help us always to be in His Will and Purpose… Amen…

Beloveth… This is Paul advice to us concerning this… “Study to show yourself approved unto God… a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the Word of Truth” 2Tim2.15… It is advisable to study the whole chapter… Praise the Lord..

Beloveth on this note we declare this week open and blessed in the Name of the Jesus… we return at the end… with greater testimonies in Jesus Name…

We ask that you pray along with us as we trust God for the theme of the new month… May it deliver to us… God’s Goodness running over… Amen….
