Beloved, how are doing? How is everything going at your side? Hope you are choosing faith against fear. Like we use say often here, you must be deliberate about your choices. Choosing righteous living in the midst of sinful world is a choice and is deliberate likewise at such a time like this, choosing faith as against fear should also be deliberate.

Source for materials that will build up your faith, answer questions you are longing answers to. I stumble into one this morning which I ask the Lord to clarify for me, that was the exact topic that was treated in the devotional I read this morning and I was like Father in my silence prayer you heard me and you answered me and I was very happy.

Beloved God answers prayer even the prayers we utter within our breath, He hears and He answers and so shall the Lord also answer us at such a time like this in Jesus Name. God will send help and will not delay any further in Jesus Name.

Yesterday we treated a topic “Sin … exceeding sinful.” Beloved, during this period of lent we remember the great sacrifice that Jesus Christ made, the forgiveness that was paid for with His life. we confess that our sin have gotten in the way of a relationship with God.

However, our confessing will be tin and hallow unless we understand how great and hold God is. We are forever underestimating the seriousness of sin and its effects, making us unlike God and unfit for His good fellowship. Our efforts at forgiving ourselves and others will be thin and hallow as well unless we understand how God’s grace so completely cover us through Jesus Christ, making us righteous in God’s eye and fit for His good fellowship.

So in this season, we mediate on God’s holiness and wonder what it would be like to be filled only with loving intentions and healthy motivations, like our God.

In Isaiah 6, we discover that the story of the great prophet starts with a grand vision of God on His throne, surrounded by angelic beings. Day and night, these attendants cry out, “Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord of heaven’s Armies! The whole earth is filled with His glory!”(Isa 6:3). Isaiah’s response “it is all over! I am doomed, for I am a sinful man. I have filthy lips, and I live among a people with filthy lips. Yet I have seen the King, the Lord of Heaven’s Armies.” (Isa 6:5)

Seeing God gave Isaiah eyes to see himself. Unclean. Badly acculturated in the filthy of his surrounding. Anything but Holy, so God touched Isaiah, He enjoys forgiveness and cleaning and a new readiness. God call out for a human agent. Isaiah response, “Lord, I will go! Send me.”

That can be our story. In light of God’s holiness, we come undone, “woe is me! I am an unclean person among unclean people. Now that I really see you, Lord, I see myself. Help!” and God does help, with a grace greater than sin. If his holiness is great, his grace is somehow overarching, for it covers every sin of ours that must offend the purity of His holiness.

“Come, let us tell of the Lord’s greatness; let us exalt His Name together”(Ps 34:3).

Let us therefore not take our salvation as common or easy. For it cost God His Son and it cost Jesus His relationship with His Father and His comfort too.

May we like David desire fellowship with God, keep holy and faith by enquiring from the Lord when in doubt.

Come and let us discover more below:

“Say unto my soul, I am thy salvation.” Psalm 35:3

What does this sweet prayer teach me? It shall be my petition; but first let it yield me an instructive meditation. The text informs me first of all that David had his doubts; for why should he pray, “Say unto my soul, I am thy salvation,” if he were not sometimes exercised with doubts and fears? Let me, then, be of good cheer, for I am not the only saint who has to complain of weakness of faith.

If David doubted, I need not conclude that I am no Christian because I have doubts. The text reminds me that David was not content while he had doubts and fears, but he repaired at once to the mercy-seat to pray for assurance; for he valued it as much fine gold. I too must labour after an abiding sense of my acceptance in the Beloved, and must have no joy when His love is not shed abroad in my soul.

When my Bridegroom is gone from me, my soul must and will fast. I learn also that David knew where to obtain full assurance. He went to his God in prayer, crying, “Say unto my soul I am thy salvation.” I must be much alone with God if I would have a clear sense of Jesus’ love.

Let my prayers cease, and my eye of faith will grow dim. Much in prayer, much in heaven; slow in prayer, slow in progress. I notice that David would not be satisfied unless his assurance had a divine source. “Say unto my soul.” Lord, do Thou say it! Nothing short of a divine testimony in the soul will ever content the true Christian.

Moreover, David could not rest unless his assurance had a vivid personality about it. “Say unto my soul, I am thy salvation.” Lord, if Thou shouldst say this to all the saints, it were nothing, unless Thou shouldst say it to me. Lord, I have sinned; I deserve not Thy smile; I scarcely dare to ask it; but oh! say to my soul, even to my soul, “I am thy salvation.”

Let me have a present, personal, infallible, indisputable sense that I am Thine, and that Thou art mine.

Did you read that “much in prayer, much in heaven; slow in prayer, slow in …..”

We all need the assurance from time to time that our salvation is guarantee in no other place than in God Himself

Let us therefore pray as never before, pray for our land to be healed and that our salvation be uphold in the Name of the Lord alone.

Father hear us and answer from above in Jesus Name. See the affliction of your children and come to our help.  And so shall the Lord do according to His Word in Exo 3:7 – “I have surely seen the affliction of my people” and save His people, answer us and show us mercy. And undeniable miracles will work for us every area we are trusting and believing Him for. Praise the Lord!

Beloved our God whom we serve is able to delivery us and bless us abundantly too Amen!!!!!!!!!!!! (Dan 3:17 and Ps 132:15)

So therefore pray believing for we receive not the Spirit of this world but the Spirit of God; that we may know the things that are freely given to us of God…..(1 Cor 2:12-16).

Remain blessed in the Lord.
