Let the living Praise the Lord. Thank You Father for today, thank You for vitality and strength. Let Your Name alone be praised forever in the Name of Jesus. You are God; You are not man, be Thou exalted in Jesus Name. Thank You for the miracles of yesteryears. Thank You for the Mighty deliverances, thank You for making known to us Your great mysteries which You reveal only to your children. Glory unto thee alone.
Beloved, join me to sing the song to our King this hour- Here my cup Lord, I lift up Lord come and quench the thirsting of my soul. Bread of heaven fill me till I want no more, fill my cup Lord and make me whole. Yes that is my yearning of You Lord this day and my desire is that You will fill me up to overflowing in Jesus Name.
Beloved, how are doing? Our God is good and in Him is all our blessings and salvation. In him is our joy and rejoicing. In Him is our help and companion, faithful is He to us now and forever.
Beloved may the theme of this month find expressions in your life in Jesus Name. Your joy will be full and you will wake daily with new songs on your lips. Beloved, Everlasting is the King of glory and we as children have the same heritage therefore we must learn to work with God in obedience. We must not be children of perverse mind, we must learn to “wait” when we are asked to “wait”, “go” when are ask to “go” and “stop” when we are asked to do so. God has plans for your dear life and He has the map and direction in His Hand.
Therefore you must learn to ask from Him the direction to go and learn to wait as longer He waits you because such obedience is what we ensure success and eventual songs of rejoicing in your camp. With God it does not matter how long, what matters is how well.
This my experience when I chose to train in dress making, I opted for it because I have eye for good dressing and knows much about fabric and color combination so I felt I should tread in a known terrene though it took a toll on me because a lot is involved really.
When I started my first trainer was very good in “finishing.” She loves everything to be on point. You can be made to lose all the dress because of an inch error. O my God, I hate loosing of dresses after making with passion but that is the job I have gone into. She will say you know what” you are not a carpenter therefore you must learn to tailor to fit. So as you are making you dress you must have your tape round your neck and have your razor/riper very close by. There is nothing like she will not notice it because she must see it. She has an eye for that. So I learnt from day one that I am not a carpenter but a seamstress. But there is problem here I will not be expose to many styles in a month or months. When I finished the first training, I discover that my work is neat but I can’t do many styles and when I went God in prayer again for further training (asking for direction) God directed me again to my first trainer. Sincerely I got infuriated, I was very upset, I complained and argued why I should go back there. (Remember He hold the Map and direction) but I simple obey because anything else God will not be in it with me.
So this second time I tried asking questions, bring styles and designs I will like to learn she will simply waive it aside. You cannot push her more than she wants to go with you. But her teaching is excellent if you ask me but there is “but” I am not well exposed to the designer’s world and to me that is what matters. After that second training, I wanted to start but the time was not ripe because I couldn’t still do much. Minder you days is running into week and weeks into month and months into year and year into years. At a point I was really not happy again about the whole arrangement, I want into perfecting some skills I had before now like updating my skill in beads making and hats making too. Do you know, it was good I did it at the time I did because it added values to me. I wanted to leave dress making but God was taking me somewhere a destination yet unknown to me.
Then come this mother’s day in 2016, I met a friend in my children’s organized party to honour the mothers. I mentioned to her about giving me the contact of the lady that she mentioned to me some time ago. She screams and said the lady is living in my estate now. Wow! Beloved, do you know the amazing thing? The lady in question is living next compound to me. We all packed in newly so I didn’t know about her. I came in July while she moved in October the same year. It may interest you to know that one reason I have been objecting to my former trainer is because the location was a bit far, so the movement and the training eats deep into my of evangelism and sometimes it puts me on edge. So I have been asking God to take me to somewhere close by where the ministry will not suffer.
This Amazing and Awesome God brought this wonderful lady just too close that I can only open my mouth in wonder. Beloved, our God is in the know of what you need. Your burdens are all known to Him. He cares. Do you know what, the second trainer knows it all but the finishing aspect is not as good as my first trainer? Now I know why God send me not once to her but twice. This second trainer is a fire. We do on the average ten to fifteen styles every week, am not joking. And you know the wonderful thing I don’t need to go far is just close by me. God located her so closed to me because I rejected every other place that would affect my ministration.
