Father in heaven O God, we thank You for Who You are, thank You for yet another opportunity to learn at Your feet, blessed be Your Name. We bow in Worship to honour You with the twenty and four elders in heaven, may our worship be an acceptable offering unto You in Jesus Name.
Beloved, come let us Praise the God for His goodness and Wonderful works in our life. during our worship this evening, studying on “Thanksgiving” we acknowledge that often times we tend to forget about thanking God for what can be regarded as common blessings we specifically mention the grace of “sitting and standing.”
Has it ever occur to you that it a miracle that you can “stand” without aid and “sit” without aid not to mention about moving about without aid or support? Can you give a shout offering to the Lord!
A thankful heart God will not overlook, it will draw down blessings that are beyond your imaginations.
What is on the table before us today? Healing therapy I call it. Sometimes we suck because of one offence or the other done to us. We have try to handle this issue in many sessions before now most recently was on the last week topic “love assumes the best.” Where we devoted much time talking about forgiveness.
I believe this topic is going to heal someone today, is going to make us take a decision to pick up our pieces and move on in life. “Nothing went wrong and therefore there is nothing to forgive.” Praise God.
“To Be Human Is To Be Wounded” is an interesting message to learn from because it will lead you to the cross. Do you know the experience at the cross? You will never come back the way you went. There will be a transformation and a transfiguration experience.
Do you desire such an encounter? Do you want a touch from the Lord? Beloved, the Great Physician is here once again at the pool of Bethesda to heal you, if you are available. Forget about the history, Jesus knew it all but His thought towards you is for good and not for evil. To give you an expected end. To give you a future. So He is saying to you right now “Rise, take up thy bed, and walk.” Praise God!

- By ungrateful children
- By the cutting remarks of your spouse
- By colleagues who are clawing their way up the ladder
The Lord Jesus said, “The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me:
… To bind up the brokenhearted
- … To grant Consolation and joy to those who mourn…
- An ornament of beauty instead of ashes:
- The oil of joy instead of mourning:
- The garment of praise… instead of a heavy, burdened, and failing spirit… ” (Isaiah 61:1-3 – nas; Amp.O.T.)

Whatever your wound…
Whatever your disappointment…
Whatever your fear…
The Great Physician, who Himself was deeply wounded, now waits to bring you healing…
If you will let Him. Will you let Him? Sometimes the affliction we encounter is ordained to make us better. However, naturally man does not like pain or delay. But oftentimes God allows such to bring out the best in us. To make us pure as gold for the street of gold. Someone is not comfortably with this, wait until you discover more from the next message:
“Though I have afflicted thee, I will afflict thee no more.” Nah. 1:12
There is a limit to affliction. God sends it and God removes it. Do you sigh, and say “When will the end be?” Remember that our griefs will surely and finally end when this poor earthly life is over. Let us quietly wait, and patiently endure the will of the Lord till He cometh.
Meanwhile, our Father in Heaven takes away the rod when His design in using it is fully served. When He has whipped away our folly, there will be no more strokes. Or, if the affliction is sent for testing us, that our graces may glorify God, it will end when the Lord has made us bear witness to His praise. We would not wish the affliction to depart till God has gotten out of us all the honor which we can possibly yield Him.
There may today be “a great calm.” Who knows how soon those raging billows will give place to a sea of glass, and the sea birds sit on the gentle waves? After long tribulation the flail is hung up, and the wheat rests in the garner.
We may, before many hours are past, be just as happy as now we are sorrowful. It is not hard for the Lord to turn night into day. He that sends the clouds can as easily clear the skies. Let us be of good cheer. It is better on before. Let us sing Hallelujah by anticipation.
Is someone singing alleluia in anticipation of the healings that are coming your way? Are you praising your way through a Mega miracle? Remember wat we said in the beginning, a thankful heart, God does not neglect.
Learn to be thankful even in that situation and you will see the Hand of God working it for you. He will lift you up again. He lift from the dungeon up to the Palace. Beloved be ready for a resounding miracle.
