Our Father, we thank You. We bow before Your Throne to worship and magnify Your Holy Name. The death of Your Son Jesus Christ on the cross, that we may live and have everlasting joy. Glory be to Your Name for ever and ever. Jesus You are a Wonderful Man.
Beloved, there is love in the air!!!! I came to you with the love of God, that love that can only be found in Christ Jesus. Praise God. Studies shows that the word “love” is one word that is easy to say but very difficult to express, especially to those who are difficult to love. Someone is asking are their people like that? Wow! They are very many of them. They can’t help themselves and even when you offered help to them, they are not appreciative, simply put they are very difficult to please. Praise God!
But in spite of that, God is asking us to love them. Referring to our yesterday’s studies, who on earth would want to do that talk less of a Holy man of God? But God instruction simply says that and he must obeyed.
Taking a ride 1 Cor 13, there we see numerous commands of love that will be very hard to obey but as a child of God, nothing should difficult for us to do because the Holy Spirit is always available to help us if we beckon on Him.
The love we are discussing here is very far from carnal love. Were people use flattery words to deceive their victims all in the name of love? We are introducing you to that kind of love that endures even when is hurting to hold on, to keep loving (Matt 5:43-48).
The beauty of love is that spread and it radiate, look at a baby’s face and give him/her a smile what happens almost immediately? Even when that child is crying, he/she quickly start gazing at you and will return it quickly with chuckle. Why was the child able to do that? He/she is innocent, cannot keep records of wrong done. Praise God.
Today, Jesus is calling us to show the same love to someone undeserving as some may categories it. We are all challenge in one way or the other but like I have learnt to deal with such situation and people is to ask God to love them through me.
Someone is not catching up with me. What am saying is that, I will allow God to help me relate with such people. If am under obligation to offer help or advise I will not withhold it because of their attitude but I will do all that the Spirit of God is leading me to for them and my Spirit will be free from condemnations from their Father ‘Satan.’ Who is manipulating them to keep doing evil instead of good and I will also fulfill Rom 8: 18-21.
This scripture is very important if you want to succeed in this race, praise God!
No matter what I write here if you have not invited the Holy Spirit into your heart to help you, you will not accept what am writing or discussing. It will be so difficult for to practice.
So I will advise you to sing the opening song again and ask God to create in you a clean heart and renew right Spirit within you. Yours may not be about love but whatever be it ask God to create it and He will do just that for you.

God is love (1 John 4:16). His very nature is perfect love, but because of sin love does not always come freely and naturally to His children. You may have been raised in a home where love was not expressed. Perhaps you were hurt by someone you loved, and your heart became hardened as a defense against further pain. You may love others but not know how to express your love in words or actions. You may feel frustrated because you have been called by God to love, yet you do not understand how to love others.
Paul wrote to the Christians in Thessalonica to encourage them not to become disheartened as they learned to love each other (1 Thess. 3:7). They did not need Paul to explain to them how to love, for God Himself would teach them how to love one another. God would give them His love, and as they followed Him, He would cause that love to multiply. If they found someone who was difficult to love, God would enable them to love through His Holy Spirit.
God in His grace has made provision for our human weakness, and He is prepared to teach us how to love one another. There are no exceptions. God can teach us to love even that especially difficult person.
Are you struggling to love someone? God will help you. He will enable you to love your parents, your spouse, your children, your friends, or your enemy in a deeper way than you could ever love them on your own. If you do not know how to express your love in a meaningful way, God will teach you how to do this.
God is the authority on love. As you relate to others, ask God to make His love overflow to them through your life.
Beloved, you read that “God will teach you how to love” ‘Yes He will, if you can ask Him to help you’. Praise God! Let us be like Christ our Model. He is the one we are following. Ask many people who is the model you will be shock at the names you will be hearing even from matured Christians who have been disciple, amazing, I tell you.

A Christian should be a striking likeness of Jesus Christ. You have read lives of Christ, beautifully and eloquently written, but the best life of Christ is His living biography, written out in the words and actions of His people.
If we were what we profess to be, and what we should be, we should be pictures of Christ; yea, such striking likenesses of Him, that the world would not have to hold us up by the hour together, and say, “Well, it seems somewhat of a likeness;” but they would, when they once beheld us, exclaim, “He has been with Jesus; he has been taught of Him; he is like Him; he has caught the very idea of the holy Man of Nazareth, and he works it out in his life and every-day actions.”
A Christian should be like Christ in his boldness. Never blush to own your religion; your profession will never disgrace you: take care you never disgrace that. Be like Jesus, very valiant for your God.
Imitate Him in your loving spirit; think kindly, speak kindly, and do kindly, that men may say of you, “He has been with Jesus.”
Imitate Jesus in His holiness. Was He zealous for His Master? So be you; ever go about doing good. Let not time be wasted: it is too precious. Was He self-denying, never looking to His own interest? Be the same.
Was He devout? Be you fervent in your prayers. Had He deference to His Father’s will? So submit yourselves to Him. Was He patient? So learn to endure.
And best of all, as the highest portraiture of Jesus, try to forgive your enemies, as He did; and let those sublime words of your Master, “Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do,” always ring in your ears.
Forgive, as you hope to be forgiven. Heap coals of fire on the head of your foe by your kindness to him. Good for evil, recollect, is godlike. Be godlike, then; and in all ways and by all means, so live that all may say of you, “He has been with Jesus.”
Remember, always to allow God to love through you. Jesus demonstrated pure love to us by asking God to forgive those who offended Him. Will you do likewise?
