Beloveth, who is on the Lord sides, I want to know? I am on the Lord sides… thank God for this morning, thank Him for His faithfulness upon us to be part of the living, it ia a privilege and must not take for granted therefore let us “bless the Name of Jehovah and adore His Holy Name forever and ever in Jesus Name!

This is the last week in the wonderful month of our God and we are glad to that made it to this point and will by His grace see the end in Jesus Name. Beloveth, peradventure, you are hurting at this month even as this month has been declared as our month of grace and rejoicing. To you it seem as if all what we are saying is far from being your situation, beloveth we came with good news for you and we say to you rejoice, again we say rejoice because the Lord of host is not dead, He has ear and He hears yes! He hears all your cry, all your whispering, all your pains. Beloveth He not only hears; He also sees. Yes! He sees you just as you are.

According to His Word to us this month His grace must go forth before you to turn those pains to gladness. Those crushing points in your life, the Lord will turn it into rejoicing for you in the Name of Jesus. You just have to persevere, you have to be resilience and you will see the glory of God descending on you in Jesus Name.

Beloveth, our teaching this month centered most on some Bible character who will drew reference from, people like Joshua, Gideon and last week we draw your attention that the Lord may be crushing you for a beautiful you (20th May), like a seed you being planted so that you will bring forth fruits and that fruits today you will see how the Lord will be turning your fruits (grapes) into wine.

Beloveth do you know that there is not much you can do with grapes that will increase their value. There are only two worthwhile things you can do: nurture them with your hand or crush them under your feet for making wine. The Lord endured His own painful process to grow us into something that would become what He already is.

Today we want to draw your attention to another Bible character who also endured his own crushing, went through the process and today he was turn into wine that brings solution to any problem whatsoever.

The person is no other than our Lord Jesus Christ, can we celebrate Him, let somebody shout alleluia!!!

Our Lord Jesus endured His cross, despised the shame and died for us which was the main objective of coming into the world. Afterward, He went to heaven by the power of His Father and He is sits at His right hand and daily intercedes for you.

Beloveth, today Jesus calls you to rest. In Matthew 11:28 which is among my favorite Bible verse. If you have faced an uninvited tragedy, disappointment, diagnosis, or loss, then you have been burdened. You are tired. You might be downright exhausted. “Come to me” are the sincere Words of a gentle Saviour, inviting you to seek safety and rest in Him. Your weariness qualifies you for this invitation. He desires that you acknowledge whatever it is that oppresses you. And in return, He offers rest and peace and relief.

I call this the Great Exchange. Meditate on this scripture passage. Close your eyes and imagine the scene. Jesus is standing with arms open wide. He is pursuing you. He invites you to express your burden. And then to lay it down at His feet. Imagine Jesus taking your burden and handing it to the Father, then returning to you as His arms become a bed of rest for your exhausted soul. He knows your struggle, and He offers help and hope for the pains that are crippling you. Acknowledge your pain to Him. Respond to His invitation. This step frees you to begin the work of building resilience and prevents you from being stuck in your suffering.

Your hurts do not have to define you or dictate your future. Maybe your hurt occurred years ago, but you have lived with the residual effects for much of your life. You don’t have to wait for eternity to find healing. Restoration can begin today, starting now. When you are struck in your suffering, you cannot move beyond survival mode. You don’t have the chance to fully live your life. But it is time now to live! To thrive! To heal! It is time to take your life back. God desires for you to bounce back from the hurt that has been robbing you and shrinking your world.

Indeed, He has a good plan for you. He desires to use your suffering to create something amazing. To benefit you. To propel you to even greater heights. Because He loves you, He wants to strengthen your resilience. He desires to use your hurt to create something beautiful in you.

Are you pained, are burdened there is hope for you, like he did to Jeremiah, He will also do for you  come let us discover more:

“This I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope.” Lamentations 3:21

Memory is frequently the bondslave of despondency. Despairing minds call to remembrance every dark foreboding in the past, and dilate upon every gloomy feature in the present; thus memory, clothed in sackcloth, presents to the mind a cup of mingled gall and wormwood. There is, however, no necessity for this. Wisdom can readily transform memory into an angel of comfort.

That same recollection which in its left hand brings so many gloomy omens, may be trained to bear in its right a wealth of hopeful signs. She need not wear a crown of iron, she may encircle her brow with a fillet of gold, all spangled with stars. Thus it was in Jeremiah’s experience: in the previous verse memory had brought him to deep humiliation of soul: “My soul hath them still in remembrance, and is humbled in me”; and now this same memory restored him to life and comfort. “This I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope.”

Like a two-edged sword, his memory first killed his pride with one edge, and then slew his despair with the other. As a general principle, if we would exercise our memories more wisely, we might, in our very darkest distress, strike a match which would instantaneously kindle the lamp of comfort. There is no need for God to create a new thing upon the earth in order to restore believers to joy; if they would prayerfully rake the ashes of the past, they would find light for the present; and if they would turn to the book of truth and the throne of grace, their candle would soon shine as aforetime.

Be it ours to remember the lovingkindness of the Lord, and to rehearse His deeds of grace. Let us open the volume of recollection which is so richly illuminated with memorials of mercy, and we shall soon be happy. Thus memory may be, as Coleridge calls it, “the bosom-spring of joy,” and when the Divine Comforter bends it to His service, it may be chief among earthly comforters.

Beloveth turn those sad memories into happy ones by remembering how God took out of each challenges, sing a song of gratitude to God who did not allow to be despised. Lift up your hands and tell God how grateful you are in spite of what you are going through.

Are you ready to come to Jesus as He has invited you to “Come unto Him.” Even though He crushes the grapes; He will turn it into wine. Come let make wine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Praise the Lord!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On this note dearly beloved this week has been declared blessed, watch out God is turning those grapes into wine, be still and know that He is God. Don’t give up on God for he will never give up on you; He is able!!! Keep hope alive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let conclude our hymn

Oh, tell of his might; oh, sing of his grace,
Whose robe is the light, whose canopy space;
His chariots of wrath the deep thunderclouds form,
And dark is his path on the wings of the storm.

The earth with its store of wonders untold,
Almighty, your power has founded of old,
Established it fast by a changeless decree,
And round it has cast, like a mantle, the sea.

Your bountiful care what tongue can recite?
It breathes in the air, it shines in the light,
It streams from the hills, it descends to the plain
And sweetly distills in the dew and the rain.

Frail children of dust, and feeble as frail,
In you do we trust, nor find you to fail;
Your mercies, how tender, how firm to the end,
Our maker, defender, redeemer, and friend!

O measureless Might, ineffable Love,
While angels delight to hymn you above.
The humbler creation, though feeble their lays,
With true adoration shall sing to your praise.

Beloved this hymn was first published in 1833, Authored by William Croft and it is relevant till today- Year 2021. Likewise God is going to make your work relevant years after you are gone (i don’t know who has this Word but the Spirit of God has spoke and you know it is for you).

This kingdom business is not a mere one; that is why God is making you better for the journey ahead. No dross, no sin is fit in the work environment. His grace will be release on you and rejoicing will be yours thereafter in Jesus Name.

Remain blessed in the Lord.
