Blessed the Lord Oooh my soul, oooh my worship His Holy Name, sing like never before oooh my soul worship His Holy Name 2x.// Come and see the Lord is good, come and see the Lord is good, there is nothing He cannot do come and see the Lord is good.// I will lift up my voice, I will gladly sing not for what He has done but for Who is, You are the song that I sing, melody in my voice, the reason I sing is to Praise You Lord. He reign, Jesus reign, Yes! He reign forever more!

Let us lift our voice and sing to the Lord a new song, a song worthy of Praise to Him alone be all the glory, all honour and adoration and Praise forever more. Thanks be to Jesus Whose Mighty power is here to do us good. Blessed be the Name of the Lord! Our God is so good to us. Glory be to Him alone forever and ever.

Beloved, how are you today? Has the Lord been good to you? If He has then join me to sing this song – What shall I say unto the Lord, all I have to say is thank You Lord. what shall I say unto Jehovah unto Jehovah, all I have to say is thank you Lord, thank You Lord, thank You Lord, all I have to say is thank You Lord.

Beloved a grateful heart God will always bless. Let us learn to be grateful to God who loved us with an everlasting love. His mercies enduerth forever and kindness has no end. In our prayer session today we will be considering the act of quietness before the Lord. Prayer, we must know is not only when we issue order and command to God in the Name of Jesus.

Today, you will see angle to prayer- sitting, reading, studying and meditating on the Word of God is an act of prayer. Often times “Words” we receive during this act of worship have a lasting effect on us than any other act of worship. we are refill when we read and study or better still listen to the teaching of our Lord than when we are going everywhere in the Name of service. We are refill and rejuvenate when we sit at Jesus feet than any other form of worship.

One amazing thing about this act of worship is that it gives you room to hear from the Lord, you get the mind of Christ when you meditate on the Word of God. It gives you insight about what the Lord is saying on the particular issue you are considering. Praise the Lord!

We have a typical case in the bible and same is coming our way for further consideration. We will discover that an in-depth wisdom as we go through this teaching. May God help us we go through and direct us a right in Jesus Name. Come and learn sitting at the feet of Jesus this day:

But Martha was distracted by her many tasks, and she came up and asked, “Lord, don’t You care that my sister has left me to serve alone? So tell her to give me a hand.”—Luke 10:40

Martha loved Jesus dearly and would have done anything for Him. Her struggle came in being still! Martha spent so much time serving Jesus that she had no time to enjoy His company or to get to know Him better. The harder Martha worked, the more frustrated she became with her sister Mary. Mary was sitting at Jesus’ feet while Martha scurried around the house to make sure everything was in perfect order for Jesus. Martha’s service, though it started out with gladness, deteriorated into resentment and envy.

It is good to want to serve Christ as an expression of love for what He has done for you. Yet when your activity consumes your time and energies so that you have no time for Him, you have become too busy! You may think, as Martha did, that if you don’t do the work, it won’t get done. That may be true, but Jesus taught that your highest priority must be your relationship with Him.

If anything detracts you from that relationship, that activity is not from God. God will not ask you to do something that hinders your relationship with Christ. At times, serving God and carrying out His mission is the best way to know and experience God. At other times, it is more important to sit quietly at His feet and listen to what He is saying.

We are not called to continually sit at the feet of Jesus, otherwise our service for Him would cease. Neither are we called to serve Him incessantly, without taking time to find restoration in His presence. Have you been serving God so diligently that you have not had time to spend with Him?

Come and discover more on meditation and contemplation:

“Thine eyes shall see the King in His beauty.” Isaiah 33:17

The more you know about Christ the less will you be satisfied with superficial views of Him; and the more deeply you study His transactions in the eternal covenant, His engagements on your behalf as the eternal Surety, and the fulness of His grace which shines in all His offices, the more truly will you see the King in His beauty.

Be much in such outlooks. Long more and more to see Jesus. Meditation and contemplation are often like windows of agate, and gates of carbuncle, through which we behold the Redeemer. Meditation puts the telescope to the eye, and enables us to see Jesus after a better sort than we could have seen Him if we had lived in the days of His flesh. Would that our conversation were more in heaven, and that we were more taken up with the person, the work, the beauty of our incarnate Lord.

More meditation, and the beauty of the King would flash upon us with more resplendence. Beloved, it is very probable that we shall have such a sight of our glorious King as we never had before, when we come to die. Many saints in dying have looked up from amidst the stormy waters, and have seen Jesus walking on the waves of the sea, and heard Him say, “It is I, be not afraid.”

Ah, yes! when the tenement begins to shake, and the clay falls away, we see Christ through the rifts, and between the rafters the sunlight of heaven comes streaming in. But if we want to see face to face the “King in His beauty” we must go to heaven for the sight, or the King must come here in person. O that He would come on the wings of the wind! He is our Husband, and we are widowed by His absence; He is our Brother dear and fair, and we are lonely without Him.

Thick veils and clouds hang between our souls and their true life: when shall the day break and the shadows flee away? Oh, long-expected day, begin!

May God help us and enable us to sit at the feet of Jesus to learn more of Him in Jesus Name. speak to us O Lord! help our weakness and strengthen from within we pray Thee amen! O Lord help us we pray Thee Amen!!!!!!!!!!!!!

May the Name of the Lord be Praise forever and ever in Jesus Name. have Your way O Holy Spirit of God as we pray today in Jesus Name.

Remain blessed in the Lord
