Awesome God, Mighty God, we give you praise, Awesome God, we give you praise, Mighty God. You are highly lifted high, Awesome God, You are highly lifted up Mighty God.
Gracious Father we are here again to give You thanks to answers to our prayers. Thank You for Who You are, thank You for being God indeed over us, we are grateful and we do not take it for granted in Jesus Name. Merciful Father, we come to You Who Alone is worthy of our Praise and we ask that You do that which no man can do for us, though us and in us in Jesus Name.
Beloved, how are you doing? January is almost out of the way, but God is assuring someone reading this devotional of His visitation before it end. Let us once again reassure us that everything that has been packaged for this month must deliver, there will be no carryover in Jesus Name. The hand of the Lord shall bring it to past in Jesus Name.
Why am I so confident about these? Because the Word said that the set time to favour Zion is now and God is more than ever ready to bring to past His promises.
Peradventure you are held down by fear, I want you to read out the caption of today’s message and read the text also. Is it reassuring? Can you see any future in it? Is your mind at peace now?
From today I want you to stand in the place of confidence that is found in God alone not in man or your flesh but in God. If you are able to come to this state then each time fear comes knocking at the door, send Faith to answer it. Is someone hearing me now? Is not that fear is gone but in spite of it you are stepping out in faith, believing God that you will come out of that situation better than you went into it. You believe that God will make everything to work out for good at the end for you.
Beloved, let our sufficiency be in God, then will you trust Him to bring to past all His promises to you. In consideration of our first study text “no enchantment neither any divination will come against you.” and the second text is saying that even the very impossible things to you will be done like a dream of the night.
The big question is “do you have a faith as small as a mustard seed? If you do, then it is done.
Let this be your confident that everything ordained for you this year will be deliver to you, only keep on asking God for direction. Also ask for strength to persevere and the grace to obey every instruction as it comes to you. Let’s discover more:
“Surely there is no enchantment against Jacob, neither is there any divination against Israel.” Num. 23:23
How this should cut up root and branch all silly, superstitious fears! Even if there were any truth in witchcraft and omens, they could not affect the people of the Lord. Those whom God blesses, devils cannot curse.
Ungodly men, like Balaam, may cunningly plot the overthrow of the Lord’s Israel; but with all their secrecy and policy they are doomed to fail. Their powder is damp, the edge of their sword is blunted. They gather together; but as the Lord is not with them, they gather together in vain. We may sit still, and let them weave their nets, for we shall not be taken in them. Though they call in the aid of Beelzebub, and employ all his serpentine craft, it will avail them nothing: the spells will not work, the divination will deceive them.
What a blessing this is! How it quiets the heart! God’s Jacobs wrestle with God, but none shall wrestle with them and prevail. God’s Israels have power with God and prevail, but none shall have power to prevail against them. We need not fear the fiend himself, nor any of those secret enemies whose words are full of deceit and whose plans are deep and unfathomable. They cannot hurt those who trust in the living God. We defy the devil and all his legions.
Beloved, I see every impossibility hitherto in your life becoming possible. I see you saying “no” to fear and “yes” to faith. We must step out in faith and in confidence of Who our Father is and every axe head that fell into the river will yet swim. Do you believe in the prophetic? The Word of the Lord to us as a ministry according to Isa 32:15-18 says that “when the Spirit of God will come upon you, your wilderness will be turn into a fruitful land and your fruitful land into a forest.” Do you believe that is possible? That overwhelming situation will not see your end but you will see it end. It will work for your good and you will triumphant at the end? Let read on:

The axe-head seemed hopelessly lost, and as it was borrowed, the honour of the prophetic band was likely to be imperilled, and so the name of their God to be compromised. Contrary to all expectation, the iron was made to mount from the depth of the stream and to swim; for things impossible with man are possible with God.
I knew a man in Christ but a few years ago who was called to undertake a work far exceeding his strength. It appeared so difficult as to involve absurdity in the bare idea of attempting it. Yet he was called thereto, and his faith rose with the occasion; God honoured his faith, unlooked-for aid was sent, and the iron did swim.
Another of the Lord’s family was in grievous financial straits, he was able to meet all claims, and much more if he could have realized a certain portion of his estate, but he was overtaken with a sudden pressure; he sought for friends in vain, but faith led him to the unfailing Helper, and lo, the trouble was averted, his footsteps were enlarged, and the iron did swim.
A third had a sorrowful case of depravity to deal with. He had taught, reproved, warned, invited, and interceded, but all in vain. Old Adam was too strong for young Melancthon, the stubborn spirit would not relent. Then came an agony of prayer, and before long a blessed answer was sent from heaven. The hard heart was broken, the iron did swim.
Beloved reader, what is thy desperate case? What heavy matter hast thou in hand now? Bring it hither. The God of the prophets lives, and lives to help His saints. He will not suffer thee to lack any good thing. Believe thou in the Lord of hosts! Approach Him pleading the Name of Jesus, and the iron shall swim; thou too shalt see the finger of God working marvels for His people. According to thy faith be it unto thee, and yet again the iron shall swim.
The Lord is saying this to someone today ” I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End says the Lord God, “Who is, and Who was, and Who is to come, the Almighty. “(Rev 1:8). if you are the one meditate on it.
