Good morning our Father who art in heaven. Good morning Jesus, the Son of the Most High God, good morning Holy Spirit, my helper and comforter. Thank You God for another opportunity in the land of the living to worship Your Name, be Thou exalted for ever and ever in Jesus Name. Awesome God in whom nothing but righteousness and Holiness abound, we bow before You and say thank You the miracle of sleeping and waking up this morning. Blessed Redeemer, we asked to was away any impurity in us and make us worthy to learn from thee. Let our prayer come up to You as living sacrifice.

Blessed redeemer we beseeched thee in Jesus Name.

Beloved, is prayer time, praise God. Thank God for the privilege to be in His presence. It is indeed a rear privilege that we are in God’s Sanctuary and not in the mortuary. Can someone praise the Lord!!!!!!!!!!!! alleluia.

Yea it is a privilege that you are not running hither thither. Praise Lord.

Beloved to help us to pray right is important I highlight new finding the Spirit of God lead me into having done the first two days exposition on the theme of the month.

Yesterday, I was clothed with a garment of praise and it was like I won’t be able to minister in word except praising. Though I wrote briefly on the reasons for the song which includes among others was firstly, to commit God to bring to past His promises to us. To eulogies Him and bring down His glory in our life.

Now, I am going to give you more reasons why we must believe the Word of God whether spoken or written and the miracles of praises.

Let’s start with the Word- is so important that you know that the Word of God is the means through which God makes Himself known, declares His will and brings about His purpose.

The Word of God brought creation into existence (Gen 1:2) and also destroyed the same world through the waters of flood. His Word is powerfully creative.

God Word is totally dependably, it represent His permanent commitment (Isa 40:8). When heard and responded to, His word meets deep needs in the human heart and provides joy, satisfaction and confident that cannot be achieve in no others way.

The Word of God has the power to penetrate all pretense and discern ‘the thought and intents of the heart. (Heb 4:12).

The Word of God is Jesus Christ Himself (Rev 19:13; Jn 1:1)

The Word of God helps to make us ‘stand,’ ‘resist’ against the wiles of the enemy. That is by growing in our biblical understanding and also understanding Satan’s schemes, his cunning and deception, discouragement, pride, selfishness, the love of money, lust that lure us away from God’s plan.

Quoting and praying the Word of God with total faith help us hear the Holy Spirit either in revelation, dreams or audibly

Thorough knowledge of the Word help us to discern false teachers and prophets, demons and Satan. Praise God.

 Is someone helped here? I mean did this little exposition help your understanding of what we meant by the Living Word of God whether spoken or written.

Now, we look further consider the efficacy of praise in bring to performance of the Word either spoken to us, as prophesy or we read in course of our studying the word of God.

When we engage in high praises of God (Ps 149:6-9). We engage God to execute vengeance on the heathen. To punish on the people, to binds the kings (strongman) with chains and their nobles with iron. Beloved it is to execute the written judgment

The song we sing to God bring about deliverance (Ps 32:7) Singing is a very important weapon in spiritual warfare. (2 Chr. 20). Act of the Apostles 16 records that Paul and Salas sang to God when they were in prison. All of a sudden there was a great earthquake and all their chains and bands fell off.

Singing we know are prayers offered to God either with a joyful heart or with a heavy heart. Jabez cried out to God and God heard Him. Hannah also cried out to God and God opened her book of remembrance and Hanna had six children, four sons and two daughters (1Sam 1; 2).

Beloved, today we are going to do same. With high praises of God and songs of deliverance in your mouth, cry aloud to God and the God of settlement will arise suddenly on your behalf. Every chains and bands of delays will be destroyed in Jesus Name. You will bring forth in Jesus Name.

Beloved, it is so important that we pray a right to engage the hand of God. Praise the Lord

 

“Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord.” Isaiah 2:3

 

It is exceedingly beneficial to our souls to mount above this present evil world to something nobler and better. The cares of this world and the deceitfulness of riches are apt to choke everything good within us, and we grow fretful, desponding, perhaps proud and carnal.

It is well for us to cut down these thorns and briers, for heavenly seed sown among them is not likely to yield a harvest; and where shall we find a better sickle with which to cut them down than communion with God and the things of the kingdom?

