He is miracle working God, He is the Alpha and Omega, He is a miracle working God. When I look around me; I will see my Lord Jesus x2. Victory is mine x2 victory is mine today, I tell satan get behind me victory is mine today. He is able; abundantly able, to deliver and to save. He is able; abundantly able, to deliver those who trust in Him.
Thank You for saving me, thank You Lord for the victories You given us, we cannot thank You enough for Your peace that knows no bound. We are grateful and we bless Your Holy Name forever.
Beloved, having been led to pray yesterday, how is with you today? Are you enriched with the blessings from above? Is there miracles experienced in those matters of concerns? The Name of the Lord is a strong tower the righteous runeth into it and are save.
Beloved, our ‘Glorious Lifting’ is not negotiable for it has been settled before the mouth of the Lord drop it in my mind. However, they are conditions that will guarantee our receiving of this great promise as package by the Lord.
Our glorious lifting is linked to our obedience to the commandments of God. Obedience is the pathway to your glorious lifting as promised by the Lord. It takes obedience to walk in the fullness of your destiny – glorious lifting. We must be ready to obey all the leadings of the Holy Spirit to actualize this sayings of the Lord over your life this month.
Beloved, you cannot be a success without being diligent. So be determine in your heart that you can make it than go about ensuring or seeking out ways to make the success a reality in your life time.
Timely response to the leading of the Holy Spirit helps to activate the breakthrough power in our life. Iron is beat into shape faster when it is at it hottest point than any other time or when is cold. So your prompt response /action is so important to the delivery of this promise.
God never lie but man must make a move. We must respond to the leading of the Holy Spirit.
The promise of the month has gone forth but you must receive it in your mind. What is too big for your mind to receive will be to be big for your hand to carry. Any vision you cannot received can never be a reality in your life. (Jn 1:12)
Also believe it in your heart. The faith in your heart is what will activate or move the Hand of God to bring His plan concerning you to pass. There are things God has package for you to receive but is your faith that will drop it in your palm. Always remember, if it is too big for your mind it will be too big for your hand. Praise God.
Don’t forget finally that service in the kingdom business above all guarantees the delivery of any promises ever made by God. Be kingdom oriented and see you sail through life with ease.
Let us consider further our text for the day:
“That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith.” Ephesians 3:17
Beyond measure it is desirable that we, as believers, should have the person of Jesus constantly before us, to inflame our love towards Him, and to increase our knowledge of Him. I would to God that my readers were all entered as diligent scholars in Jesus’ college, students of Corpus Christi, or the body of Christ, resolved to attain unto a good degree in the learning of the cross.
But to have Jesus ever near, the heart must be full of Him, welling up with His love, even to overrunning; hence the apostle prays “that Christ may dwell in your hearts.” See how near he would have Jesus to be! You cannot get a subject closer to you than to have it in the heart itself. “That He may dwell“; not that He may call upon you sometimes, as a casual visitor enters into a house and tarries for a night, but that He may dwell; that Jesus may become the Lord and Tenant of your inmost being, never more to go out.
Observe the words—that He may dwell in your heart, that best room of the house of manhood; not in your thoughts alone, but in your affections; not merely in the mind’s meditations, but in the heart’s emotions. We should pant after love to Christ of a most abiding character, not a love that flames up and then dies out into the darkness of a few embers, but a constant flame, fed by sacred fuel, like the fire upon the altar which never went out.
This cannot be accomplished except by faith. Faith must be strong, or love will not be fervent; the root of the flower must be healthy, or we cannot expect the bloom to be sweet. Faith is the lily’s root, and love is the lily’s bloom. Now, reader, Jesus cannot be in your heart’s love except you have a firm hold of Him by your heart’s faith; and, therefore, pray that you may always trust Christ in order that you may always love Him. If love be cold, be sure that faith is drooping.
Remember, we mentioned about ‘oil’ in yesterday devotional. We also said that not every oil is accepted for this services. The oil accepted by the Lord must keep both your prayer life and faith glowing else it drop and you will not be fruitful as desired by the Lord. This oil ensures that you look steadily unto God and only Him.
Trusting in no other than God help you to overcome your challenging faster than you can imagine. Men make promises to help you only to disappoint you at the end. Sometime, it is not intentional but because they are mortals and don’t have control over certain issues of life, some have made promises without living to actualize it. It then means that for the actualization of our dreams and aspirations, we must look up to God and trust in Him alone Who have the superior power over all to see you through:
“On mine arm shall they trust.” Isaiah 51:5
In seasons of severe trial, the Christian has nothing on earth that he can trust to, and is therefore compelled to cast himself on his God alone. When his vessel is on its beam-ends, and no human deliverance can avail, he must simply and entirely trust himself to the providence and care of God.
Happy storm that wrecks a man on such a rock as this! O blessed hurricane that drives the soul to God and God alone! There is no getting at our God sometimes because of the multitude of our friends; but when a man is so poor, so friendless, so helpless that he has nowhere else to turn, he flies into his Father’s arms, and is blessedly clasped therein!
When he is burdened with troubles so pressing and so peculiar, that he cannot tell them to any but his God, he may be thankful for them; for he will learn more of his Lord then than at any other time. Oh, tempest-tossed believer, it is a happy trouble that drives thee to thy Father! Now that thou hast only thy God to trust to, see that thou puttest thy full confidence in Him.
Dishonour not thy Lord and Master by unworthy doubts and fears; but be strong in faith, giving glory to God. Show the world that thy God is worth ten thousand worlds to thee. Show rich men how rich thou art in thy poverty when the Lord God is thy helper. Show the strong man how strong thou art in thy weakness when underneath thee are the everlasting arms.
Now is the time for feats of faith and valiant exploits. Be strong and very courageous, and the Lord thy God shall certainly, as surely as He built the heavens and the earth, glorify Himself in thy weakness, and magnify his might in the midst of thy distress. The grandeur of the arch of heaven would be spoiled if the sky were supported by a single visible column, and your faith would lose its glory if it rested on anything discernible by the carnal eye.
May the Holy Spirit give you to rest in Jesus all this month in Jesus Name. Beloved, are you afraid of the challenges of the month, ahead? Be at peace for the One Who still the storms is in it with you all the way. His hand will wrought you victories according to His yearly promise to us.
