Be done to me according to Your Word, according to Your Word O Lord.
According to Your Word O Lord, I am safe and secure.
Be done to me according to Your Word, according to Your Word O Lord, be it done to me.
This is my song to You O! Lord this day, the first in the month of October. I am grateful to you for all that you have done for me and my family and for every user of this devotional from the beginning of the year up until now. Thank You for every promises You have made to us that has found fulfillment in our lives, it is not about us, Lord; it is about You.
Your Faithfulness standeth sure and You cannot lie. We are grateful God for sending Your angels to bear us up each time we are about to fall. Thank You Lord.
Beloveth, in this new month, let us approach the throne of grace with much reverence; let us come before the throne of God filled with the awesomeness of God, our Father. Again, the Lord is so Faithful to them that believeth that He is able to do What He said He will do.
The package for the month as delivered unto us this month is great and all together awesome. The Lord delivers to us this month as our month of “DIVINE GUIDANCE” (Tit 2:11-14). Wow! What an Awesome God we serve, Who always desire the best for His children. For He said, “In blessing, I will blessed thee” and we are set to receive from Him all that He has packaged for us in this month of His divine guidance. Are you ready, if I may asked? Okay, if you are, be ready for it promising to be a very exciting moment in Lord, so don’t be left out.
Today has a twin blessing awaiting us. Aside being the day of new beginning, it is also a day set aside for us as a ministry to pray through in every areas of concerns. I tag it Operation “double portion”. As you coming before the Almighty today you have a blessing awaiting You; you also have an opportunity to doubles your fortune as you pray and break through. Isn’t that wonderful!
Come and seek out the Lord while He may be found; and as you carefully obey all He has told you, you will experience His immeasurable love:
The Lord is with you when you are with Him. If you seek Him, He will be found by you, but if you abandon Him, He will abandon you.—2 Chronicles 15:2
Our response to God greatly determines His presence in our lives. If we seek God with all of our hearts, then we will find Him (Jer. 29:13–14). The Lord wants to have fellowship with us, but He will not force a relationship upon us. We cannot reject fellowship with God and expect Him to remain near. He does not merely follow us throughout our day in case we need His assistance. If we continue to forsake Him, a time will come when we desperately need Him and He will not be near (Isa. 59:1–2).
It is an affront to sovereign God to treat Him like a servant who should wait upon us. God will relate to us on His terms, not ours. God desires a close walk with us. He will make His presence real and personal if that is our desire. If we repent of our sin and seek God on His terms, we can look forward to intimate fellowship with Him (James 4:8–10). We are to continually seek Him, not content to enter a new day without the assurance that God is walking beside us.
Do you say you want to experience God’s presence while your actions reveal otherwise? If you say you want to know God better but neglect studying His word, are you truly seeking Him? Have you regularly forsaken the place of prayer? If your actions reveal that you are genuinely seeking God, then He promises that you will find Him (Matt. 7:7). And He will not forsake you.
Obedience is one principle of God that every child of God must abide in. God does not accept half obedience. All He wants from you is full compliance; no half measure. Are desiring to move from the level of believing God’s Word to the level of Trusting every Spoken / Perceive, or Written Word of God? Be sensitive as I will be to receive from the throne those engrafted Word of Christ that will take you to the next level of your faith and build you up in every areas of your life:
“If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love.” John 15:10
These things cannot be parted — abiding in obedience, and abiding in the love of Jesus. A life under the rule of Christ can alone prove that we are the objects of our Lord’s delight. We must keep our Lord’s command if we would bask in His love. If we live in sin we cannot live in the love of Christ. Without the holiness which pleases God, we cannot please Jesus. He who cares nothing for holiness knows nothing of the love of Jesus.
Conscious enjoyment of our Lord’s love is a delicate thing. It is far more sensitive to sin and holiness than mercury is to cold and heat. When we are tender of heart, and careful in thought, lip, and life to honor our Lord Jesus, then we receive tokens of His love without number. If we desire to perpetuate such bliss we must perpetuate holiness.
The Lord Jesus will not hide His face from us unless we hide our face from Him. Sin makes the cloud which darkens our Sun: if we will be watchfully obedient and completely consecrated, we may walk in the light, as God is in the light, and have as sure an abiding in the love of Jesus as Jesus has in the love of the Father. Here is a sweet promise with a solemn “if.” Lord, let me have this “if” in my hand; for as a key it opens this casket.
Beloved, The Lord Himself will guide you and protect you all this month and beyond in the Name of Jesus. His Shekinah glory will go before us and be at our rear also in the Name of the Lord. He will do to you according to His Word, on the green grass will He lead you; beside the still water He will guide you and protect you least you dash your foot against a stone. For He will bear you on His palm and in Him you find refuge all the remaining days of your life in the Name of the Lord we pray, Amen!
Dip and drink today from the Fountain that runneth forever in the Name of the Lord Jesus, Amen!
Remain blessed in the Lord.
