Father we thank You for Your faithfulness and mercies that endureth forever. Great are You Lord, You are greatly to Praise. How Excellent are Your works among the people you have created, Faithful God, be thou exalted in Jesus Name. Thank You for the gift of this week, another day and another opportunity to be in your Presence. Glory be to Your Name.
Beloved, how was your weekend? Hope glorious? So I believe you have every reason to bless the Name of the Lord who favoured you and make great plans to advance you further.
When I think about the theme of the month, I get so excited because the Name of the Lord is a strong tower where the righteous runneth into and are blessed. Yes! The righteous runneth into Thee and are blessed because He is the Ancient One who has never fail in the time past and will never fail us in our own time too. When the Word of God goes forth, the bible recorded that it will return to Him void.
That is why am so excited when I remember the goodness of Jesus, The Hand of the Lord will bring it to past. He will make us walk in the high places according to promise.
If the Lord it is high time for us to move forward. I am so confidence not even a legion of demons can hinder us. Because demons tremble at His Presence not to talk of His Spoken Word.
So let us therefore be ready to advance as spoken by the Lord and we will be blessed for it.
By the grace of God He will help us in areas of information that will advance us and bless us. Why did I say that?
Every advancement is a blessing. It opens you up to a new ground some you may not use immediately some will help what you have already known and some will be stored up for future use. Praise God!
Another excitement I usually have is when I remember that my God is not dead, He is not cast out of stone or wood but that He is a Living One, my heart always overflows with joy. Likewise his Word. It is a Living Word. Heb. 4:12 says for the Word of God is Living and active, and is sharper than any two edged sword and piercing even to the dividing of soul and Spirit and both joints and marrow, and quick to discern the thoughts and intents of the heart. Therefore there is no hindrance to what the Living Word of God can do in the life an individual.
Hear me dearly beloved, where are you confused or perplexed the living Word of God is coming to bring clarity to it now in Jesus Name. You shall no more dwell in the dark.
Beloved in the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. …in Him was life and the life was the light of men. Beloved, and the light shinneth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
Note the following in this month, the Living Word of God and the light of God. Also note that every darkness in your life is giving way to the light of God. Note further that that light is the Son of God.
Jesus was in the beginning with His Father therefore everything concerning you He is aware of. From the foundation of the world your destiny has been settled it and nothing is permitted to unsettle it. They can try but they will not overcome because the power of God is higher than any forces of darkness.
In our teaching today, just watch out and see what the Word of God was expose to them that are seeking understanding, and so will the Lord help you and bring you where you will be bless in those areas of concerns the Spirit of God will enlighten your soul and you will also like the men we will be meeting shortly exclaimed how your heart was set ablaze also.

So they said to each other, “Weren’t our hearts ablaze within us while He was talking with us on the road and explaining the Scriptures to us?”—Luke 24:32
Jesus joins those who are earnestly seeking Him. Two men walked along the road to Emmaus discussing the confusing events that had just occurred in Jerusalem. They thought they had understood the happenings of their day, but the death of Jesus had left them disoriented to God and His activity in their world. They had hoped that Jesus was the Messiah, but His death had left them perplexed and discouraged. They needed answers.
God reads the heart and knows the honest pursuit of His will by His children. Jesus drew near to these men, walked with them, and opened their minds to what the Scriptures said about Him and about the events of their day. As Jesus was speaking, their hearts burned within them! As they listened to Jesus relate the Scriptures to what they were experiencing, they knew in their hearts that they were hearing God’s truth. Their doubts vanished, excitement overcame them, and they raced back to share the truth with their friends!
If you become bewildered by circumstances in your life, Jesus can reorient you to Himself through the Scriptures just as He did for these two men. From your human perspective, the situation may be confusing and discouraging. It takes the presence of Christ to open your eyes to the truth of the Scriptures. Have your circumstances confused you?
You need Jesus to give you His perspective. Once you’ve heard from Him, you’ll be like these two men, excited to join God in what He is doing around you and eager to include others in the experience.
Yes, you will be excited to join God in what He is doing around you. Is possible that is why you are yet to join the work of God. So I believe that after the teaching of today, the Lord will help you and make you join in bring His work to those who are around you. however you are going to cross examine yourself on which group you belong, as we go further in our study: So let’s get going:
How Are You Going About The Work Of God?
By:
- Hurried busy activity?
- Inner striving for perfection?
- Fastidious attention to standards of performance?
This is not God’s way:
“DON‘T BE [MORBIDLY EXACTING AND EXTERNALLY] RIGHTEOUS OVERMUCH, neither strive to make yourself [pretentiously appear] overwise – why should you [get puffed up and] destroy yourself [with presumptuous self-sufficiency]?” (Ecclesiastes 7:16 – Amplified)
Someone has said, “Woe to the nervous activity of those of little faith.“
Jesus’ life was characterized by restful determination in accomplishing the work of God. Never in a hurry, He was poised, natural… purposeful.
And so it should be with us: “There remains… a… rest for the people of God.” (Hebrews 4:9)
The real work of God is done behind the scenes during private times of reflection upon His Word, worship, intercession, and pondering His eternal purposes. Then, sensing and moving with the inner prompting of the Spirit.
Gutzon Borglum commented, “When I carve a statue, it is very simple. I merely cut away the pieces that don‘t belong there and the statue itself presently comes into view. It was there all the time.“
The life of Jesus Christ waits within us to find full expression through us in accomplishing His work. We can nervously hammer away at getting Him out… or we can rest as He cuts “away the pieces that don‘t belong there.”
“For it is God who is at work within you, giving you the will and the power to achieve His purpose.” (Philippians 2:13 – Phillips Translation)
Where did you fall into,
- Hurried busy activity?
- Inner striving for perfection?
- Fastidious attention to standards of performance?
None is God’s way. So learn to do it your work God’s way.
Beloved, to advance in your own endeavor you must be part of God work in the kingdom. Is not a matter of choice but it is a matter that you must chose. And as you it the Spirit of God will advance you effortlessly.
Having done His own, He will help you to accomplish yours as well. So gird your loins and join in the Lord’s work around you. And see the glory of God shone around you in Jesus Name.
Read Gen 1:1-3. The Living Word of God is going into that formless, chaotic, empty, darkness, waste, and void situation and bring light into it right now in Jesus Name. You will see with your eyes what the Spirit of God will before the end of this month.
