Beloveth, good morning, how are doing this morning? I hope you are fine? Thank God for loving you so much to be part of this season…is a grace so pure and adorable to partake with Christ what He went through for your salvation some thousand years ago…it is still fresh in its impartation and miracles…whatever you are trusting and believing God for this season will be delivered to you miraculously in Jesus Name…don’t give up, keep holding on till help comes…help will come from above if you don’t give up Praise the Lord somebody!

We are in the passion week and we said earlier we will be considering some events that happened before the crucifixion because of their significant important in the race set ahead of us…

We saw yesterday, how Jesus rented a hall for Passover without pay…just by mere asking, the venue was reserved for Him and His disciples for their Passover feast…

Today however we will looking at the discussion Jesus held with His disciples at the supper table… while sharing His last moment with them in the breaking of bread and drinking of wine…Jesus reminded them to keep this feast in His memorial till He meet with them again at the last supper in heaven…one significant thing however happened here… Jesus reminded them that one of them will betray Him….one who is putting his hand in the dish with Him…

And each of them sorrowfully say unto Him, Is it I Lord? And Jesus answered and said m, it is one of the twelve, that dippeth with me in the dish….The son of man indeed goeth, as it is written of him: but woe to that man by whom the Son of man is betrayed! Good were it for that man if he had never been born. And Jesus took the bread and broke it and gave unto them, and said, Take, eat; this is my body and same with the cup, He took it and gave thanks, He gave it to them, This is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many….. I will not drink of it again until that day that I drink it new in the kingdom of God…

Beloveth, the communion is a unique sacraments instituted by Jesus Himself establishing that He is coming back again…are you doubting of the second coming of Jesus then you better understand that Jesus will come again and when He comes He will take His bride away for the Last Supper…. Do not be deceive by some vain philosophy who are arguing against it…because every Word written or spoken by God will surely come to past and this will also come to past…so run your race well so that you will be part of this glorious Supper where Jesus is the Groom and we are His brides obtain by His blood…what a glorious moment…beloveth… Lord help me to be part of this…pray this prayer for yourself it is worth more a million dollar/ pounds in the bank…

Beloveth, we want to draw your attention to another significant that happened at this occasion, Jesus aside praying for the breaking of bread and wine…also made a comment which is more of wrath or curse than a blessing. He said “woe to that man by whom the Son of man is betrayed! good were it for that man if he had never been born.

Jesus laid a curse on the one who will betray Him a curse and not a prayer of restoration as in case of Peter…(we will discuss this later in the course of this week teaching, don’t miss it).

Are you betraying Jesus as a husband, as a wife, a son or daughter? Jesus said ‘woe’ is good you are not born…. Judas eventual betrayed Jesus despite all the warning and we knew his end…he committed suicide and died…. He died a shameful death…still fulfilling the scripture…good were it for that man if he had never been born..

Is really the unthinkable …we betray Jesus in our daily actions when He blesses us and we refuse to be a blessing… We betray Jesus when instead of standing and declaring Him before sinners, we shy away and rather denial Him out of timidity and fear. We betray Jesus when we continued in our sin after He gone to the Cross for us… we betray Jesus when we fail to represent Him well in that offices, airports, markets, schools, hospitals, neighborhood, when you fail to stand for the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, we do the unthinkable each time we eat with Jesus, partake of His blessings without giving back to Him, His work and salvation of souls that are daily trooping to hell…the Unthinkable takes place…may God help us to stand and stand strong till the end in Jesus Name…

Come along for more:

While they were reclining and eating, Jesus said, “I assure you: One of you will betray Me—one who is eating with Me!”—Mark 14:18

Surely I would never betray the Lord! Each disciple earnestly pled his loyalty to Christ. As they reclined together in the comfort and security of the upper room, in the presence of their Lord, the disciples could not imagine themselves ever wavering in their loyalty to Christ. Yet Jesus looked at them and said, “One of you who eats with Me will betray Me!” How was it possible to share such an intimate and profound moment with the Savior and then rush so quickly toward betrayal and spiritual failure?

During the intense pressures of Gethsemane and the cross, the disciples did things they never thought they would do. They had no idea how cruel and hateful the world around them would be to their Lord. Jesus had cautioned them that the world would hate them because it hated Him (John 15:18–21; 16:33). But only Jesus knew the full extent of the temptation they would face. In the pressure of the moment the heart does surprising things. Scripture had predicted Judas would betray Jesus, despite having walked with Him for over three years. But Peter, too, would deny Him, and all would forsake Him.

How quickly the surroundings of your life can shift from the security and tranquility of an upper room to the harsh reality of Gethsemane and the cross. Guard your heart. Listen now to the Lord’s gentle warning: the failure that was possible with His first disciples is also possible with you. You, too, are capable of forsaking Jesus, just as the first disciples did. If Jesus is warning you of an area in your life in which you could fail Him, heed His words today!

Did you just read that “the failure of the first disciples is possible with you and I. We are capable of forsaking Jesus and betraying Him, so guard your heart….what goes in and out it is very important…may God help us immensely in Jesus Name…Amen…I am a product of Great Grace, love and Mercy of our Lord Jesus …is that same with you?

If you have backsliding or have not yet given your life to Jesus …this is a great opportunity to do just that…don’t miss it click here now and be part of God’s great family…you will be glad you did..

Jesus is waiting for your coming…don’t delay anymore…God bless you.
