You are the Lord that healeth me, You are the Lord my healer, You sent Your Word and it healed my disease You are the Lord my healer.// Thank You, Thank You Lord, Thank You Lord, Thank You Lord for everything You have done. Thank You, Thank You Lord, Thank You Lord, Thank You Lord for everything You have done.

Blessed Father we thank You for watching over us and delivering us from all evil, Lord! Jesus Who is like unto Thee? Indeed You are My Healer, My Redeemer, My Restorer,, My Defender, You are My truth, My love, thank You and thank You forever in Jesus Name. Come and have Your way Lord, make a way where there is no way, arise and make Name for Yourself in Jesus Name.

Precious Redeemer, we have come again to listen and be bless, open us up and infuse in us Your Word that will create a new world even as Your Word promise us in Jesus Name (Lam 3:22-23). Glory be Your Name forever Amen!

Beloved, how are doing? Hope You had a joyful weekend? Yes! I did despite a surprise the enemy spring up on me but the Wisdom of the Lord prevailed and I went over it stress less and I hope same applied to you too. I hope you were at the Pentecostal service last Sunday? I hope you that Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever. It means that what happened in the day of the Apostles in Jerusalem has 100% chance of reoccurring in every meeting of the Elect, always make yourself available as we don’t limit the Holy Spirit Who is the Chief Actor.

Jesus promised us the gift of Holy Spirit before His final departure, the evidence of the Holy Spirit always accompanying with speaking in new tongues and the manifestation of diverse gift from the building up of the body of Christ which can be seen as a New Experience but beyond these we are going to look the new community that is formed as a result of out-pouring? How are relating with each other.

So many vices are going around, whereby it is difficult to know genuine need that will attract genuine concern and help. I had an experience last Sunday that really will put a question mark in the type of Christianity we are professing. I got the ATM to make some withdrawal only to discover that my card has expired. I was fixed being Sunday and I have my children to take back to school then what do I do? The man behind me asked if I worship at a particular church near to that area and my response was no and I told me where I worship, He now told me to start calling the people I know and my quick response was that sir, at least I know you now but with laughter he left the place.

But I later sought myself out as God was aware though I forgot that such gonna be but He knew and that is where Wisdom and Holy Spirit is available for every child of God. When I remembered that I planned a joyful weekend according to the Word of God to us and here is this challenge trying to mar it but the Word of God once spoken takes flesh and will be Rheme to us. God went ahead and still fulfilled that which His Spirit has been spoken concerning us for the weekend for me Praise God.

What I am trying to bring out here is that wasn’t the case of the early Christians, they related and identified with one another and that prospered the Word of God. I later made a transfer into my friend’s account and got it withdraw but that I would have done with that brother standing behind him at the ATM point but our world is upside down. My concern in this message is how we can discern real needs so that we will propagate the gospel as commanded by Jesus.

Beloved, may God give us the Holy Spirit for better discernment for the building of the Kingdom. The Holy Spirit as promised us by our Lord Jesus is henceforth permanent till death unlike what use to be in the Old Testament, ours is till we go back to our Father or till the second coming of Jesus all depends on which comes first.

May God give us understanding in Jesus Name. Join us for more:

A Permanent Guest

He will give you another Counselor to be with you forever … the Spirit of truth.—John 14:16-17

One of the lessons Jesus gave His disciples when preparing them to receive the Holy Spirit was that the Spirit’s coming would not be a temporary visitation—He would abide in them forever. In the Old Testament, the Holy Spirit provided temporary supplies of power to individual people for certain tasks. When these purposes were accomplished, He returned to heaven. The disciples were no doubt aware of this aspect of the Spirit’s ministry, but now Jesus gives them the breathtaking news that the Holy Spirit’s coming would be permanent: “He will abide in you and be with you forever.” What a revelation this must have been to the disciples! The occasional would give place to the permanent; the special would give way to the general. Jesus was saying, in effect, that the Holy Spirit would not come and go—a kind of “hide-and-seek” experience—but He would move within the inner recesses of their beings and abide with them forever.

This is probably one of the most important truths we can grasp from the Scripture, for there are many Christians who think of the possession of the Holy Spirit as tentative and momentary. However, that would defeat the very point and purpose of redemption, for as someone said: “The Holy Spirit is the applied point of redemption.” His coming into our lives must be permanent, or our redemption (at least its application) will be temporary. The Holy Ghost becomes a Holy Guest! And, thank God, a permanent guest!

Prayer

Blessed Holy Spirit, I am so grateful that You are willing to take up a permanent abode within my heart. With You abiding in me, I want for nothing and am equipped for every task. I am so thankful. Amen.
