Our Father we thank You, we bless Your Holy Name we adore You because You are worthy of Praise. Thank You for watching over us, thank for loving and caring for us, there is none to be compared with You, You are great and Might and your love upon us have no end. thank You for caring for us in spite of our unworthiness, we raise our hands up and say Thank You Lord! thank You Father, be Thou forever be Praise in Jesus Name.
Beloved, how was your weekend? Hope you are doing great? We are in a new week with great opportunities to be everything God has made us to be, so why don’t you give a shout of Praise to Him and honour His Name forever more. The teaching of today is special to me first because we treated Philip two weeks ago (creative commonplace). This servant God has four daughters, from the account below he had a positive influence on them that even when he went on mission, the daughters still followed his footsteps, they did not deviated from it neither did they forsake to serve the God of their fathers.
Incredible, isn’t it, considering what we are having at our time now. Fathers who are never there for the family, those that available do not keep the altar fire on. Some engages in acts that are not pleasing to even mention among the children of God but here we see this man of God with fervent Spirit serving God and having his daughters following his footstep.
Beloved, what seed are we planting our children heart? If germinates will it be pleasing to God? Will you be proud of them when their grown and are living apart from you. Part of God’s will for us is to bear godly seed, (Mal 2:15), seeds that will carry on the covenant of God from one generation to another.
Divine placement by God runs from generation to generation. Considering a man like Abraham after he lived handed over to Isaac, and Isaac to Jacob and from Jacob we had issue with his sons Ruben slept with Bilhah his Father concubine: Simeon and Levi slay the Shechemites and because of these they could not carry on the covenant of God with their Father so it fell on Judah his fourth son. (Gen 34:25-30, 35:22-26)
Judah became God’s delight and so he was named after Jacob. Beloved, how are we training our children. Are we bearing the light of Christ for them or we are busy buying games and cartoons for them to watch but they are too young to read the bible. Do you teach them the bible, the Living Word God even as they are aspiring to be on top? May God help us in Jesus Name.
May we abide in God’s commandment to train our children in the way of God so that when they are old they will not depart from it, knowing that the life we are living today influences our children, therefore, let us be positively creative on our children in Jesus Name.

Creativity Is Contagious
This man had four virgin daughters who prophesied.—Acts 21:9
Philip’s creative spirit heightened everything he touched. We find no evidence of spiritual staleness in his life. He was spiritually alert, spiritually alive, and spiritually creative.
Our text today tells us that he had four unmarried daughters who prophesied. We must not, of course, ignore the evident work of the Holy Spirit in the lives of these four women, but we must also recognize their father Philip’s creative influence in their lives. We often say, “Like father, like son.” Here it was a case of “Like father, like daughters.” Creativity is contagious.
When you consider that the society in which these daughters were born and brought up was a male-dominated one, the statement that Philip had “four daughters who prophesied” comes as a surprise. What caused these unmarried women to break the mold in which they found themselves and exercise their prophetic gifts? Popular opinion at the time said that women should remain in the background and take no part in public ministry. It was the Holy Spirit, of course, who inspired them to prophesy, but I think I see some of the marks of Philip’s creativity rubbing off on them also.
These young women did not stay at home and lament the fact that they were not married. If they could not be creative on a physical level, they could be creative on a spiritual level. Some of the greatest work in the kingdom of God has been done by the spiritual descendants of the daughters of Philip—single women who have had their creativity blocked on one level but have released it on another level.
Prayer
Father, I want to thank You today for the ministry of those in Your kingdom who, while remaining single, have produced great and creative achievements. We appreciate them, but as You have taught us, we give all the honor to You. Amen.
