Beloveth… I am excited and am sure you are too… counting your blessing all through the month… the Lord tremendously manifested His Power among men… He guided, and protected us from all evil… Yes! He provided and encouraged us all through the way… Praise the Name of the Lord!!!

Beloveth, the month of May did me good… am so happy; my spirit is also bearing me a witness that this is also someone’s testimony… Alleluia!

Finally, we made it to end of this month we are glad indeed… we started this series yesterday and will be concluding it today with two Biblical examples of men who were giants in their walk with God… but somehow and somewhere … one fell but the other continued and finished strongly…

Beloveth, it important for you to note that our heavenly race is a journey with every day affirmation to serve the Lord… Is important to note that salvation is to guided and cultivated, never you belong to the class of people that believe that “Once saved… forever saved… no no no… you must engage the Spirit of God daily as you walk else you stumble and fall… may God help us all in Jesus Name…

How are the mighty falling… King Solomon who enjoyed God’s grace and mercy…became full and fall… who will believe that… but it happened… when His desires became evil… he fell from the exalted position placed him by God… alleluia…

Beloveth we must watch lest we fall …

Come along with us for more:

Two Men Of Passion

King Solomon and the Apostle Paul.

The difference between them lay in the focus of their passion:

Solomon’s passion was directed away from God by his affection for unbelieving foreign women:

His wives turned his heart after other gods, and his heart was not fully devoted to the Lord his God.” (1 Kings 11:4)

Paul’s passion, by contrast, was redirected from self-righteous legalism toward knowing Christ:

I consider everything a loss compared to the surpassing greatness of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them rubbish, that I may gain Christ.” (Philippians 3:7, 8)

Solomon expended his life on pleasure:

I denied myself nothing my eyes desired; I refused my heart no pleasure.” (Ecclesiastes 2:10)

Paul, by comparison, invested his life in making Christ known:

We proclaim Him, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom. To this end I labor, struggling with all His energy… ” (Colossians 1:28, 29)

HOW DID THESE TWO MEN OF PASSION END UP?

Solomon became bitter and disappointed in his old age:

I hated life[and] I hated all the things I had toiled for under the sun… ” (Ecclesiastes 2:17a, 18a)

Paul, however completed his life with a profound sense of accomplishment and anticipation:

I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day… ” (2 Timothy 4:8)

TWO QUESTIONS:

(1) Where is the focus of your passion? On yourself, or on the Glory of God?

(2) How will you end up? Like Solomon, or like Paul?

A big question… if you ask me… how can it be said that a man who was blessed like He did Solomon fell, turned away from God… O my God!!! and a man who was turned from persecution and preached the gospel in chain… made it to the very end…

Beloveth, what you have chosen in your life determines you ultimate end in life… Yes… Don’t allow your passion to stray you from righteousness to destruction… Like Paul whom the Lord turned away from self-righteous to Himself… and made him have a New Beginning in Him, may that be our portion in Jesus Name…

Beloveth… always look unto Jesus… He is the Author and Finisher of our faith…. Amen

Let us pray for the mercy of God to locate us and show us mercy… that we will not fall by the way side in Jesus Name… that we will not betray Jesus if he blesses us with our heart desires in Jesus Name…

Pray that we will make it to the end… pray that we will shun every adversity and distraction in Jesus Name. Pray for the coming month that it will meet us in peace … and we will run through by the Power of the Most High God… Amen!!! And Amen!!!

O Lord… show us your mercy… count us worthy to part take of eternal life by leading and guiding us all the way… Amen!!! Praise the Name of the Lord…. Alleluia!!!!!!! Alleluia somebody!!!!!!!!!

Beloveth let us pray….
