Come and see the Lord is good, come and see the Lord is good, there is nothing He cannot do, come and see the Lord is good. He gave me victory, He gave me peace of mind, come and see the Lord is good, come and see the Lord is good.// I will magnify the Lord, He is worthy to Praise, I will glorify the Lord, He is worthy to be Praise, the Lord reigneth, blessed be the Lord, honour to the Lord, let the Rock of my salvation be exalted, the Lord reigneth blessed be the Rock, honour to the Rock, let the Rock of my salvation be exalted.

Who is like unto Thee O! Thee O! Lord, thank You for Your Faithfulness, Your peace and lovingkindness towards us Your children, Thank You, Thank You forever and ever in Jesus Name. At the Name of Jesus every knee shall bow, every tongue shall confess that Jesus is Lord, faithful are You Lord, Praises and adoration to You alone forever and ever.

Beloved, how are doing today? hope you are bouncing in the Lord every day? Praise Jesus, Praise the Lord our Saviour, Faithful is our God who oversees the affairs of men, our Lord is good!

Beloved, is prayer time! That men ought always to pray, and not to faint; …. Praise the Lord! in our teaching today we are going to be blessed as we will learn great mystery that keep the men of old from falling.

Beloved, when you think as a child of God you ought to stand firm and pray the more?

So many has fallen when the barns are full than when they are in wanton. Many have fallen when won the battle than when they lose, so many have fallen when God has shown then usual mercies than when they are in war front. Why because they forgot the admonitions of our Lord Jesus quoted above. May God have mercies upon us in Jesus Name.

Beloved, do you know how to abound? Apostle Paul told us in our text for today that he knew how to abound. Praise the Lord! How come He knew how to abound? Or what is his secret? Let go the next verse, “I can do all things through Christ which strengthened me” but before then, let lean backward in verse 4-7, The Apostle commended us to ‘rejoice,’ he told us to ‘make your moderation be known to all’ and ‘be careful for nothing but by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your request be made known unto God.’

I believe when you abide by the above instruction you will know how to abased and how to also abound. Why did I said so, because you will realize that there is nothing you have that you were not given, therefore having received of God, in your plenty you will acknowledge the Hand of God, Praise the Lord!

Beloved thank God for the grace to know how to abound, if you are not in the know I think that the story of king Nebuchadnezzar will further guide you. King Nebuchadnezzar was used mightily by God to destroy many nations during his reign, if you remember the story three Hebrew boys and Daniel, all these events happened during his reign. Despite having a dream and the dream was correctly interpreted by Daniel, he still fell. Why?

When he failed to recognized that the kingdom he ruled over was a gift from God, when he failed to understand that his fame was from God, when he thought that he built his kingdom by his great armies and warriors, he was strike from heaven and was driven from among men to dwell with beasts of the field and eat grass as oxen for seven years. Praise the Lord (Dan 4:1-37)

Though he was restored at the end after the appointed time was over, then he recognized that God is the owner and ruler of all the kingdoms. He extolled God and honoured Him above all.

Beloved, let us be careful about the way we live, the people who has gone ahead of us was to guide us from making errors, we must be careful not to fall into destructive paths of the enemies. We must learn to wait patiently for God until He shows us mercy. Yes! Mercy that keeps us from falling, Amen alleluia!!!!!!

Come and discover more dearly beloved:

“I know how to abound.” Philippians 4:12

There are many who know “how to be abased” who have not learned “how to abound.” When they are set upon the top of a pinnacle their heads grow dizzy, and they are ready to fall. The Christian far oftener disgraces his profession in prosperity than in adversity. It is a dangerous thing to be prosperous. The crucible of adversity is a less severe trial to the Christian than the fining-pot of prosperity.

Oh, what leanness of soul and neglect of spiritual things have been brought on through the very mercies and bounties of God! Yet this is not a matter of necessity, for the apostle tells us that he knew how to abound. When he had much he knew how to use it. Abundant grace enabled him to bear abundant prosperity. When he had a full sail he was loaded with much ballast, and so floated safely. It needs more than human skill to carry the brimming cup of mortal joy with a steady hand, yet Paul had learned that skill, for he declares, “In all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry.”

It is a divine lesson to know how to be full, for the Israelites were full once, but while the flesh was yet in their mouth, the wrath of God came upon them. Many have asked for mercies that they might satisfy their own hearts’ lust. Fulness of bread has often made fulness of blood, and that has brought on wantonness of spirit.

When we have much of God’s providential mercies, it often happens that we have but little of God’s grace, and little gratitude for the bounties we have received. We are full and we forget God: satisfied with earth, we are content to do without heaven.

Rest assured it is harder to know how to be full than it is to know how to be hungry—so desperate is the tendency of human nature to pride and forgetfulness of God. Take care that you ask in your prayers that God would teach you “how to be full.”

“Let not the gifts Thy love bestows

Estrange our hearts from Thee.”

Beloved, did you read the above song “let not the gift of God estrange our heart from Him. Amen.

Let that be our prayer today as we pray. pray that God will guide you and when you receive from God beauty for your ashes, joy for your sorrow, singing for your mourning that you will know how to abound always in Jesus Name. Amen! Amen!! Amen!!!

Our Father help us we pray Thee to know how to abound in Jesus Name. Make us to humbly even when we are full in Jesus Name, Father help us to continually abide in you and in you all the days of our life in Jesus Name.

Remain blessed in the Lord.
