Beloveth good morning. How has it been? Hope the Lord is dealing kindly with you. Praise be His Name forever and ever. Hope you been blessed so far with the ministrations of this week. How great it is to know that the fountain of life is free and the Bread of life is also available to as many that are desirous of it. Interesting it is all embedded in our Lord Jesus.

Beloved, today’s prayer meeting is coming to remind us the need to always be in close fellowship with God. our Lord Jesus said in Jn 15 verse 5 “I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. John 15:5 (KJV)

It therefore means that we are nothing and can do nothing outside Him. Therefore the need for fellowship. We saw God in Gen 3:9 coming into the garden at the cool of the day. God created man for fellowship and that was lost as the desire of our first parents led them astray.

Jesus made it clear that only when abide that we can bear fruits. So for continually fruitfulness, we need to keep coming to the fountain for water for the water of yesterday will not quench the thirst of today. Praise God.

In Psalms 84, David said “Blessed are they that dwell in thy house: they will be still praising thee. Psalms 84:4 (KJV) and in verse 10 he said “that a day in the court is better a thousand.” and hear this “I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness.” Psalms 84:10 (KJV)

Beloved did you read that? A man after God’s heart said it all that it is better to a door keeper in the God’s house.  And a day in the court is better than thousand days spend in any other thing.

Beloved today is going to that “one day” we will spend in God’s court yard and you will have testimony as king David had.

Maximize it dearly beloved, and you will be truly be blessed in Jesus Name. Don’t be tried in your importunate. The Lord will hear and will not delay. He is slacking in His promises beloved; He will hear you and answer you.

Remember that the closer the better.

“And they shall teach no more every man his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the Lord.” Jer. 31:34

Truly, whatever else we do not know, we know the Lord. This day is this promise true in our experience, and it is not a little one. The least believer among us knows God in Christ Jesus. Not as fully as we desire; but yet truly and really we know the Lord. We not only know doctrines about Him, but we know HIM. He is our Father and our Friend.

We are acquainted with Him personally. We can say, “My Lord, and my God.” We are on terms of close fellowship with God, and many a happy season do we spend in His holy company. We are no more strangers to our God, but the secret of the Lord is with us.

This is more than nature could have taught us. Flesh and blood has not revealed God to us. Christ Jesus has made known the Father to our hearts. If, then, the Lord has made us know Himself, is not this the fountain of all saving knowledge?

To know God is eternal life. So as soon as we come to acquaintance with God we have the evidence of being quickened into newness of life. O my soul, rejoice in this knowledge, and bless thy God all this day!

To know God is enteral life. Mary keep a close fellowship with Jesus during His ministry here on earth. She also anointed Jesus feet with her substance before He went the cross little wonder she was the first to see Him when He arose.

Beloved, with close fellowship with Jesus the power of grave and hell will be broken over your life in Jesus Name. Let us learn more from her:

Then Mary took a pound of fragrant oil—pure and expensive nard—anointed Jesus’ feet, and wiped His feet with her hair. So the house was filled with the fragrance of the oil.—John 12:3

Mary seemed drawn to the feet of Jesus. It is not surprising that of all those who followed Jesus, Mary was the one to anoint His feet. The disciples would have their opportunity to show the same love, but pride would prevent them (John 13:12–13). Martha, too, was prone toward acts of service, but she had developed a different kind of relationship with Jesus than Mary had.

While Martha had labored on Jesus’ behalf in the kitchen, Mary had joyfully sat at Jesus’ feet and listened to Him teach (Luke 10:38–42). Because Mary had come to know and love Jesus in this way, she was ready to humble herself and offer this poignant expression of love to Him. Such depth and sincerity of love comes only through spending time in close fellowship with Jesus.

The way we express our love for Jesus depends on the kind of relationship we have developed with Him. Our love for Him will not grow unless we spend time with Him, listen to His voice, and experience His love for us. If we find that our love for Jesus has waned or that we struggle to serve Him, it is a clear sign that we must take time to sit at His feet.

We may have been involved in Christian activity on His behalf and yet neglected our relationship with Him. After we have spent time in intimate fellowship with our Lord, and after we have heard His voice and received His love, we will be prepared to serve Him, even laying down our life for Him if that is what He asks.

May God bless the ministration of today in your life in Jesus Name. Come and fellowship with Him and you will never remain the same.

Pray and be blessed in Jesus Name.

Father, we lean on You and carry us through we pray Thee in Jesus Name.

Join me to sing this song to our Great God.-

Nearer, my God, to Thee,

Nearer to Thee,

E’en though it be a cross

  That raiseth me.

Still all my song shall be

Nearer, my God, to Thee,

Nearer, my God, to Thee,

 Nearer to Thee.

Remain blessed in the Lord.
