Beloveth, glory be to God that we are in the land of the living, let give thanks unto the Lord for this favour bestowed upon us, Praise the living Jesus!

When we our trust is found in God alone; our action depicts that as well. We don’t second guess God we rather walk in the path He lead us complaining not and we murmur not. You will never face the future alone for God knows what you are made of. You may feel like you are all alone during stressful and unsettling times. But you are not alone! God see what you are going through.

God cares about what you are going through. He is right beside you, no matter the situation or circumstance you may be facing. There is nothing to fear when you know God is near or ahead of you. Whatever you face in the future, you will never face it alone. (Deut. 31:6- “Be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid and do not panic before them. For the Lord you God will personally go head of you. he will neither fail you nor abandon you.”(NLT).

Repeatedly hear this – satan will plant seeds of doubt and fear in your mind, such as “what if I get sick?” or “what if the economy tanks?” or “what if I lose my jobs?” and you will undoubtly face anxiety from the other sources too.

Give those fears to Jesus and remember God promised to never abandon you. You don’t have to know what the future holds because you know Who holds the future. God promises, “when you go through deep waters, I will be with you. when you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown, when you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you” (Isa 43:2) (NLT)..

In our text reflection today we saw that God never fails. He can punish when you offend him but He can never abandon. Elijah faced challenging times during his time and he thought God has abandoned him but God did not only reassured him that He was with but there were also fifties other prophets who have not bow to any graven image.

Beloveth we are in challenging times in our days with so much insecurity here and there but you need not fear for our God will protect and keep you in the midst of all these evils parading our world. You should be afraid nor give up. You just have to put your trust in God and wait patiently for His timing.

Have you ever made a tough choice, but then the moment you made the decision, you started doubting yourself? You agonized over it, You kept asking yourself, if you did the right thing.

The bible says when you this you are like a wave pushed around in a strom. You have so many doubts, and you get tossed about because you are depending on your wisdom, not on God’s. that is why God wants you to ask Him for guidance before you make a decision, and then trust Him and His goodness once the decision is made.

When you do, he sets you free from second-guessing yourself. (will complete this series on faith clinic day) but the sake of the new promise we have to dwell slightly on faith so as to back it up and have performance with regards to promise given.

Beloveth, don panic or get unnecessary agitated for the Lord our God is everlasting shield to as many as believe and trust in Him.

Let explore more:

“Whoso hearkeneth unto me shall dwell safely, and shall be quiet from fear of evil.” Proverbs 1:33

Divine love is rendered conspicuous when it shines in the midst of judgments. Fair is that lone star which smiles through the rifts of the thunder clouds; bright is the oasis which blooms in the wilderness of sand; so fair and so bright is love in the midst of wrath.

When the Israelites provoked the Most High by their continued idolatry, He punished them by withholding both dew and rain, so that their land was visited by a sore famine; but while He did this, He took care that His own chosen ones should be secure.

If all other brooks are dry, yet shall there be one reserved for Elijah; and when that fails, God shall still preserve for him a place of sustenance; nay, not only so, the Lord had not simply one “Elijah,” but He had a remnant according to the election of grace, who were hidden by fifties in a cave, and though the whole land was subject to famine, yet these fifties in the cave were fed, and fed from Ahab’s table too by His faithful, God-fearing steward, Obadiah.

Let us from this draw the inference, that come what may, God’s people are safe. Let convulsions shake the solid earth, let the skies themselves be rent in twain, yet amid the wreck of worlds the believer shall be as secure as in the calmest hour of rest. If God cannot save His people under heaven, He will save them in heaven. If the world becomes too hot to hold them, then heaven shall be the place of their reception and their safety.

Be ye then confident, when ye hear of wars, and rumours of wars. Let no agitation distress you, but be quiet from fear of evil. Whatsoever cometh upon the earth, you, beneath the broad wings of Jehovah, shall be secure.

Stay yourself upon His promise; rest in His faithfulness, and bid defiance to the blackest future, for there is nothing in it direful for you. Your sole concern should be to show forth to the world the blessedness of hearkening to the voice of wisdom.

Praise the Name of the Lord! are you still troubled by the invasion of corona viruses? Was your business down as a result then fear not as God will be your sufficiency even at such a time as this. Hold on to His promise that he has gone ahead of you to make the remaining part of this year fruitful in Jesus Name.

Remain blessed in the Lord.
