Beloveth good morning, how are doing today, hope you are blessed? To God be all the glory. For who is like our God? Who can be compared with Him, from generation to generation He remaineth the same, alleluia to His Holy Name Amen.
Thanks be to God for another glorious privilege to learn at His feet, thank God for His Word that is not scarce in our time, Praise the Lord!
Beloveth, glancing back from the beginning of this month, we identify two things that can quicken our remembrance and we identify them as evangelism and thanksgiving/ gratitude. Of course, gratitude follows by thanksgiving. We ought to have an appreciative heart towards God Who is ever Faithful. It doesn’t matter what season of life you are in, God is always with you. Interesting, isn’t it? It may not seems to be so, you may feel His Presence but He never forsake you. He is always by your sides leading you on.
At such a time the devil whispers in your ear, curse God and die. He might ask you, did God said? He might make you to start doubting God’s Faithfulness and Word/ promises to you. Beloveth, ours to hold on to God’s Word, not shaking, not doubting, keep believing and trusting and you are to go.
Our topic today is a very interesting one for every child of God. Is something you must attention to least your all work becomes all vanity at the end.
Listen, as a child of God, are you working out your salvation? Are you trusting on the finished work of Calvary? Or are lusting after the things of world, desiring them other than desiring God? Like our topic depicts “those things which cannot be shaken may remain.” Praise the living Jesus.
Not everything is needed in our kingdom journey. God will always supply those needed things for the kingdom journey but for those things which cannot honour God or take your attention away from Him.
What you are engaging in will they stand the shaking? Are you investing in Kingdom purpose? Are you winning souls for the God? Are you pointing souls to Christ? Are you persuading men about God? Are you living a life that glorifies God? Are people coming to you to show them your God? Are going for Jesus in your area of influence or are only eating fat and thanking God for His provisions without investing back into the kingdom’s work?
That is what our topic today is asking you, “When all the shakings come, will there still things that will remain?
You have to answer that question before it will be too late for you. The Psalmist said “Teach me O Lord to number my days right, let me know how short-live I am.” (Ps 39:4). Beloveth are living as a child of God? Are you engaging in His kingdom work? Or are chasing after shadow that will burn up on that day when all your works will be revealed by fire and the great shaking by our God Himself. (1Cor 3:13, 1Thess 4:1-12).

We have many things in our possession at the present moment which can be shaken, and it ill becomes a Christian man to set much store by them, for there is nothing stable beneath these rolling skies; change is written upon all things. Yet, we have certain “things which cannot be shaken,” and I invite you this moment to think of them, that if the things which can be shaken should all be taken away, you may derive real comfort from the things that cannot be shaken, which will remain.
Whatever your losses have been, or may be, you enjoy present salvation. You are standing at the foot of His cross, trusting alone in the merit of Jesus’ precious blood, and no rise or fall of the markets can interfere with your salvation in Him; no breaking of banks, no failures and bankruptcies can touch that. Then you are a child of God this day.
God is your Father. No change of circumstances can ever rob you of that. Although by losses brought to poverty, and stripped bare, you can say, “He is my Father still. In my Father’s house are many mansions; therefore will I not be troubled.” You have another permanent blessing, namely, the love of Jesus Christ. He who is God and Man loves you with all the strength of His affectionate nature—nothing can affect that.
The fig tree may not blossom, and the flocks may cease from the field, it matters not to the man who can sing, “My Beloved is mine, and I am His.” Our best portion and richest heritage we cannot lose. Whatever troubles come, let us play the man; let us show that we are not such little children as to be cast down by what may happen in this poor fleeting state of time.
Our country is Immanuel’s land, our hope is above the sky, and therefore, calm as the summer’s ocean; we will see the wreck of everything earthborn, and yet rejoice in the God of our salvation.
Are you happy that you receive a kingdom that cannot be removed nor shaken? Keep living a sanctify life, useful vessels in the hand of the Lord and keep on with attitude of thanksgiving and see what the Lord will do for you.
We have 48 hours to the end of this month and I tell you our God is still in the business of doing great things. I have a burden in my heart which I want to share with you.
Beloveth is there anything too hard for the Lord to do? What is that burden that you have laid down at Jesus feet for remembrance? Now listen, we serve a Mighty God Who nothing is impossible before Him. Before, the end of this 48hrs there will be shout of rejoicing in your camp for the Lord will visit you and do that which only Him can do. Position yourself for the Divine visit.
Hold on to Him, pray and offer thanksgiving and the good Lord will remember you. Watch out, the Spirit of God is ready; are you ready?
