Refrain

There is a balm in Gilead

To make the wounded whole;

There is a balm in Gilead

To heal the sin sick soul.

Some times I feel discouraged,

And think my work’s in vain,

But then the Holy Spirit

Revives my soul again.

Our Father in heaven we bless Your Holy Name. we adore You we give Praise. Thank You for the grace to be a partaker of this year Good Friday memorial. Glory be to Your Name on high. Gracious Father, we bow before Your Presence, we exalt Your Holy Name, for You are God, You do miracle so great, there is no one else like You, blessed Your Holy Name for ever and ever in Jesus Name.

Thank You for the gift of Your Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, thank You for the great and mighty things You did through Him and You are still doing. Father, we exalt You, we give Praise, we adore You, we magnify Your Holy Name! Ancient of Days arise and take Your place in our midst today, let Your Presence be felt in our worship today. Father, we magnify Your Holy Name.

Beloveth, is a “Good Friday,” in your own word what do you think that made the death of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God good?

The same Jesus said that no one is good except God, how come the day He was crucified was tagged “good”? (Matt 19:16-17).

The “good” attached to the Friday was the fulfillment of prophecy which came before His death (Isa 53:4-12, Lk 2:27-35).

Therefore on this day that marked the death of our Lord Jesus made “Good” these prophesies made before His birth and at His birth.

Beloveth, Jesus was obedient to the Vision of God and that was why God exalted Him and given Him a Name which is above every other name that at the Name of Jesus every knee should bow, of the things in heaven, and things in earth, and the things under the earth . And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father – Php 2:5-11.

Beloveth, your salvation has been settled right from the foundation of the earth and Christ death today established it.

The Word of God thus said that “By His Stripes we are healed.”

I want us to enter into Rheme of this revelation so as to obtain deliverance from every bondage and captivity by satan and His co-horts. Is there anything that held you bond “I pray that by the rising of ministration of the mystery in death and resurrection Christ you are set free in Jesus Name.”

God is going to rewrite your story and give you a new Name (Rev 3:12). I see your glorious appearing as Jesus died and resurrect from Jesus. a new you is emerging dearly beloved, concerning you satan is defected and you are rising from your place of defect in Jesus Name.

No more sickness, no more pains, no more sorrow, no more frustrations, no failure, I see you moving forward, I see a new you emerging as our Lord Jesus died to everything that held us bond.

Demonstrate your rising dearly beloved, let go that failure, let go that frustration path, change where you are physically, see it with your spirit mind that God will bring to pass His plans for you (Gen 15:5).

Lets seal our testimony with this song:

He has promise He will never fail, I will follow Him, I will follow Him. My God has promise, He will never fail, His faithfulness is forever more, His faithfulness is forever more.

Yes! His faithfulness is forever more. If He has promised us redemption via the death of His son; He will also bring His promises to you to pass. Hold on to His Word and it shall come to pass. And Abraham believed in the Lord …..  (Gen 15:6)

Come on for more:

“With His stripes we are healed.” Isaiah 53:5

Pilate delivered our Lord to the lictors to be scourged. The Roman scourge was a most dreadful instrument of torture. It was made of the sinews of oxen, and sharp bones were inter-twisted every here and there among the sinews; so that every time the lash came down these pieces of bone inflicted fearful laceration, and tore off the flesh from the bone. The Saviour was, no doubt, bound to the column, and thus beaten. He had been beaten before; but this of the Roman lictors was probably the most severe of His flagellations. My soul, stand here and weep over His poor stricken body.

Believer in Jesus, can you gaze upon Him without tears, as He stands before you the mirror of agonizing love? He is at once fair as the lily for innocence, and red as the rose with the crimson of His own blood. As we feel the sure and blessed healing which His stripes have wrought in us, does not our heart melt at once with love and grief? If ever we have loved our Lord Jesus, surely we must feel that affection glowing now within our bosoms.

“See how the patient Jesus stands,

Insulted in His lowest case!

Sinners have bound the Almighty’s hands,

And spit in their Creator’s face.

With thorns His temples gor’d and gash’d

Send streams of blood from every part;

His back’s with knotted scourges lash’d.

But sharper scourges tear His heart.”

We would fain go to our chambers and weep; but since our business calls us away, we will first pray our Beloved to print the image of His bleeding self upon the tablets of our hearts all the day, and at nightfall we will return to commune with Him, and sorrow that our sin should have cost Him so dear.

Beloveth, do you feel the scourging of our Jesus as healing virtue to your bone? Those stripes each brought down healing to your body. Believed in the Word of God and see your victory deliver to you speedily in Jesus Name.

Beloveth, your salvation is here at the foot of the cross stand thee and see the Blood brought salvation to your soul.

Beloveth, may we enter into mystery and truly be saved in Jesus Name. Refrain

If you can’t preach like Peter,

If you can’t pray like Paul,

Just tell the love of Jesus,

And say He died for all.

Remain blessed in the Lord Jesus
