Gracious Father, we thank You we bless Your Holy Name, we adore You, we give You Praise, adoration to Your Holy Name, what a Wonder You are. Still on the Holy Spirit series, we have this to discuss the Nine- Part Fruit”- but before we go into it, we will like to draw your attention to what the text of today is saying. Is was a promise by the Spirit of God through prophet Joel to God’s people after He rebuke them from their sins, He sent His prophet to tell them of His great plans for them. He promised them restorations and then to pour out His Spirit upon all flesh, ….
Beloved, this promised was fulfilled in the time of the Apostles of our Lord Jesus at the upper room and the outpouring of the Spirit upon flesh yields result- the Nine-Part Fruit.
The fruit of the Spirit is listed in Galatians 5- Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, and self- control. These qualities make up the fruit. There are not nine different fruits- it is nine- part fruit. The fruit is like an orange, and inside the orange, there are numerous slices. So imagine that each slice of the orange is one of the aspects of the fruit of the Spirit.

The evidences of Spirit filled life are what we have listed above, how many of it can you claim to possess? Why are there no evidence in some cases in a Christian life manifesting the Spirit filled life? How can we ensure that our life showcase this “Divine Demand” on us?
We cannot please God without the fruit of the Spirit manifesting in our lives, a carnal man can never please God, that is why is so important that you and I pay greater attention to what the Holy Spirit does in the life of a man.
In carnal man is these vises sexual immorality, impurity, idolatry, hatred, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, and drunkenness. You see, we have this thing called the flesh, and it is all of human desires. Our flesh wants things that prevent God’s Holy Spirit from leading us fully. Galatians 5:17 says, “The flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh.” Bottom line: you can be led by the flesh, or you can be led by the Spirit of God, but you can’t be led by both- they are in constant conflict,
In verse 23 we have this written “no law against them.” We can never show too much love, Joy, Peace, peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, faithfulness, Gentleness and Self-control.

What are some evidences of the Spirit-filled life? How do we know when we are fully indwelt by the divine Paraclete?
I am not going to begin where you might expect, in the area of spiritual gifts, but in a realm I believe to be equally important yet seldom mentioned. I refer to the area of the subconscious.
The longer I live, the more I feel the church has missed its way here. We have talked much about the works of the Spirit on the conscious level but little of His work at a subconscious level. We have failed to see, generally speaking, that part of the work of the Holy Spirit in the life of a Christian is to project His power and presence into the depths of the personality—even the subconscious.
We are told that about one-tenth of the mind is conscious and the other nine-tenths subconscious. Like the iceberg, which is nine-tenths submerged, life is largely lived in the submerged part of our being. Now, if this is so, then it becomes evident at once that if the submerged nine-tenths is not working with the conscious purposes of the one-tenth, then there is going to be a serious division, and a division this serious becomes divisive. Whatever controls the nine-tenths greatly influences the one-tenth. The Holy Spirit wants to project Himself into that submerged part of our being in order to harness those untamed forces and make them work for us and not against us. Then the subconscious is no longer an enemy but a friend.
Prayer
O God, my Father, I am grateful that You have provided for my deepest need—the need of unifying and controlling the depths within me. My heart tingles at the thought that I can be unified—on the inside. Thank You, Father. Amen.

Beloved, if you are controls by the Spirit of God your live will just exhibit the story told of the Iceberg. If you are not cooperating with the Spirit of God living in you there is going to be a serious division and am sure you don’t want to do that.
So get ready as the Spirit of God is going to transform your life from carnality to Spirit-led life. we are going higher. We are moving higher. The Spirit of God is moving us from glory to glory and we will never remain the same in Jesus Name.
Thank God that the Spirit of God was sent to unify God’s proposes in our lives so that we can be one “within and without.” Praise the Lord!
Always remember “Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. And we all with an open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changing into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord” (2 Cor 3:17-18). Beloved, are celebrating with us, we are going places just make sure you are always close to have the effects of the Holy Spirit on your life, you will not regret it at all. Praise the Lord!
