Beloved, how is your week going, to the glory of God we are at the end of this week and I trust that we all have the best of it, yes! the best of it. Some one is saying otherwise but I want to reassure you that which seem difficult today is a gate way to many miracles; it is a gate way to that which you have been trusting and believing God for. Do I have a witness in the house?
I am a living witness to say that what the devil meant for evil turned out for my own good. Yes! in the mist of it, the Lord led me and show me things which I knowneth not, open doors which I never had a key to and lifted me higher above my foes. Isn’t that wonderful? But initial, I was devastated, I was sad but I ran into God a higher refuge and He took me by the hand and led me on, He lifted me out from the miry clay, set my feet on the rock and ensures my going, same way, dearly beloved, the Lord will lift you and led you if you commit your ways and pains to Him,
He will make your heavy burden to be light and yoke also. Beloved, we asked the Lord this week to chose our inheritance for us and someone might be thinking that we are thinking right, do we know what we are saying at all, I still stand by it, Lord chose my inheritance for me, in addition I declare that the Lord is my portion, therefore I will fear no evil.
Beautiful Jesus as we are committed to what only you can do, we offer ourselves back to you and we ask that You help us and do that which only you can do in us through us in Jesus Name.
Beloved, we have a task to perform for the Lord, ours is to do the work of Father while it is day… and that work is to lift up the Name of Jesus far above every other gods. Yes we are to take the gospel to where it needed and talk about Jesus, make the sinners yearn for Jesus by the simplest form of the way we live.
Yes! Nothing much is expected from us, just telling the story of Jesus by our way of live. Mother Therese we all sing about today simply live a life love and service to the helpless and defenseless and today everybody remembers her just by the simply acts of charity and care she showed to people her community. How are you influencing your environment?
Remember, she never preached on any pulpit but she preached on her knees, she preached the gospel of our Lord Jesus with her hands and acts of kindness, are doing same in the environment God has located you or are busy using your advantages to every other persons disadvantages. May God help us in Jesus Name.

“And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.” John 12:32
Come, ye workers, be encouraged. You fear that you cannot draw a congregation. Try the preaching of a crucified, risen, and ascended Saviour; for this is the greatest “draw” that was ever yet manifested among men. What drew you to Christ but Christ? What draws you to Him now but His own blessed self?
If you have been drawn to religion by anything else, you will soon be drawn away from it; but Jesus has held you, and will hold you even to the end. Why, then, doubt His power to draw others? Go with the name of Jesus to those who have hitherto been stubborn, and see if it does not draw them.
No sort of man is beyond this drawing power. Old and young, rich and poor, ignorant and learned, depraved or amiable — all men shall feel the attractive force. Jesus is the one magnet. Let us not think of any other. Music will not draw to Jesus, neither will eloquence, logic, ceremonial, or noise.
Jesus Himself must draw men to Himself; and Jesus is quite equal to the work in every case. Be not tempted by the quackeries of the day; but as workers for the Lord work in His own way, and draw with the Lord’s own cords. Draw to Christ, and draw by Christ, for then Christ will draw by you.
Yes! when you lift Jesus up, He will draw men to himself, are you committed to do just that? Come along with me and read my declaration to the King of kings and the Lord of lords and is very likely you join me to make such a commitment too, let’s go:
“The Lord is my portion, saith my soul.” Lamentations 3:24
It is not “The Lord is partly my portion,” nor “The Lord is in my portion”; but He Himself makes up the sum total of my soul’s inheritance. Within the circumference of that circle lies all that we possess or desire. The Lord is my portion. Not His grace merely, nor His love, nor His covenant, but Jehovah Himself.
He has chosen us for His portion, and we have chosen Him for ours. It is true that the Lord must first choose our inheritance for us, or else we shall never choose it for ourselves; but if we are really called according to the purpose of electing love, we can sing—
“Lov’d of my God for Him again
With love intense I burn;
Chosen of Him ere time began,
I choose Him in return.”
The Lord is our all-sufficient portion. God fills Himself; and if God is all-sufficient in Himself, He must be all-sufficient for us. It is not easy to satisfy man’s desires. When he dreams that he is satisfied, anon he wakes to the perception that there is somewhat yet beyond, and straightway the horse-leech in his heart cries, “Give, give.”
But all that we can wish for is to be found in our divine portion, so that we ask, “Whom have I in heaven but Thee? and there is none upon earth that I desire beside Thee.” Well may we “delight ourselves in the Lord” who makes us to drink of the river of His pleasures. Our faith stretches her wings and mounts like an eagle into the heaven of divine love as to her proper dwelling-place.
“The lines have fallen to us in pleasant places; yea, we have a goodly heritage.” Let us rejoice in the Lord always; let us show to the world that we are a happy and a blessed people, and thus induce them to exclaim, “We will go with you, for we have heard that God is with you.”
Yes! lines has fallen in pleasant places for us, glory be our Father in heaven.
Praise the Lord O my soul and let everything that has breathe Praise His Holy Name, forever and ever in Jesus Name.