Beloved, God see your heart. And there I learnt all that I knew today and when the opportunity came calling early this year to own my own outfit, It was just amazing. Come and see the testimonies of those that come in to check on my product. O! your work in on point but they don’t understand the trainings that went through it, the pains and what have you.
I simple share this testimony with you because of the topic before us today. You must learn to wait for the signals because that where your “winning edge” lies. Beloved, it was not easy for me but God took my through five years hard training to be an outstanding designer in the fashion world. I am still in the making, am not a finish product yet, so don’t misquote me (she laugh).
But I can laugh now because I waited for all the days of my appointment to be completed. I opted to follow Him because He knows the way. And at the appropriate time, He give me a place of inheritance through His daughter and He also paid for it through Divine helpers.
Beloved, what I am trying to convey to you is that God is not slack concerning His promises but His longsuffering is to bring out perfection in you. Praise the Lord.
What are those things you trusting God to do for you? He will do it but what is the motive behind your request is what God looks upon. Will it be impactful to the propagation of the gospel? Does it have eternity in view or are you asking it to waste it on your lustful desires. By the grace of God, the outfit will grow to train future leaders in the industry. It will serve to empower many who will support the kingdom business like church planting and soul winning in their own capacities. Can you please clap to the King of kings?
I also hope you know that we need people to correct the anomalies in the fashion world today so don’t see it as something that have no kingdom values in view. We must teach our children dressing models that are accepted in the Kingdom and have those that will also preach it by the kind of designs they promote. Praise the Lord. (am so sorry taking your time but we need it sometimes to drive home some points).

“And let it be, when thou hearest the sound of a going in the tops of the mulberry trees, that then thou shalt bestir thyself: for then shall the Lord go out before thee, to smite the host of the Philistines” 2Sam. 5:24
There are signs of the Lord’s moving which should move us. The Spirit of God blows where He listeth, and we hear the sound thereof. Then is the time for us to be more than ever astir. We must seize the golden opportunity, and make the most we can of it. It is ours to fight the Philistines at all times; but when the Lord Himself goes out before us, then we should be specially valiant in the war.
The breeze stirred the tops of the trees, and David and his men took this for the signal for an onslaught, and at their advance the Lord, Himself, smote the Philistines. Oh, that this day the Lord may give us an opening to speak for Him with many of our friends! Let us be on the watch to avail ourselves of the hopeful opening when it comes. Who knows but this may be a day of good tidings; a season of soul-winning.
Let us keep our ear open to hear the rustle of the wind, and our minds ready to obey the signal. Is not this promise, “then shall the Lord go out before thee,” a sufficient encouragement to play the man? Since the Lord goes before us, we dare not hold back.

A little stay on earth will make heaven more heavenly. Nothing makes rest so sweet as toil; nothing renders security so pleasant as exposure to alarms. The bitter quassia cups of earth will give a relish to the new wine which sparkles in the golden bowls of glory. Our battered armour and scarred countenances will render more illustrious our victory above, when we are welcomed to the seats of those who have overcome the world.
We should not have full fellowship with Christ if we did not for awhile sojourn below, for He was baptized with a baptism of suffering among men, and we must be baptized with the same if we would share his kingdom. Fellowship with Christ is so honourable that the sorest sorrow is a light price by which to procure it.
Another reason for our lingering here is for the good of others. We would not wish to enter heaven till our work is done, and it may be that we are yet ordained to minister light to souls benighted in the wilderness of sin. Our prolonged stay here is doubtless for God’s glory. A tried saint, like a well-cut diamond, glitters much in the King’s crown. Nothing reflects so much honour on a workman as a protracted and severe trial of his work, and its triumphant endurance of the ordeal without giving way in any part.
We are God’s workmanship, in whom He will be glorified by our afflictions. It is for the honour of Jesus that we endure the trial of our faith with sacred joy. Let each man surrender his own longings to the glory of Jesus, and feel, “If my lying in the dust would elevate my Lord by so much as an inch, let me still lie among the pots of earth.
If to live on earth for ever would make my Lord more glorious, it should be my heaven to be shut out of heaven.” Our time is fixed and settled by eternal decree. Let us not be anxious about it, but wait with patience till the gates of pearl shall open.
With God on our plan; victory is assured. Let us therefore wait for the signal before we move. Let us wait as long as the Lord waits us to wait for perfection. You know about the end of Job.
