I will lift up my voice, I will joyfully sing not for what You have done but for Who You are. You are the song that I sing, melody in my heart, the reason I sing is to Praise you Lord. He reign’s Jesus reigns, He reigns forever more. 2x// what a mighty God we serve, what a mighty God we serve, heaven and earth adores Him, angels bow before Him, what a mighty God we serve.

Father in heaven O God! What a Mighty God You are. You are God and You changeth not. Great are You Lord, You are greatly to be Praise. Merciful Jesus, who is like unto Thee. Faithful Father we adore You, we give You Praise, we give You adoration, glory be to Your Name forever.

Beloved, are you praising God from the inside of you? it good to shower praises to our God Who is heaven. When Praise God comes down to answer us. When we sing and adore our heavens are open and the angels ministers our needs. Surprise? Because listens to lyrics and the underlying tone is not hidden from His eyes. He sees our tears. He knows our pains. God knows us more than we know ourselves, beloved, His love is from one generation to another generation to them that obey and fear Him.

Beloved, often times we are tempted to opt for shortcut as we further read from the message of today. Why the temptation. Why are we in a hurry to get there?

I use to pray this prayer which I will like to share with you “Spirit of the Most High God I pray You go ahead of me today and …..”

Do you want to know why that prayer point is always on my lips? One good reason is because Prov 16:3 says “commit your works unto the Lord, and thy thoughts shall be established.” Did you read that?

When you commit your works/ways to God, He establishes your thoughts. He knows the best way to accomplish what you intend to do and He is there to see you through.

But oftentimes we are tempted to help God, to get there faster. Those means usually are not God’s ways and God will not approve what is not right before him if not it will be like adding a premium upon of sin.

Now, we are going to cross examine ourselves with the help of the Holy Spirit to discover various ways we have tried to help ourselves against the plan of God. We need to confess our sin and henceforth cease from such acts.

Is only in the world that the end justifies the means. In the Word of God, “the end does not justifies the means.” An ill-gotten wealth presented as an offering or tithes does not make it Holy. It is unaccepted to God and will not add any blessing to the giver.

Sometimes ambition moves people to covet positions or things with pretense that they have something better to offer but it will amaze you that God will not honour such a service no matter what plans and strategies you put forth except where is the mind of God else you are committing a sin of covetousness which is as deadly as committing a sin of murder before God – the sin of Cain. Praise God.

Human desires of praises and honour had made men to serve God without blessings because the position they crave for is to massage their ego other than giving honour to God.

Today, we will meet David though he has been anointed by Samuel at the instruction of God, he still recognized that the Hand of God is still upon the life of King Saul and dare not hurt a strand of his hair even when opportunity presented itself to him to as if it was God’s doing, he restrained himself from shedding an anointed blood.

Beloved, what do we have today? People trading integrity and sincerity for want of self-aggrandizement even in God’s house. Not to think about what happens in the secular world.

I believe this ministration will help us to correct our ways and be reminded also that not all worship, offerings and tithes, and service is accepted before God.

Beloved, beware of making an offering of strange fire before God. Praise God. Let’s discover more below:

Then Abishai said to David, “Today God has handed your enemy over to you. Let me thrust the spear through him into the ground just once. I won’t [have to strike] him twice!”—1 Samuel 26:8

You will sometimes be tempted to take shortcuts to your destinations in life. David faced this temptation numerous times before he finally assumed the throne. Samuel, God’s prophet, had anointed David and prophesied that he would be the next king of Israel (1 Sam. 16:12–13). Yet, while David waited on God’s timing, he watched in frustration as a crazed King Saul brought the kingdom into jeopardy. Saul pursued David to murder him, forcing David to flee for his life.

Then an incredible opportunity presented itself to David. David found Saul in a vulnerable position, sleeping with his army. Abishai, one of David’s warriors, offered to kill Saul. It seemed to make perfect sense. Saul had tried to kill David on numerous occasions. God had said He intended for David to be the king. By taking matters into his own hands, David could bring an end to his exile and assume the throne as God’s anointed servant. Yet he refused to compromise his integrity in order to become king, even though he wanted the position and it was rightfully his. Accomplishing God’s will in any manner other than the way God prescribed was unthinkable.

At times you may face similar temptations. Well-meaning friends advise you to hasten God’s will for you rather than waiting upon Him. You may be sorely tempted to take control of your situation, assuming the end will justify the means.

These are the times when you must trust God’s perfect timing. God may plan for you to attain a certain position or take a new direction, but the timing may not be right. Watch over your heart. Don’t allow others to persuade you to compromise your integrity as you follow God’s will.

Yes the end does not always justify the end in spiritual matters. So watch it that self- ambition and self-aggrandizement does not invoke the wrath of God upon your life and generation. Below is the reward for integrity and consequence of duplicity. Children of God let us be light and salt as commanded by God, let us desist from hypocrisy. God judges every motive so beware:

The Reward For Integrity And The Consequences For Duplicity

The integrity of the upright guides them, but the unfaithful are destroyed by their duplicity.” (Proverbs 11:3)

Bob danced around SEC regulations for years before finally getting caught. Twice. And twice he lost his broker’s license. Today his wife supports him, since his name is mud in the business community. Yet he continues to excuse his aberrant behavior.

Sam covertly exploited young men sexually for 3 decades before being exposed… All the while carrying on a public ministry in the Name of Christ. Today he is divorced and alienated from most of his friends of many years. He continues to deny any wrongdoing.

Andy finally let his Christian brothers know of his alcoholic struggle of many years… After his wife demanded that he move out of the house. For years I surmised there was a serious problem of some type, but he would never allow me, or anyone access to his personal life.

Proverbs compares the righteous with the duplicitous:

RIGHTEOUS PEOPLE: UNRIGHTEOUS PEOPLE:

Righteousness guards the man of integrity, but wickedness overthrows the sinner.” (13:6)

He whose walk is blameless is kept safe, but he whose ways are perverse will suddenly fall.” (28:18)

The man of integrity walks securely, but he who takes crooked paths will be found out.” (10:9)

The righteousness of the upright delivers them, but the unfaithful are trapped by evil desires.” (11:6)

(See Psalm 25:21; 73:18-20; 125:5; Proverbs 26:11)

The reality of it is that God rewards people of integrity, while the double-minded can look forward to harsh consequences for their actions.

QUESTION: Given the present state of your secret life, into which column do you fall? If it is the “unrighteous” column, are you prepared to live with the inevitable consequences of your double life?

Beloved, you just read it God reward people of integrity and the man with double- minded too. So let us watch the way we live our life.

Be honest and wait for God’s timing, it will always be the best. Don’t let people push you to come on stage before time else you will miss it forever. Allow God to announce you at the right time only then will the oil of favour drips from the crown of your head to the sole of your feet.

Remain blessed in the Lord.
