Beloved, we here again to learn from the feet of Jesus, and He is ever Present through the Person of the Holy Spirit. Today, we are looking at “Believing – We Receive.” What are you believing God for? What is that need that you think that is beyond God? With my little experience in God, I have to come realize that God answer prayers “now,” “later,” or “wait.” Therefore, when I am tempted to panic, I will remind myself of the past deeds sometime impossible, incomprehensive but yet it was done so that tend to make me relax and I will say to myself that before long the answers will come.
But note, I am always careful not to predict Him the way He will answer, He knows how best to do it. Take for instance, looking at the theme of month, you may be asking for healing and a call for those that are sick in the body is made and you come out. After being prayed for, it looks as if you are going back the way you came out. After a while, satan will start his mind-game, may be is pain, then the pain will increase and become intense then he will engage you in a discussion and unknowing to you, you will be responding and before long you will start saying things like “I don’t know how I feeling? Am not feeling any better, in fact this pain is increasing rather than getting better.
Beloved, do you know what is happening at the spiritual realm? You are cancelling the prayer of faith you have just prayed. And that what satan wants you to do. However, what you should have done is to start confessing your healing. “I am healed in Jesus Name.” “This pain is gone in Jesus Name,” I will walk again in Jesus Name. You damn the pains and push on with your faith that it is done and is left for God to honour your faith the way it pleases Him. For honouring He must honour, He will not fail; He will always do never minding how long.
I have a shift disc after I graduation from higher institution, I have just started working newly, that was some good years back (20 year precisely), it was a lot of pain at the back and I have been praying and getting healed but it looks like the fraction proceeded to my back and anal, so you can imagine the pain. Each time the pain will come I will start praying for God to heal my body, and before long I will be relive of it but just this last week the Lord visited me and settle it forever, I say forever I was asleep when the fixing was done but the cracking of my back bones being aligned woke me up.
Beloved, I was stunned at first and then I noticed that I am “whole.” My back was fixed. I was so excited that I done know how to appreciate God. I was just saying “He said it and now I am Whole” I cannot hold myself. I don’t sit on a stool but that is where I have been sitting ever since then even as I am ministering now. Does that fill you with a sense of surprised?
You don’t have to be, when God speaks; all you need to do is to agree. Ask question if you are not clear but don’t ever doubt Him. You can clear your doubt nothing is wrong with that. If you are afraid take it back to Him, sure He will have a Word for you. so when I write or talk about Jesus, beloved is not all is well and fine with me but I am always excited because I know I have someone Who can make it “well and fine,” before long He will do it and He has always done it.
So don’t you ever joke with the Word coming from this altar, The Lord will always back His Word up, yours is to follow suit and do all He will require of you. Praise the Lord!
Beloved, what is that thing you are trusting God to do for you? Remind Him of it again and again. that is not a sign of unbelief, rather is an act of importunate prayer as we also seen in the Bible, Elisha did it, Hannah also did it, and God did answer them, so yours will also be answered, remember as I mentioned about mine, it took twenty years but even when I wasn’t thinking about it, He did it, so yours is next on the line. Praise the Lord!

Believing—We Receive
Whatever you ask the Father in My name, He will give you.—John 15:16
An important step to help you access the power of the Spirit is to reach out in faith and receive the fullness of all that God has for you. We enter into all God’s blessing by faith. As a child of God, you are heir to all that the Father has—Himself. So reach out and take Him now. Jesus said, “If anyone is thirsty, he should come to Me and drink” (Jn 7:37).
Are you thirsty? Then drink. “Now this is the confidence we have before Him: Whenever we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears whatever we ask, we know that we have what we have asked Him for” (1Jn 5:14-15). Here are the principles:
Confidence—”the confidence we have before Him.”
Conversing—”we ask anything.”
Condition—”according to His will.”
Conviction—”we know that He hears whatever we ask.”
Consequence—”we know that we have.”
Follow the principles one by oAne. Have confidence in the character of God. Converse with Him and tell Him your need—to be filled to overflowing with His Holy Spirit. Believe that the condition is met and your asking is in harmony with His will. Remind yourself that He hears your request and that He is flooding your whole being with His power. Have the boldness to take what is there. Faith will turn it to fact; fact will turn it to feeling. Welcome His coming in whatever manner He comes. You are thirsty—so drink … and drink … and drink.
Prayer
O Father, how can I thank You enough for bringing me to this moment? It is an end, yet it is a beginning. I know that life is ahead of me, for life is within me. I am grateful beyond words. Amen.
