Hope your prayer life is improving daily as the Spirit of God help us in the place of prayer. glory be to God Who has given us all things pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him that hath called us in glory and virtue. Praise be to the Lord!

Thank God for another opportunity to learn at His feet, Praise the Lord.  for the entrance of His Word giveth light: it giveth understanding unto the simple (Ps 119:130) Praise the Lord!

Beloveth, do you believe in God? Do trust Him with all your heart? Do you believe that He can do all things? This is our foundation on today’s faith clinic.

I don’t know what you may going through but I know that there a God in heaven who seeth all the affairs of men and bless His children. His understanding has no end and so are all His powers too.

Beloveth, in this month of “Remembrance” what are you standing in for? How often do you remind God of His Word through prayer like we discussed yesterday. Prayer time is not a time of catalogues of needs but it is a time to soak in the Word of God, pray back His Word to Him and hear Him speak. Listen to this “ The difficulty with almost everyone who prays is that he says “amen” and runs away before God has a chance to answer . listening to God is far more important than giving Him our ideas.”- Franck Laubach.

So when next you pray which will not be far from now endeavour to listen and know if God has something to say. Praise the Lord.

In our last faith clinic, we were advice to read the Word. And when we are done reading, leave if open if you can, if the bible is closed, you will have a tendency to overlook it. But if you leave it open to where you read last time, you will have an easier time remembering to be consistent in Bible reading.

It doesn’t matter how long you read. It matters how you let God’s Word change you- how you see yourself and others in light of God’s love, how you view your circumstances, and how your relationship with God deepens and grows (Isa 50:4).

Beloveth, do you know that God can use dark times for good? none of us are exempt from suffering, loneliness, discouragement, or unjust criticism. Why?

Because those are things Jesus experienced, and we need to experience them, too, for God to develop the character of Christ in us.

Does this mean God causes tragedies? No. God is good, and He will not cause evil or do evil. But God can use dark and stressful times for good. He can use our current troubles to teach us to trust Him, show us how to help others, and draw us closer to other believers. Paul in 2cor. 4:8-9 described the challenges he encountered in his ministry.

So what should you do when you are going through difficult times? I guess we should learn from Paul .

First, refuse to be discouraged. Then remember God is with you. finally, rely on God’s protection and guidance. God’s light shines even in darkest shadows.

Come on for more:

“He openeth, and no man shutteth.” Revelation 3:7

Jesus is the keeper of the gates of paradise and before every believing soul He setteth an open door, which no man or devil shall be able to close against it. What joy it will be to find that faith in Him is the golden key to the everlasting doors. My soul, dost thou carry this key in thy bosom, or art thou trusting to some deceitful pick-lock, which will fail thee at last?

Hear this parable of the preacher, and remember it. The great King has made a banquet, and He has proclaimed to all the world that none shall enter but those who bring with them the fairest flower that blooms. The spirits of men advance to the gate by thousands, and they bring each one the flower which he esteems the queen of the garden; but in crowds they are driven from the royal presence, and enter not into the festive halls.

Some bear in their hand the deadly nightshade of superstition, or the flaunting poppies of Rome, or the hemlock of self- righteousness, but these are not dear to the King, the bearers are shut out of the pearly gates. My soul, hast thou gathered the rose of Sharon? Dost thou wear the lily of the valley in thy bosom constantly?

If so, when thou comest up to the gates of heaven thou wilt know its value, for thou hast only to show this choicest of flowers, and the Porter will open: not for a moment will He deny thee admission, for to that rose the Porter openeth ever. Thou shalt find thy way with the rose of Sharon in thy hand up to the throne of God Himself, for heaven itself possesses nothing that excels its radiant beauty, and of all the flowers that bloom in paradise there is none that can rival the lily of the valley.

My soul, get Calvary’s blood-red rose into thy hand by faith, by love wear it, by communion preserve it, by daily watchfulness make it thine all in all, and thou shalt be blessed beyond all bliss, happy beyond a dream. Jesus, be mine for ever, my God, my heaven, my all.

Beloveth, heaven is our home at last, are you preparing for it or you are allowing the cares of this world to put you down. Beware and make wise choices, make heaven you bound and work towards it.

Learn to surrender what you cannot control to God. to make it through times of crisis with your emotional health intact, you will need to learn how to control what is controllable and trust God for the rest (Jas 2:22).

It is easy to go to extremes with this. For instance, you can say it all up to God and become passive to the point where you do nothing. On the other hand, you can act like God doesn’t play a part in your life and assume everything depends on you. Both extremes are wrong.

Learn to be patient, develop resilience and perseverance through the books of the Word of God. act faith and it shall be well with you.

Remain blessed in the Lord.
