Glory Honour Power Majesty be unto God Amen! Alleluia! Glory Honour Power Majesty be unto God Amen! Alleluia!// Father we declare that we love You, we declare an everlasting love for You! Father we declare that we love You, we declare an everlasting love for You!

Our Father, we worship You, we adore You King of glory, We exalt Your Holy Name! Thank You for the privilege to come before Your presence and worship You. You are so Good and Kind to us. That You for peace in our storms Lord, thank You for Faithfulness, Thank You for Your love that bestow on us, glory be to Your Name alone! Be Thou exalted forever in Jesus Name!

Beloved, how are today? Hope you are happy? Yes happy in spite of those challenges starring you at the face and asking you where is your God? didn’t He promise you that He will be with you and save you, Didn’t He promise to guide and deliver you from all evil? So now what is happening? Where is He in your hour of need and desperation?

Beloveth, the voice of God to you child of God “be still and know that I Am God!” is that smoothing you right away child of God? Are you comforted too?  Are you are aware that God have your back? Do you also know that He has a plan and a future for you? Have you forgotten that He is the One that created for a purpose?

Now listen, that purpose must be fulfilled, nothing will hinder it if only you can pray. A prayerless Christina is a powerless Christian. You are a toy in the hand of satan, a cheap tool also. And God is not please with such one.

Our Father desire to spend time with us, we have fellowship with Him, we tell Him our fears and concerns, our inadequacies, failures, anxiety, and our doubts and still abiding in His Presence He will smoothen our all our concerns and care and give us peace in exchange.

Beloveth, I came across this devotion and it blesses my heart throughout this month by God’s grace I will be sharing with you why you must keep on praying. Our Generals in the Lord prayed and God honoured them likewise you and I must learn to pray until something happens. We will be discussing Five Generals who prayed and have results perhaps that will also help your prayer life as it did to me.

“When Billy Sunday converted and joined a church, a Christian man put his arm on the shoulder of the young Billy and said, ‘Billy, there are three simple rules that I can give you, and if you do them, you will never write “The Christian who retreats” behind your name.”

Set aside 15 minutes every day to hear God speak to you, 15 minutes every day to talk God, and 15 minutes every day to talk to others about God.”

This newly converted young man was very impressed and decided to make these three rules to be rules of His life. From then on throughout his life, Billy made it a rule to set aside the beginning of his days to be alone with God and His Word. Before he read a letter, saw a newspaper or even read a piece of a telegram, he would read the Bible first, so that his first impression of that day would be what he got directly from God.

Beloveth does this send a message to you? Can we make it a practice as this young Billy Sunday did? The result will be awesome and rewarding as well.

In our Bible text today, we see the psalmist crying to God. We have a lesson to learn here, ‘who do you cry to when you are in need – to God or to man?’  ‘Do you know if your prayers are answered or not?

Please come along to see the conclusion of the matter:

“Unto Thee will I cry, O Lord my rock; be not silent to me: lest, if Thou be silent to me, I become like them that go down into the pit.” Psalm 28:1

A cry is the natural expression of sorrow, and a suitable utterance when all other modes of appeal fail us; but the cry must be alone directed to the Lord, for to cry to man is to waste our entreaties upon the air. When we consider the readiness of the Lord to hear, and His ability to aid, we shall see good reason for directing all our appeals at once to the God of our salvation. It will be in vain to call to the rocks in the day of judgment, but our Rock attends to our cries.

Be not silent to me.” Mere formalists may be content without answers to their prayers, but genuine suppliants cannot; they are not satisfied with the results of prayer itself in calming the mind and subduing the will—they must go further, and obtain actual replies from heaven, or they cannot rest; and those replies they long to receive at once, they dread even a little of God’s silence.

God’s voice is often so terrible that it shakes the wilderness; but His silence is equally full of awe to an eager suppliant. When God seems to close His ear, we must not therefore close our mouths, but rather cry with more earnestness; for when our note grows shrill with eagerness and grief, He will not long deny us a hearing.

What a dreadful case should we be in if the Lord should become for ever silent to our prayers? “Lest, if Thou be silent to me, I become like them that go down into the pit.” Deprived of the God who answers prayer, we should be in a more pitiable plight than the dead in the grave, and should soon sink to the same level as the lost in hell.

We must have answers to prayer: ours is an urgent case of dire necessity; surely the Lord will speak peace to our agitated minds, for He never can find it in His heart to permit His own elect to perish.

Beloveth, you can see that prayer is a two-way communication relationship with God. Most of us just pray to convey our hearts and desires, without giving God the opportunity to speak to us. do we always give God the opportunity to speak to us in our prayers? Give God the opportunity to speak to us in our prayers? Give time to listen to God’s voice when we pray, and God will reveal many things to our lives.

The difficulty with almost everyone who pays is that he says “amen” and runs away before God has a chance to answer. Listening to God is far more important than giving Him our ideas. (Frank Laubach)

Beloveth, I believe you are not only blessed but like never before you have good and more reasons to pray because you know that your Father; our Father is waiting to speak to you, isn’t that wonderful? Am so excited are you also? Do forget the third set of 15 minutes “Tell someone about Jesus”

Now pray to our Father and have a cruising and refreshing time in God’s Presence.

Dear heavenly Father put in us the burning desire to be with You all the days of our lives in Jesus Name. Give us a testimony that will draw me to You in Jesus Name.

Remain blessed in the Lord.
