Arise O soul, to praise and worship His Holy Name. Thank you Lord for it is only Your Mighty Hand would have done it for us.

Beloved, on Wednesday, one of our sub-topic encouraged us to pray for one another. Today’s ministration is coming your way to relay to you the mind of God or better still the will of God concerning you.

God is looking for intercessors, are you one of them? Do you still remember that today is PCL? What demand does it place on you? One of its demand on us is to live out what the Word of God is saying. Having study the Word and teachings for the week, we examine what the people before did and either succeed or fail then we try to live it out having known the mind of God on it.

Do you want be an intercessor? You will discover the answer as you read on. The life style of intercessors are not what many may want to live, however, if Jesus is your model, you will learn from Him.

He is constant in tune with heaven and at all knows what His Father is doing so as to do same here on earth. He as the keys to many problems and He proffer solution as He comes across each one of them.

Are you available to intercede join me as we discover more from the message below:

I searched for a man among them who would repair the wall and stand in the gap before Me on behalf of the land so that I might not destroy it, but I found no one.—Ezekiel 22:30

God looks for those whose hearts are prepared to be intercessors before Him. Intercessors have hearts in tune with God’s heart. They are so acutely aware of what is at stake, for their land, that they will stay before God as long as necessary in order to obtain God’s answer. That is why you do not volunteer to be an intercessor. God enlists you.

Why do we not intercede as we should? Perhaps we are afraid to put God to the test. We worry that God might not answer our prayers. Yet God promises that if we ask, we will receive (Matt. 7:7). We may fail to intercede because we believe the busyness of our everyday lives is more effective than prayer.

Jesus warned that apart from Him, we can do nothing (John 15:5). Without being intimately acquainted with God and His will, all of our labors are futile. Perhaps we fail to intercede because we misunderstand the heart of God. Jesus wept over the city of Jerusalem as He interceded for it (Matt. 23:37). If we truly have God’s love within us, we will feel compelled to plead with God on behalf of those who face His imminent judgment.

Intercession is a lonely business. There may be many days or even years when there appear to be few results for your labor. Yet intercessors can be the only ones standing between a family and God’s judgment, or between an individual or nation and God’s wrath.

Beloved the work of an intercessors can only be propel by love and nothing less. Do love God then you will be willing to intercede for the lost souls, the weary and those may not be able to pray for themselves.

Did you also read that “intercessors stands between  a family and God’s judgment, or between an individual or nation and God’s wrath.” Do you want to do just that? Come along with me as we discover more from the life of our Lord Jesus Christ to aim ourselves for the journey ahead:

“At that time Jesus answered.” Matthew 11:25

This is a singular way in which to commence a verse—”At that time Jesus answered.” If you will look at the context you will not perceive that any person had asked Him a question, or that He was in conversation with any human being. Yet it is written, “Jesus answered and said, I thank Thee, O Father.” When a man answers, he answers a person who has been speaking to him.

Who, then, had spoken to Christ? His Father. Yet there is no record of it; and this should teach us that Jesus had constant fellowship with His Father, and that God spake into His heart so often, so continually, that it was not a circumstance singular enough to be recorded. It was the habit and life of Jesus to talk with God.

Even as Jesus was, is this world, so are we; let us therefore learn the lesson which this simple statement concerning Him teaches us. May we likewise have silent fellowship with the Father, so that often we may answer Him, and though the world wotteth not to whom we speak, may we be responding to that secret voice unheard of any other ear, which our own ear, opened by the Spirit of God, recognizes with joy.

God has spoken to us, let us speak to God—either to set our seal that God is true and faithful to His promise, or to confess the sin of which the Spirit of God has convinced us, or to acknowledge the mercy which God’s providence has given, or to express assent to the great truths which God the Holy Ghost has opened to our understanding.

What a privilege is intimate communion with the Father of our spirits! It is a secret hidden from the world, a joy with which even the nearest friend intermeddleth not. If we would hear the whispers of God’s love, our ear must be purged and fitted to listen to His voice. This very day may our hearts be in such a state, that when God speaks to us, we, like Jesus, may be prepared at once to answer Him.

Beloved, intercessors are not meant for a particular sets of individual if you are willing and obedient the Lord will enlist you, remember that “the Spirit of God help our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself makes intercession for us with groaning which cannot be uttered— He maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God (Rom 8:26-27).

Beloved, join the intercessors and ear the Lord voice concerning a matter that will move you, family, nation forward. We need it more at this time if you are sensitive to what the ‘time’ is saying.

May God help us to make wise decision that will move the kingdom work forward, Amen!

Have a wonderful weekend. See you next week by God’s grace.

Remain blessed in the Lord.