In the valleys of Switzerland many of the inhabitants are deformed, and all wear a sickly appearance, for the atmosphere is charged with miasma, and is close and stagnant; but up yonder, on the mountain, you find a hardy race, who breathe the clear fresh air as it blows from the virgin snows of the Alpine summits.

It would be well if the dwellers in the valley could frequently leave their abodes among the marshes and the fever mists, and inhale the bracing element upon the hills. It is to such an exploit of climbing that I invite you this evening. May the Spirit of God assist us to leave the mists of fear and the fevers of anxiety, and all the ills which gather in this valley of earth, and to ascend the mountains of anticipated joy and blessedness.

May God the Holy Spirit cut the cords that keep us here below, and assist us to mount! We sit too often like chained eagles fastened to the rock, only that, unlike the eagle, we begin to love our chain, and would, perhaps, if it came really to the test, be loath to have it snapped.

May God now grant us grace, if we cannot escape from the chain as to our flesh, yet to do so as to our spirits; and leaving the body, like a servant, at the foot of the hill, may our soul, like Abraham, attain the top of the mountain, there to indulge in communion with the Most High.

I say Amen to the prayer above. That we will always desire to pray as we desires to work or play. We will never be tried in the place of prayer. The Holy Spirit will help our infirmities and flame our light into flames of fire we ask thee in Jesus Name Amen!

Prayers always brings the assurance of what God spoke to us and what we also believed in Christ Jesus. A prayerless Christian is not just powerless (having no Word inside of him); he is also a purposeless Christian. Praise the Lord.

Beloved, God is committed to bring to past His promises, but we must engage fully in praises and prayer to bring it to past, else the performance of such miracles attracts no testimony and no glory to God. Always remember that God made us for His own good pleasure (149:4).

So let’s keep going:

“He shall see His seed; He shall prolong His days, and the pleasure of the Lord shall prosper in His hand.” Isaiah 53:10

 

Plead for the speedy fulfillment of this promise, all ye who love the Lord. It is easy work to pray when we are grounded and bottomed, as to our desires, upon God’s own promise. How can He that gave the word refuse to keep it? Immutable veracity cannot demean itself by a lie, and eternal faithfulness cannot degrade itself by neglect.

God must bless His Son, His covenant binds Him to it. That which the Spirit prompts us to ask for Jesus, is that which God decrees to give Him. Whenever you are praying for the kingdom of Christ, let your eyes behold the dawning of the blessed day which draweth near, when the Crucified shall receive His coronation in the place where men rejected Him.

Courage, you that prayerfully work and toil for Christ with success of the very smallest kind, it shall not be so always; better times are before you. Your eyes cannot see the blissful future: borrow the telescope of faith; wipe the misty breath of your doubts from the glass; look through it and behold the coming glory.

Reader, let us ask, do you make this your constant prayer? Remember that the same Christ who tells us to say, “Give us this day our daily bread,” had first given us this petition, “Hallowed be Thy name; Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done in earth as it is in heaven.”

Let not your prayers be all concerning your own sins, your own wants, your own imperfections, your own trials, but let them climb the starry ladder, and get up to Christ Himself, and then, as you draw nigh to the blood-sprinkled mercy-seat, offer this prayer continually, “Lord, extend the kingdom of Thy dear Son.” Such a petition, fervently presented, will elevate the spirit of all your devotions. Mind that you prove the sincerity of your prayer by labouring to promote the Lord’s glory.

You read that? Pray not only for your needs but also that the kingdom of God shall also be establish in Jesus Name.

 Beloved, it is time to shoot your prayer arrows, aim it well to the Throne with a good mix of the Word and Praises than will your prayers ascend to heaven and receive answers in Jesus Name.

Don’t forget it is time for settlement. In few days from now we shall see  Jesus Christ on His way to pay the ultimate price. The Lord also have given you a blank cheque to fill, what are you waiting for? The psalms we use this day in verse 9 said that God will execute His judgment written on your enemies (this include among others – none shall be barren in your land. The Lord will fight you battle and you will hold your peace. A thousand may fall at your side and ten thousand at thy right hand; but is shall not come nigh thee) etc.

Our Father, listen to our voices this day as we cry unto thee in Jesus Name.

Remain blessed in the Lord.
