Beloved, how are doing today? Hope the Lord has been gracious to You? sometimes we may be overwhelmed by recent happenings around us and next thing that will happen to us is to throw our hands up and suffer frustration but that is not what is excepted of us rather we should look at the other side where the beauty of the Lord can be see and being to worship Him.
Yes! worship is a powerful tool against the enemies of our soul. When we chose to eulogize God in spite of your going through, God will look down from heaven and show you the connecting link to continue your journey. The journey of life sometimes looks as if you are working through the mash when you get entangle by any means you get stuck and the first response is usually will power.
O! I can save myself and after while may be months or even years you discover you have made any meaningful move then realize what you would have done first lifting it up to God” did I just say lifting it up to God? Yes! That should have been our first response but it is usually the last response.
Why do we do that? Remember God only at the last minutes sometimes where the deed is done. We remember our Maker, the One who has our map. Who saw us while we are framed in our mother womb. He is the One who knows the way and have the map.
Look at what Jesus told peter in today’s text, …..but I have prayed for you that your faith will not fail. Wow! Jesus knew that it is very possible for peter to backslide despite the fact that he walked with him for three years and saw all the miracles He did. At some the time the Spirit of God spoke through him but that not withstanding, peter is still prone to fail if does not pray.
Beloved, are seeing what I am seeing? We had to pray not only for ourselves for our family, friends and neighbors’ and the church of God including our dear country, our leaders in various capacity that they fail not.
That why today you have to pick-up someone to pray for. Someone you did not want satan to sift. Someone that must not go back to his/her vomit why there is breathe in your nostrils.
Beloved, am unaware of what I going to share with you today but why I was praying in this morning, I decided to pray for a friend who lost a job and I have been come around to stay with me. It is not just the job but also accommodation. As I lifted her to pray and immediately I had a leading in my Spirit to direct her to someone which I will later do today. Beloved, one of the prayer I prayed to God is that God should come and help her out so that she will not go back to her vomit. And God gave me an express answer.
Beloved, when we are passionate for the lost, the weary, the dowmcast, the hurting, and those that are despair God does not delay in such a response because at that time you having the nature of God- loving and caring. And He will never neglect such a request.
Are you ready to pray? have you remember a person or persons you want to pray for? Ok let us always pray for one another as satan have unleash his agents against families, friends, children church and communities. May we uphold each other with pray.

Satan’s Pincer Movement
Simon, Simon, look out! Satan has asked to sift you like wheat. But I have prayed for you that your faith may not fail.—Luke 22:31-32
One of the reasons the Apostle Paul bids us pray for one another is this: the failure of any one of us is going to have some effect upon the spiritual campaign which God is waging against the Devil through the church.
All those who have committed themselves to Jesus Christ should know that the forces of two kingdoms—the kingdoms of God and of the Devil—are locked together in mortal combat. And Christians, whether they like it or not, are thrust right onto the cutting edge of this conflict.
The battle line between the forces of God and the forces of Satan is the church—and that means you and me. What is Satan’s best tactic in attempting to bring about the church’s spiritual defeat? He probes at every point he can, looking for the weakest part. When he finds a weak Christian (or a group of weak Christians), he calls for reinforcements. Then, using what military strategists call “a pincer movement,” he attempts to break through at that point. And when one Christian fails, all of us to some extent are affected, for we are all part of the one line of defense.
How the Devil rejoices when an individual Christian falls—especially a church leader. Therefore, we are called to a ministry of prayer—not just for ourselves but for one another also—that we might stand perfect and complete in the will of God and that our faith will not fail when under attack by the Devil.
Prayer
Father, I am encouraged as I think that today, millions of Christians around the world will be praying for me. Help me never to fail in my responsibility to pray for them. In Christ’s peerless and precious name. Amen.
